The room was cozy and location was okay.
It was such a hassle getting the key from a different location. It’s okay if you don’t have heavy bags with you but it was such troublesome for us because we have heavy bags and it was raining. I also don’t know how the owner can’t just provide the rooms garbage bag. And with every people buying a pack of em, they don’t leave the spares. The most deal breaker for me is there’s no coffee machine.

The apartment was clean, pretty well equipped and located near city centre. It's good as a base for exploring Engadina.
The keys to the apartment were stored in secure box in a different location, few hundred maters away from the apartment.
We were asked to BUY special city trash bags for ourselves... I would expect the host to provide them and add these 2 CHF to the overall price of the apartment. It's not about the money, it's about walking around city, searching for one bag (because you don't need 10) instead of enjoying your vacation.

Perfectly clean apartment exactly as pictured in beautiful new condition.
Collecting keys from another location was a hassle and headache, especially with luggage.

It was walking distance to the lake. We were glad it was only 1 night.
We were disappointed with our stay. It was a lot of money for basic accommodation and to have trucks idling outside before 8am. We weren't informed about the construction taking place and if we had been we would not have stayed. It is also not fully guests so there was a lot of noise well past 11pm. As well as being next to some sort of shanty arty eyesore. Other than 1 restaurant, there was nothing around. Very residential, not great for short stays.

Getting the keys was the biggest problem.
No correct guidance.
Many times phone not responded to.
Not understood the idea of finding keys in a totally different location. In my so many years of traveling seen this amazing concept of key collection from a different locationfor the first time which was painfu.l
Nest day I saw a senior couple who had driven from France facing similar situation. They told me that since last four hours they were finding this key location at the strange location.
I went along with them in their car, and assisted to find this key location.
They were then so relieved and had tears of joy.
Suggestion is that key should be handed over at the place of stay, rather than tourists finding this strange place at a totally different location very far away.
The couple from France were calling the mobile of the owner so many times but no response.
A terrible experience.for us and ofcousrse for the French senior couple.
Even the utilization of the room had many restrictions, unlike any other place of stay.

The place has a great value for its price and it is well located. Good for a stay on a budget and has everything you need.
Comfort is good for the value, but not more. The heating system was too strong despite putting it into minimum.
