Slecht hotel

Matrassen waren comfortabel

We hadden de junior suite. Kamer was zeer oud, zag er nieuwer uit op de foto's. We hadden een keuken maar geen borden enz.. onze bedden waren niet opgemaakt, geen beddengoed in de kasten.. heb een kar zien staan en ben zelf de lakens eraf gaan nemen. Had geklopt op de deur maar muziek stond zeer hard dus ze hoorden het niet. Kamer was precies al een maand niet meer gepoetst en vieze plekken op de bedden (heb foto's gemaakt als bewijs). We hadden de kamerdeur gesloten, opeens kwam er iemand (een man) binnen in de vroege avond (met sleutelkaart die werkte?!). We voelden ons niet bepaald veilig! Gelukkig was dit een tussenstop. Dit zag er een leuk hotel uit waar we konden uitrusten na 10u in de auto zitten. Helaas was het meer een nachtmerrie.. ontbijt was ook niet bepaald lekker. Geen water of melk? Ik vroeg ook naar de parkeergarage, we moesten gewoon buiten het hotel parkeren. Het hotel lag ook niet in een degelijke buurt. We wouden 's morgens hier overal melding van maken. Maar er was al iemand enorm boos en de persoon achter de balie nam gewoon onze kaartjes en zei niets, vroeg niets.. we zijn dan maar door gereden richting huis. Geen aanrader. Niet voor herhaling vatbaar!

Good for one night while driving for travelling

Room was clean, bedding and bed was comfortable, nice that we could have pets with us. Good night's sleep comfortably.

Inconsistent stuff in room, no kettle or tea tray, slippers would have been nice. The neighbourhood looked unsafe as the buildings around looked to be in a bad condition. It gives a nice hotel a bad look. The pillow was too thin and no second option in the room.

Could be better for the money

It was ok as we are using it during transit. They had AC as it was too so it was an advantage

A bit noisy as we had a room near the lift, people in and out most of the night. The area looks a bit poor and not great. Can be noisy at night. The pillows were old and in need of replacement, they offered extra but were the same At breakfast the bacon was burnt and no-one could have it.

Leider nicht so toll…

Die gute Erreichbarkeit von der Autobahn aus und die Entfernung zum Stadtzentrum.

Shampoo in der Dusche war leer, kein Kräutertee im Zimmer verfügbar, Kaffeeweißer fehlte. Ein Zimmer war nur für 1 Person vorbereitet, obwohl 2 angemeldet waren. Im zweiten Zimmer fehlte die Tee- und Kaffeeausstattung komplett.

Knastartiges Kettenhotel

Es gab keine Ratten.

Teppich erinnert an das Design von Straßenbahnsitzen. Lichtstimmung im Zimmer ähnelt dem Kontrollraum eines nordkoreanischen Kernkraftwerkes. Kollege hat sein Zimmerschlüssel im Zimmer vergessen und kam nicht mehr ins Hotel rein und nicht mehr in sein Zimmer. Rezeption war nicht besetzt und es gab keine Telefonnummer die man hätte anrufen können. Kollege musste in ein anders Hotel wechseln.

Gutes Hotel mit ÖPNV Anbindung an die Innenstadt (25 min)

Das Hotel ist ein gutes Hotel in der Preislage. Nicht alles ist 100% in Schuss aber es fehlt eigentlich an nichts. Frühstück ist sehr gut. Lage ... mit dem Bus kommt man sehr gut und mindeste alle 30 min in die Innenstadt und zurück. Haltestelle ist weniger als 5 min vom Hotel entfernt

Man könnte ein bisschen mehr darauf achten defekte oder fehlende dinge zu ersetzen. Die Bar war leider Abends fast nie besetzt und leider war auch das Licht aus, so dass wir als größere Gruppe kaum Möglichkeiten hatten den Abend gemeinsam ausklingen zu lassen.

Die Gegend um das Hotel herum ist nicht so einladend. Es stehen nicht so viele Parkplätze zur Verfügung.

Für Silvester bzw zum Übernachten für 2/3 Nächte i. O., ansonsten nicht zu empfehlen.

Die gesamte Gegend ist eher nicht einladend. Das Hotel liegt 4km außerhalb des Zentrums bzw der Altstadt. Um das Hotel herum verfallene oder leer stehende Gebäude, ziemlich schmutzig und Wohnviertel "sozialer Brennpunkt". Die Bezahlung erfolgt bei Check Inn, ist sehr unüblich.

Very happy with my choice

Very easy acces, few minutes from A3 , I could do late check out, my key was left in a box and I could accessed it with a pin provided. The room hotel was very clean .

Poor management.

The size of the room was good, as well as the bathroom/shower.

The duvet was smelling as it has been used and not washed. We booked a room, arrived late, 1am, and we have been contacted by the hotel staff to complete the payment and to give us the information about how to get the room key. When we arrived, there was no key in the box outside the hotel. Luckly, sime staff were still there and they managed to help us. We booked a double room and got a twin, two single beds, one next to the other.

Good location but not worth the money

Perfect location if you are “on your way” - 1 min from Autobahn.

No 24-hrs reception so tricky if you arrive late and all the key boxes are “fully booked”. Garage was not closed until late which gave anyone free access to the car full of holiday stuff.

Hotel was fine

At check inn we were told the room was not prepaid. So we paid by credit card. Turned out that the room was prepaid, so we paid double. Now almost 2 months after our trip the hotel has failed to refund us despite multiple calls and email. Horrible customer service at Plaza hotel Regensburg

Appreciated how fast we booked and online check-in. Last minute reservation. Clean and pleasant

Warm water was not working and fixed only in the morning. We needed a shower after hours of driving and we took a cold one. Kids didn't like it. Price was also higher than expected and not at a walking distance to center. Needed to drive and parking places not enough in front
