Place was neat

The location of the hotel was good and tasty breakfast.

Hotel doesn’t have conditionier, and it is situated near train station, so it is too noisy to keep window open.

Klassisch, konventionell, wertig

Lage direkt am Bahnhof DD-Neustadt, Aussicht auf die Geleise, Funknetz passwortgeschützt und ziemlich schnell (nachgemessen D70, U10), Schreibtisch mit Steckdosen, was ich immer gerne mag: mit Schreibblock und Stift ausgestattet. Zimmer und Hotel insgesamt angenehm wertig, sogar geschmackvoll, super bequemes Bett, großes Zimmer, nur leichte Benutzungsspuren, alles gut in Schuss.

Ein konventionelles, 'klassisches' Hotel, das Zimmer öffnet man mit einem Schlüssel, der an einem birnenförmigen Gewicht baumelt. Die Dusche ist in der Badewanne, da heißt es klettern, der Wasserdruck war nicht berauschend, dafür gab es Pflegeprodukte. Beim Frühstück muss man zwischen Buffet und Speiseraum mit Tassen und Tellern in den Händen etwa 40 Meter durch den Flur laufen. Auf dem Tisch findet man eine Thermoskanne voller Filterkaffee. Dafür gibt es auch Selbstgemachtes und Cerealien ohne Zuckerzusatz und sogar vegane Milch.

Von der fehlenden Klimatisierung abgesehen, war alles gut!

Zimmer waren gemütlich. Das Haus war geschmackvoll eingerichtet.

Ich fühlte mich als Gast nicht willkommen.

Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber.

Frühstücksservice und z.t. unfreundliches Personal; ich wurde z.b. als Gast z.t. nicht gegrüßt vom Personal im Hotelbereich, ich wurde darauf hingewiesen, dass ich zu spät zum Frühstück erscheine, weil ich erst um 10:30 Uhr kam, das Frühstück wurde jedoch bis 11 Uhr angeboten. Körnerbrötchen waren für mich keine mehr da, wurden aber dann nachgelegt, als die MitarbeiterInnen des Hotels verpflegt wurden.

Would not stay there again, was definitely not good value for money, we paid EUR 150 for one night thinking we are payin

It was clean, the room was very spacious and bed was comfortable but a little bit on a smaller side for a couple

Our room was facing the street, the noise from the traffic was unbearable and in addition, the rooms are all located exactly across the train station. Also, the room has no air conditioning and it was very warm outside.

Hotel Bayerischer Hof Dresden met all of our expectations. The staff was kind and always there to help us. The room was clean and looked great. Whole interior of the hotel was elegantly designed. Breakfast was delicious, and again the staff serving us during the meal was great.

This is a good hotel, welcoming and comfortable

This is a good hotel, welcoming, comfortable and spotlessly clean with obvious high standards. Staff were very professional. Breakfast options were good and served in a very pleasant dining room. There is a small bar attached to the reception area.

The only downside was the location, close to Dresden Neustadt railway station. Probably too far to comfortably walk into the city centre in the evening. However, there were trams passing by frequently within 200 metres of the hotel and these were easy to use.

The people (staff) are incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is extensive but not decadent. great! You get the feeling of being welcomed.

I was in urgent need for a Hotel room - so I was happy to got one. But the room was not the best. The warm water wasn't stable - either cold or you burned your skin. Seems correlated with other usage in the house. It was kind of very small and tiny to get through the kitchen (entrance) or to the toilet (bathroom). The toilet seat disconnected always you touched it. The bed was for small people only. The room got the specific smell of nursing home. Even long term ventilation didn't help. The coffee (espresso) has a not familiar flavor. You might finally find a way quit. Even the breakfast room and buffet let you enjoy and feel like a king, somehow someone put thin paper napkin, which broke the whole atmosphere and parts stick on everything you wipe over with them. sounds not nice - again: the people are very friendly!

Check in service was super smooth and quick. Room was nice and spacious, beds were snuggly. Amazing breakfast, couldn't ask for anything more. Very polite and kind staff, top professionals 👌.

very nice with a good breakfast.

The bathroom had a tub and not a shower so it was slippery getting in and out, no air conditioning, a train station was across the street so there was considerable noise from the trains coming and going in addition to street noise if you opened the window.

Location is next to very busy street train station and buses. It was blazing hot so had to open windows no sleep all 3 nights for seven people
