드레스덴 강건너이지만 시내가기 편안하고 깔끔한 빌라.

드레스덴에 가까운 환하고 깨끗한 빌라! 자동차로 7분만에 오페라하우스 옆 주차장에 차를 세우고 야경투어를 즐겼다. 차가 없다면 직원이 버스를 이용하는 방법을 상세히 알려준다. 빌라에서 메인 도로를 타기도 가깝고 안전한 지역이라 걷기에도 좋을 것 같다. 침구류와 시설이 아주 마음에 든다. 두번째 여행이었고.. 다음에 또 오게 되면 다시 묵고 싶은 숙소이다.

작은 빌라라서 엘리베이터가 없는 것이 단점! 빌라 내의 추차 공간이 다소 부족하여 길거리 주차를 하게되면 약간 불안할수도 있을까 했는데 지역 자체가 안전한 곳이 문제 없다함.

Ideal place to stay

Beautiful villa with comfortable rooms. Good location, the bus station is in 2 minutes walk and the bus goes frequently. 20 mins till city centre. Free parking

Beautiful

The property and building were beautiful. The room was very nice and clean. The breakfast was very good with plenty of variety. I would stay there again.

There are a lot of stairs, and there is no elevator.

Wir kommen mehrmals im Jahr, weil wir Familienangehörige in der Nachbarschaft besuchen. Die Lage ist für uns ideal.

Nice, quiet location, free parking.

Not everyone in staff speaks english. We had trouble with air conditioning with temperatures outside 35 degrees and that was very inconvenient. Generally value for money was not so good, there are a lot of better hotels in Dresden in similar prices.

Very nice pension, beautiful surrounding, 40min by walk on river promenada to old town. Good breakfast in elegant garden.

Villa is lovely and enjoyable with its beautiful garden.

It is newly renovated (stayed in Jun 23). Clean and has too much daylight inside the room

It would be nice to have net (tüll) schades to be able to open the dark schades and still have some privacy, since there are close by apartments. Location might be challenging if you do not have car

Beautiful and peaceful villa close to tram and bus stations

The room decor is beautiful and very comfortable! The Locality is very peaceful. They also have a garden where you can sit and eat your breakfast... The self check in option is very convenient. I was on a business trip and I needed to iron my clothes before a meeting. The owner was kind enough to lend me one even though they usually don't do this..the staff were very polite and kind. I strongly recommend this stay!

I hope they had mentioned specifically about the absence of an elevator in the house. Especially when booking the attic rooms, it's good to have this information because you have to carry your heavy luggage by yourself all the way up. It would also be nice to provide some help for moving the luggage into the rooms.

The Wi-Fi was not good, particularly with my laptop. It was super slow and I couldn’t work. The staff does not speak English. Location is quite remote.

I liked the room, it was pretty, and the bed was comfortable.

I expected that the staff would speak a few words in English. The communication was terrible. I stayed four nights; they forgot to clean my room one day. The breakfast could have been better. I also found moldy bread.

Good, comfortable stay with a few shortcomings.

it is an awesome villa, the locality is nice and quiet. The room was spacious. The staffs are nice, though the staffs don’t stay much longer in the day. There was everything that we needed in the room.

The place is pretty far from the city Centre. Though there is a tram and bus stop very near to the property. But if you have luggage with you then it is a problem to reach the property. The property doesn’t have elevator. It is a villa. So if you have heavy luggage like we did, then again it might pose a problem. There are 4 heaters in the room, but only two of them were functioning. We visited in the december, and had felt cold throughout our stay.

beautiful and comfortable

this is really nice place to stay. beautiful villa located in the quite district. the room (#12, roof) was very clean and comfortable. it had enough space and a terrace. nice bed linen. we had an envelope work keys upon the arrival and free parking space. beautiful garden and surrounding area.

pillow last were too soft. also it is on some distance from the city center. the shower had unfixed door.

Excellent value in a quiet neighbourhood

Very spacious and clean. Good breakfast spread. Check in very easy and breakfast staff very friendly. Good.location although a tram ride away from attractions.

Since it is not really walking distance to attractions, it will require a bit of planning. Not a big deal but one may want to be ready for it.

Guests cannot use the Air conditioning

The hotel refuses to allow the guest to turn on the AC, when it's not Summer. I had a day that I could not stay at the room and work because of the temperature. I repeatedly asked for the AC remote control and they said it was not supposed to be operated before May.
