Sehr gutes Hotel, das man weiterempfehlen kann.

Das Hotel befindet sich sehr nahe zum Stadtzentrum, ist aber trotzdem gut zu erreichen und verfügt über eine eigene Tiefgarage. Der Service war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, das Zimmer sauber und gut ausgestattet.

Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder

Die Deko war sehr schön. Das Personal sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war top sowie das Essen im Restaurant. An der Bar hat uns die tolle Ginkarte gefallen 🤩

Central Location, nice and clean room, friendly staff, nice selection of breakfast. Also it has a good bar to have a drink after finner or watch sport

Fitness room doesn’t have good ventilation and doesn’t have any weights only cardio machines.

Bel hôtel mais avec réserve comme expliqué plus haut.

hôtel très bien tenu, réponse relativement rapide pour ennui de chauffage dans la chambre. Accès rapide au centre historique et piétonnier.

Pauvre francophone que nous sommes, à l'accueil uniquement allemand et anglais toutes indications dans l'hôtel de même. Pour la tv des chaines de tous pays mais pas de français comme TV5 monde!!! Demande faite à l'accueil, notre clientèle est allemande et peut comprendre pour la plupart l'anglais. Dont acte!!! Ce qui met un démol pour nous. J'estime que cet hôtel de 4* pourrait vu les prix faire un effort.....

Alles bestens, super Lage, schöne Lobby, nettes Personal, leckeres Frühstück, schöne Wellness.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, fußläufig in die Innenstadt und zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Zimmer sind komfortable, geräuscharm, warm, sauber, Personal sehr freundlich, leckeres reichhaltiges Frühstück.

Die Matratzen waren etwas zu hart also das Gegenteil von durchgelegen, mit Topper wären sie bequemer. Im Bad bildete sich immer ein Pfütze weil die Dichtung der Wanne/Dusche nicht mehr gut war. Dies wird vermutlich mit Schließung des Hotels für drei Monate geändert.

Nice location but strong smells

The location was perfect for a day of walking around Trier. The parking was conventient, and the staff were very helpful and nice.

If you have any sensitivty to smell, avoid this place like the plague. The normal rooms use some air freshener that I found difficult to breathe at all. I could not even stand in the room. I checked two rooms to be sure. At this point they were nice enough to offer me an allergy room. Great, no air freshener. However, they still use the same laundry, and the sheets use either a perfumed detergent or fabric softener. It really comes out when you are trying to sleep. I understand there are people in the world who think everything should be perfumed. Congratulations for you, this is a great place. For those of us who can't tolerate overwhelming smells, this is a pass. We actually shortened our stay from two nights to one just to get away from it.

Exceptional

We arrived 2.5 hours before check-in time at this conveniently located modern hotel and got given a room straight away. The room was spacious as a standard room, very clean and comfortable. The people working there were all friendly. Breakfast was lovely with a good selection of warm dishes and cold cuts; they even had a bottle of sparkling wine as part of the buffet.

Great stay in the heart of the city.

Great location right in the centre of the city, close walking distance from the main attractions as well as travel links. Room was super clean and tidy with a comfortable bed and large wardrobe. Late check out as standard was a huge plus for me too.

This is a tiny niggle but there wasn't a plug socket near to the bed which meant my phone, quick is also my alarm and entertainment system whilst away, could only be charged away from the bed.

My first choice when visiting Trier

This hotel is in the center of town and great location for access to the Christmas markets. This hotel has a very nice breakfast, and the Steakhouse Restaurant on site is exceptional. The Picanha is a must try. We'll be back again.

Superb

Great hotel with excellent location: one can do most sightseeing on foot. There is parking underneath the hotel in a public garage. The hotel itself is also very nice with a great, homy downstairs lobby area. Highly recommend for a sightseeing trip to Trier.

Very comfortable rooms and staff were professional and friendly.

Breakfast buffet was ok, there was choice but nothing special, pretty standard continental / English breakfast style offering whereas I would have preferred fresher fruits / baked goods / pancakes or alternative egg offering (eg omelette or fried egg instead of just scrambled or boiled)

You do not get value for money

Location was good abd staff were friendly and bar was nice.

It was Too hot Hairdryer didn't work , they brought me a spare and that didn't work Shower head fell and hit me twice Shower broke in my hand twice Room was small Bed not comfortable Was very expensive for what 8t was so terrible value for money We complained abd they gave us €30 back , not really acceptable for the amount if issues
