The service of the staff is second to none. It is comparable to the St. Regis.

the hotel and the staff where so perfect but the employee KRISTIJAN where so rude to use and he was talking to us in a rude way with loud voice. but the other staffs where so good to us and we would like to thank to thank them all.
The employee KRISTIJAN where so talking in a very rude way and we haven’t expected that from our favorite hotel at all time.

Everything.
I am still waiting for them to offer me some sort of permanent residency. The place is earthly paradise. The Engadine is a gem, and the hotel complements it perfectly.

Very nice Grand Hotel.
- Wonderful breakfast buffet and "à la carte";
- Classy gastro restaurant Da Adriano;
- Great professional and patient staff.
Dress to impress to avoid occasional disapproving looks.

The SPA was the highlight for me and my teenagers. Especially the sauna and pool have been used daily. That's definitely a reason to come back again.
Best Concierge service I ever experienced!
Unfortunately, the new/young employees in the breakfast are not at a level I would have expected. However, the management was very reactive and corrected the inconveniences immediately.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Grand Hotel des Bains Kempinski, and I cannot praise it enough! From the moment I walked through the doors, I knew I was in for something special. Every aspect of my stay was simply flawless, and I wholeheartedly rate this hotel a perfect 10 out of 10.
It is definitely not the average price hotel and one would not expect so, staying in higher class hotels like Kempinksi. But in this particular hotel, every euro spent by the visitor is more than worth it
The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and valued. Their warm smiles and attentive service made me feel like a VIP throughout my entire stay. They were quick to assist with any request, and their genuine care for guests was evident in every interaction.
The room was immaculately clean, and the attention to detail was impeccable. The comfortable bed ensured a restful night's sleep, and the breathtaking views from the window added an extra touch of magic to my stay.
The hotel's location couldn't have been better.Additionally, the peaceful atmosphere surrounding the hotel allowed me to unwind after a day of sightseeing.
The entire ambiance of the hotel exuded luxury and sophistication. From the elegantly designed common areas to the carefully curated art and decor, every detail contributed to the hotel's overall splendor.
The seamless check-in and check-out process was yet another testament to the hotel's efficiency and dedication to guest satisfaction.
In conclusion, my stay was truly exceptional. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a memorable and indulgent experience. I can confidently say that I will be returning to Kempinski on my future visits to St.Moritz. A perfect 10, without a doubt!
There was nothing that I didn't like.

We loved staying at the Kempinski. The spaciousness , welcoming staff, cleanliness , fantastic concierge , wonderful housekeeping, great breakfast and beautiful building made our stay there beautiful . Even the tiny details provided for our 15 month baby were adorable . Will definitely stay there again.

Location
Bar area and bar food
Spa area outstanding.
Evening meal in restaurant was decidedly average.
No air-con so room very stuffy
Hotel was very empty and lacked atmosphere.
Hence multiple attempts to upswell prior to visit - felt a bit desperate.
Paying for parking with an already high room rate.
Felt a bit “old fashioned”

nice location.
good staff
every day my credit card was charged to raise the limit during our 4 day stay. This is very poor practice Your guests are not running away !! Several mistakes in charging my credit card which put me into unnecessary stress having to call my bank etc.
all this is for extra 2000 euro charges during the stay. I thought swiss new better about hotel management.
will not stay any longer !

This hotel used to have the best breakfast in Europe, now its not even close. Bare minimum. Spa is nice, but choose your therapist wisely, rooms are not upgraded . Everything in the hotel in short is like this : lets satisfy the bare minimum for 5 stars hotel. Mediocre food. However the stuff - reception, concierge, bellboys, housekeepers, everyone - really great! Bravo and thank you.
Everything but stuff. I wasn't even allowed to get the points for our stay because I didn't book directly with Kempinski but through Booking.com! Can you believe it? I was shocked. And we are not first time guests, we are coming back to this hotel for 12 years. Kempinski Gold members. Plus the rooms that they gave us first were the oldest worst rooms in the hotel, far from superior or whatever its called, that we booked.

So many things are wrong with this hotel which is definitely not the standard of a 5*. Here's a list of SOME of the bad experiences we had that hopefully will make you stay away and look for other options:
- Lack of professionalism: Ski boots forgotten by concierge in the car despite us asking, so when we were ready to go skiing the next day, we waited 30min while they looked for them before they realized they were not at the ski shop but forgotten in the car. They were ice cold.
- Music in Lobby: The music, which played every evening till late hours, was exceedingly loud (think more rock & roll than lobby jazz) and we could hear the vibrations and beats in our room on the 2nd floor. Not a hotel if one wants peace and quiet.
- SPA: The pool water is cold, the facilities are shabby and you are not provided with flip-flops (you get room slippers which are definitely not adequate for slippery floors). So either you remember to bring your flip-flops or you catch a wart from walking barefoot.
- TV: The image on the TV would come and go, sometimes the sound was on without the image, sometimes the TV would turn off by itself. So basically you cannot watch TV. Also, very poor choice of channels (mostly German-speaking). Not that you can watch anyway.
- Hidden charges: We asked for a few plates and knives for the room, and when delivered they asked us for 5 francs. How cheap to ask for money when you are charged several thousands for a stay of few days! Imagine someone charging you for an extra toilet paper roll. This is low-cost airline style, trying to squeeze every penny from you. Shameful.
- Ski passes: The Hotel offered to get us ski-passes at their preferential rate, which we accepted. They omitted to tell us that we had to return the card otherwise an extra charge would be taken.
We love Kempinski in various locations around the world but this was really (and surprisingly!) catastrophic. We were actually relieved to leave.
