Instagram-Tauglich aber ohne Charme

Hier ist eine überarbeitete Version Ihrer Rezension: "Das Hotel besticht durch ein modernes, stilvolles Design. Seit der Übernahme von FourPoints wurde das Erscheinungsbild zeitgemäß und ansprechend gestaltet. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, zudem ist das Hotel in einer hervorragenden Lage."

Wer ein Instagram-taugliches Hotel sucht, ist im The Home genau richtig. Besonders die Eingangshalle und die Korridore sind echte Hingucker. Leider fehlt es dem Hotel aber etwas an Wärme und persönlichem Charme. In meinem Zimmer war die Kaffeemaschine defekt, und es war nicht möglich, die Temperatur auf ein angenehmes Niveau zu bringen. Zudem war die Ausstattung etwas spärlich – es gab beispielsweise keinen Bademantel.

Beautiful hotel

New hotel. Very eclectic style. Good coffee maker. Good hair dryer. At the entrance to a good shopping mall. The beds were comfortable. Beautiful lobby and bar area. Good parking place beneath the shopping mall.

Not near the center of Zurich. The view from the window was of an office building, so the curtains had to be closed while in the room. The sink area was tiny, so we had hardly any place to put toiletries on. Lights were not enough to see stuff.

Neues Hotel mit sehr großen und komfortablen Zimmern.

Einzig ein zusätzlicher Mülleimer im Badezimmer und eine etwas bessere Beleuchtung in den Zimmern wäre schön.

Great Becozy staff support, but not from booking.com, no supports/response from the booking.com chat, useless, only generic robot response :(

Coffee pods, cups supplies unfortunately very limited, good enough for 2 to 3 days. . We stay for 7 nights. Very friendly cleaning team n Becozy online support.

Disappointing

complicated communication with maintenance. the coffee machine and desk lamp did not work. during the two nights/three day stay, no one came to fix it never mind extended exchanges of chat messages (the only way to contact someone). instead of fixing the problems, they only thanked for “your understanding”.

Highly recommended

Great location, comfortable bed, quick check-in even we came half hour earlier, amazing shower and soap/shampoo. The room designed thoughtfully, each detail is in the right color, place, texture. Everything was very-very clean. Next time I'll definitely choose this hotel again.

Great base hotel

Perfect location, trams and trains nearby to get you where you need to be. Shops at the doorstep.

The room was way too hot and even turning down the temp at the tablet didn’t help, as there were no windows to open it was the worst part of the stay.

easy and convenient

great location, super close to the mall and have restaurants around. a minute walk to the tram station going to old town zurich which approximately will take you 10 minutes. easy check in and check out process. the room is big enough, in total we loved our stay except there is no extra towel given and the carpet in room 222 has bits of stains that needed to be cleaned.

proximity to airport, city center and old town zurich. besides the mall and restaurants. nice and comfortable room.

you must pay for cleaning service, you must pat for parking, you must pay to have new towels!!, no one to renew the shampoo or anything, no staff to be evaluated, the hotel is not for guests staying for too long. only for one night stay to have rest and go.

Cleverly designed, practical, well located hotel

The bacozy hotel is conveniently located in the Sihlcity shopping mall, with plenty of public transport connections, public e-bike rental around the corner, and of course bars and restaurants nearby. It is fully self-service: check in is smoothly done online, the room itself is cleverly designed (and even has an ironing board and iron, self-service) and the checkout of equally smooth.

Over, I was satisfied.

The location was good, no breakfast. Room size was good, comfortable and very clean.

To impersonal given sole reliance on email and chat communications. Some folks may be ok with it, but a bit much for my taste. For older folks, don't think it works (that's me) all that well.
