Pésimo hotel y pésimo servicio del personal

Muy mal servicio del personal. Nuestro vuelo llegó a las once de la noche y no pudimos ingresar al hotel por que no había personal, a esa hora buscando otro hotel para hospedarnos y buscando taxi . Las habitaciones sin aire acondicionado y en temporada de calor el calor es agobiante .

Bom custo-benefício e ótima localização

A localização é muito boa, perto do ponto de saída dos tours, perto de estações de trem, muitas lojas e restaurantes ao redor, dá pra fazer muita coisa a pé de lá.

Tem uma pequena ladeira até a porta do hotel, quando você está com malas pesadas dificulta um pouco.

Perfect location for sightseeing with many landmarks within walking distance. Also very convenient to get to central station and the airport. The room was also specious and clean.

Un ottimo hotel, da raccomandare

Camera molto accogliente e ben arredata, pulitissima . Letto comodo. Cosmetici di qualità nel bagno . Posizione tranquilla in zona pedonale.

La reception apre alle 11 ma non è un problema se lasciano indicazioni su dove poter riporre i bagagli nel caso sì arrivi prima delle 11.

Nice room with astonishing view on the lake

We reserved the room with the terrace on top of the building. The room was perfect and the view astonishing ! The location was perfect to discover the city. We enjoyed our stay and hope to come back again in Zurich.

The only point was that there was no air conditioning, only fans in the room.

location was great!

The wifi was not good on the top floor. Getting in and out of the shower is a bit dodgy with the deep tub. I am pretty fit and was fine but my elderly family member could shower as it was not safe. perhaps a tub mat could make it safer.

Great location. Clean and tidy.

Centrally located in the Old Town, the hotel is within easy walking distance of supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and fast food as well as the Central Train Station. The rooms are clean and tidy. You can hear the outside noise on a weekend. That did not bother us at all, but might be an issue for some people. With the window shut though it was not an issue.

It would have been nice to have had one or two more English speaking TV channels. There were very few.

We'll be back!

This is our second stay, I love the clean yet playful design and the room was spacious, comfortable and quiet. It's very well located in the city center and the staff is always nice and welcoming. We'll be back for sure.

Our windows faced a wall which was a bit disappointing but this is not a hotel you stay at for the view.

The location, comfortable beds, ambience was generally pleasant.

We had the two bedroom apartment on the 4th floor and it was way too dark. There were only two standing lights for the whole floor downstairs with no lights around the dining area. The lift only goes up to the third floor and we had to carry all the luggages up the stairs to the last floor. It‘s really no fun when you have a family with big luggages to carry. Inside the apartment you have to go up another flight of stairs to reach the main bedroom, which can be slippery. Felt it was not safe for elderly people and very young kids. The apartment is in actual a lil dated, you can tell especially in the kitchen area. One stove wasn‘t working properly and very little kitchen supplies were provided e.g. plates, cutleries, mugs, cutting knives etc.

The location was great . about 10 mins walking from the main station and near quite a few Christmas market . we were only there for 2 nights. the room was nice and warm during December . the shower is hot . and the room is spacious enough for 2 adults and one teenager .

the room is slightly noisy because of the bar downstairs . with windows close tight during winter they can still be heard . but it is quiet after 10pm.

Good option

Very helpful in reception. Our flight was very early in the morning, so he allowed us to enter the room as it was available. The location is great, in the old town. Nothing extraordinary, but with all the necessary stuff.

It was definitely expensive, but it is Switzerland 😧.

Great location to everything

The property was very nice and in a great location. The room was nicely decorated and the staff were personable.

One of the mattresses had a large, uncomfortable depression in it. I felt like I was going to fall out of the bed a few times. I think it is time for a new mattress.
