Room is modern-looking and the location is quite good - it is close to tram and bus station and less than 20 min walk from the center of the town.
The breakfast was pretty good and the ladies that work there are very nice.
It seems that some general repair would be welcome. In my room at one point the toilet couldn't flush. I went to the reception and they sent someone to fix it. Also, the water in the shower could not be drained so they again have to send someone to fix that.
Other than that, my colleague had to change three rooms because in one water started dripping from the ceiling and in other one the air conditioning didn't work. The third one was ok.
All in all, not something you would expect from a 4-star hotel.

Location and staff
Broken air conditioning. Nonfunctional fridge

The location was good to walk into the city.
We had to park on the public multistorey car park but its only 10 minutes walk from the hotel. if you have a lot if luggage its better to offload at hotel and then park. we booked the car park q-park chavant online in advance and it worked very well. The room was not well aired when we arrived and aircon didn’t work properly. we were there in summer (june) and it was super hot in the (small) room. windows couldnt be opened.

Location was perfect for our needs.
Restaurant not open. Bar never open.
Seemed a bit short staffed.
Some bubbling to the ceiling of our room (possible old water leak). Main lift was not working.
Other guests quite noisy.

Room was like a sauna.
We only booked this hotel because it advertised that it had air conditioning. The air conditioning didn’t work and the room remained sweltering. Our little dog was distressed in the night due to the heat as the window didn’t open.
When I asked the receptionist if we could change rooms or have a fan she was extremely rude and shouted.
I had a migraine in the morning due to lack of sleep and the appalling heat. Avoid at all costs!

Location fine, we arrived around midnight and left 11am next day after coming from alps. Was just somewhere to shower put our head down and was perfect fine for that. Staff were helpful and informative.
The parking was tricky because our car was too big to fit under the ceiling. No onsite parking, its around the back of the hotel in a basement. So we had an alternative secure parking option provided 5 or so mins walk from hotel which was fine

the location
thé parking was so bad when they promised a parking . The AC was not working which it was so hot in the room. and the tour of france was passing by which we had to leave early abd they could let us know before .

Very comfy bed. Nice staff. Easy and safe parking.
Nowhere to eat for quite some distance. Everything in the hotel was closed - as were all the restaurants in the vicinity. Horrible area.

Breakfast was good
Heating didnt work in the rooms, hairdryer didnt work. We had two rooms , booked for myself and my two children which the receptionist said was NEXT door, the rooms were seperated by a long landing, stairs and then a lift and maintenance room. I mean the room number was the next room number but we were a good way away for them not to be next door ! I would have preffered to have the rooms which the doors are right next to each other which were all over the hotel so this could have easily been arranged.

Breakfast was a very good selection of food- the croissants were beautifully light and small so one didn't feel like one was eating a huge one. The rooms were very well lit and airy. The room service was exceptional. We got some very lovely touches to our dinners - much appreciated. The staff were always friendly and helpful at all hours.
Perhaps some regular breakfast teas instead of so many types of infusions and fruit teas. Just had earl grey for the days we were there. That was the one thing that could be changed.

Friendly staff and very helpful with parking, kind and friendly
Room was quite tight for space. A huge overhanging lamp and a stool and a chair and a table, I kept bumping into everything all the time. Everything was comfortable but there was too much. Bathroom was a bit tired and at 6ft I was nearly touching the ceiling with my head standing in the shower

- Location very good
- Very helpful staff
- Garages are extremely small and do not fit modern cars
- We were allowed to use the Bus parking, however, someone broke our outside mirror there
- Rooms are a little outdated, bathrooms could be renovated
- Breakfast was not as complete as it used to be a couple of years ago (Savoyard specialities)

Comfortable bed, clean, with a coffee machine and a refrigerator. The breakfast was nice, with many choices (it’s like buffet, so you can order as you want).
I didn’t order dinner, but they have plenty of choices (I missed the opportunity).
The room was small, I was in a privilege room but it was still small.

The staff was not friendly
