Very good

Good location. Walking distance to Lake Zürich and by tram 5min to Down Town Zürich. Friendly, helpful and approachable staff making you feel welcome. Very nice interior of Hotel. Everything is very clean. Breakfast lounge. Looks cosy - great for relaxing outside breakfast time with free Tee/ Coffee facility.

Night-time didn't sleep well due to noisy guest above us on the last night. Damaged Make -up mirror in Bathroom could fall and cause injury should have been fixed before we check-ed in and wasn't made safe even after check -out.

Quiet stylish spot close to places important to me with great rooftop views.

It was close to where I attended a seminar and close to the lake and sites like Le Pavillion Corbusier.

I wish the women's spa was open late. 7pm is too early. 9pm is better.

The Hotel itself is nice and clean

The „phone check in“ didn’t work with me as well as from other guests. We needed to call a number which needed to open the door but with this number we needed to wait up to 1 hour until someone picked up the phone. For this price it’s very poor to make guests waiting just because the digital function was not working.

Location and staff are great, the rooms are large, sunny and airy

The wooden floors are super squicky and noisy, you can hear all the people walking around you with an uncomfortable echo. There is only 1 light switch for the whole room, so you can't turn on only the reading light.

the staff were excellent but the food needs to be improved and the room decoration up dated.

It was clean and had excellent location. The staff at reception were very helpful, so was the manageress.

The decoration was old, the bathroom floor was stained due to water damage and the wardrobe doors were old. The breafast was extremely limited. I coud only eat the cheese, hummus and bread. I cannot have lactose

The pillow seemed too small for me, therefore a bit uncomfortable. No slippers in the room.

Cozy hotel in the heart of Zurich

this hotel is very charming and comfortable. rooms are nicely decorated and everything seems new. very well linked with the city centre/old town. the staff was very kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend it

Nice and reccomended.

Very nice hotel in quiet and well located neighbourhood. Staff welcoming and professional. The kitchen guest may use and eaying equipment in the room - a pleasant surprise.

We stayed shortly but everything was ok.

Too expensive

Location is great and the bathroom was with a bathtub as requested. The special shampoo for my little daughter was also a nice attention. Thank you for that.

Location is great but compared to other boutique hotels in the city (Josef, Plattenhof) I use to book for less money, this one was just disappointing. The room looked like a cheap **, the bed was very small for 2 and the breakfast just poor choice and low quality. Nobody was at the reception, neither when we arrive nor when we checked out.

1. The room was not cleaned during our stay 2. The floor of old building was very loud. Sunday morning upstairs packing disturbed sleep 3. Sat sauna is open. But with a free of 20 Swiss fran not free

Would return in a heart beat!

We loved the location near the Zürich Lake and the easy access to Tram or walking to the Center of town. The room was large and super clean, the bathroom modern and new. Breakfast was amazing. All hotel 🏨 employees were extremely kind and helpful. We had booked a parking spot which worked out great. Overall - great experience and we would return in a heart beat. ❤

Very good

Staff were excellent, breakfast great, and the room with a little balcony perfect.

The hotel has exactly 2 parking spaces so if you are going by car you can work out yourself the probability of getting one of those! The young lady at reception was incredibly nice and helpful though and provided a CHF15 parking permit for one of the blue zone parking spaces around the hotel.
