المكان جميل لكن الاسعار جدا عاليه

موقع متكامل من مطاعم راقيه ومسابح وشاطىء والموظفين جدا متعاونين

وقت ادخالي الغرفه كان متاخر ياليت يكون بدري اكثر الغرفه الي اخترتها مايوجد فيها مجفف شعر

دخول الزوار من خارج الفندق الى مرافق النزلاء في المسبح والشاطيء وهذي غير جيده للساكن ف انا دافع مبلغ من المال ليس بالقليل

ماعجبتي تعامل الموظفين خصوصًا الي كانوا بالمسبح الساوند سستم ماكان شغال عامل التنظيف دخل علي الغرفة بدون ما ااذن له وانا نايم تجديد الغرفة ماكان كويس النافذة تنسم هواء

Best Hotel I’ve every stayed with

This is without doubt the best hotel myself and my wife have stayed in. The facilities, restaurants, private beach etc were first class and immaculate. However the staff were absolutely amazing and I genuinely mean that. Amazing Hotel !

The hotel is distinguished by the beauty of nature, the elegance of the farming method, the beauty of the beach, and the sophistication of the hotel staff’s treatment, from reception to restaurants to housekeeping ... It is in fact one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever visited in my life.

Had a great weekend at the Ritz! Will always return to the Ritz

We were upgraded to the rooms on the 7th floor and it was heavenly! The staff were incredible as always.

The sound of ac is really low which means you can practically hear everything even the flush of the toilet very loudly

Too much noise from maintenance above my room ,, didnt get a partial refund ( since price very expensive) or a room upgrade while i suffered the very loud noise ,, couldn’t sleep

Breakfast, beach, service was very friendly in the lobby, location, landscape

The prices for dinner and the food and drink during the day on the beach were extremely expensive, we missed a pool table, only 2 fitness mats in the fitness studio available, construction work on the 3rd floor led to a lot of dust, interior design and equipment seemed quite worn

the best place , i would like to think the receptionist Ms Jean , for remembering my name during-my stay . also she was professional in her work shes always smiling and upon C-out she move from her disk to give me small gifts, something i will never forget also the spa was great with Ms Debica for the amazing experience in the massage you will let me come again and again i wrote this from my heart
