Nothing besides the Location

1- the strange electric plugs type in the room Where no one can charge his mobile phone I’m really surprised booking.com staff must have a look at them. 2- all of the bathroom and kitchen fittings are spinning around that’s really shameful 3- the room service lady whose responsible to receive food orders dose not talk English nether Arabia

كنت سعيد بقدومي للبحرين وتفاجأت بالسكن بصراحه. تجربه سيئه جداً.

الهدوء

نظافه الغرفه من جميع ملتزمات النظافه بجد سيئه جدا للغايه وقد أخبرت الاستقبال في ذلك وقد اخبرني انه سوف يقوم بتوصيل المعلومات إلى الجهه العليا وعليه نرجوا اعاده النظر في الخدمات العامه وبشكل اسرع.

في عام 2015 سكنت أسواء فندق في حياتي هذا ثاني أسواء فندق من الاستقبال وحتى المغادرة طبعا اول ما دخلت وبعد دفعت المبلغ بلغني وعطاني ورقة تفيد ان الفندق تحت الصيانة وفيه اصوات التكسير والحفر باستخدام المعدات والآلات! ليش ما كان الكلام هذا قبل الدفع؟! وطبعا الغرفه لما دخلتها تفاجأت أنها لناس !! فيها اكلهم واغراضهم والحمدلله ماكانو موجودين ولا كان صارت مشكله وغيرها ثاني شي المفارش والبطانيات غير نظيفه التكييف بارد جدا او حار جدا وازعاجه مايوقف ازعاج الشارع الرئيس طوال اليوم بالليل والنهار ازعاج اللاونج الموجود بالفندق نص الليل حتى الفجر العزل بين الغرف سيء المبلغ المدفوع فوق 50 دينار لليله الواحده مقابل خدمات ومنشأة سيئة

Go to this hotel for a nice dinner. Don't stay there!

5 stars for the restaurant staff. They are friendly, trying to assist you (in particular the two Maitre D ladies: they are top professional. Food quality was nothing to write home about (typical international hotel food), but the ambiance and the care from busboys to Maitre D made the difference. In general, every employee are extremely friendly and helpful.

Room cleanliness and amenities are the reason why I'll never go back to the Mercure Seef hotel: To start with, bathroom towels are so old that they are frayed to an extent you wonder if you can dry yourself properly without destroying them (I stayed 2 nights and both times, the towels were in that terrible state), the first night there were no bath mat. I had the "pleasure" to clean myself the bathroom counter to remove a previous guest toothpaste remain. And don't make me start about overall cleanliness in particular in corners, or this table lamp in the bedroom that works intermittently, and... There is too much to list them all here!

They don’t provide more services like extra bed you have to pay for more one night fees to get extra bed, and you have to request everything like toothbrush and slippers.

It is the only option I choose when I want to stay in Bahrain.

The location is near to the mall, many restaurants and near to the main road, hotel Resturant is very good, the staff are very helpful and welcome you every time, the rooms are quit and comfy.

Total 2 x towels were available in 2 x bedroom suite + 1 out of 2 was wet, had to ask them to change it and bring extra towels. No any toothbrush kits were available.
