Great location and breakfast

Great location, very central, close to everything, reception was very helpful, very good breakfast

No tea or coffee in the room (the reception was very nice though and brought a kettle to one of the three rooms that we booked, so we could make tea, teabags we bought ourselves). Our room was quiet smelly when we arrived, we opened the window to get rid of the smell, no idea what it was…

Amazing hotel… we’ll be back.

Large spacious room with lots of windows for fresh air. The hotel was within walking distance of all the places we wanted to visit and everyone was really friendly. Breakfast was probably the best we have ever had at a hotel and the restaurant served dinner as well which was an added bonus.

Good location and service สะดวกสบายทุกอย่างจะมาอีกแน่นอน

อาหารเช้าครบถ้วน ขนมปังและกาแฟตอนเช้าดีมาก มีผลไม้สดแอปเปิ้ลและแครอทให้ทำน้ำผลไม้ด้วยตนเองเพิ่มเติมนอกเหนือจากน้ำอื่น บรรยากาศ ทางอาหารเช้าส่วนนึงที่นั่งเหมือนนั่งอยู่ในคาเฟ่ เพราะมีร้านกาแฟอยู่ในแยกส่วนจากโรงแรม การเดินทางไปเมืองเก่าสะดวก ห้องที่ได้รับเป็นแบบ duplex ซึ่งมีชานระเบียงกระจกที่มองเห็นเขาของ Innsbruck นอกจากนี้ห่างจาก Central station แค่เดินประมาณไม่เกิน 10 นาที

อยากให้ปรับสีเฟอร์นิเจอให้ดูสว่างจะดู modern มากขึ้นกว่านี้ แต่นี่ก็ดีที่สุดที่เคยพักมา เพราะสะดวก ใกล้ย่าน shopping ย่าานเมืองเก่า มีทุกอย่างครอบคลุม พนักงานให้บริการด้วยความยิ้มแย้ม อยากให้ปรับเรื่องกุญแจห้องเป็น card เพราะกุญแจเป็นแบบโบราณค่อนข้างหนักไม่สะดวกพกพาเท่าไหร่

Good comfortable room in heart of Innsbruck

Beautiful foyer… good position … decent sized rooms … comfortable beds and pillows…. ability to open window

Small thing but the body lotion tubes in the bathroom were not only used they were empty! Poor wifi in the rooms.

Central Hotel stay

Location to the center waa very good. Paid parking was very close, once we found it. Staff was helpful on the cell phone to find the parking area.

Breakfast was scheduled later than other places. No AC, needed to sleep with the window open, birds chirping at sunrise.

Friendly central city hotel with clean modern rooms.

Central. Welcoming and made me very comfortable as a lone woman traveller. No uncomfortable feeling having breakfast alone. Great breakfast with plenty of choices. Great room with no carpet which I always like. Modern room and bathroom. Very clean.

Very good hotel. Friendly staff. fantastic location. Excellent restaurants nearby. short walk from the station.

Some minor wear and tear in the room. Handle of the shower door fell off as soon as I touched it. Fan in the bathroom did not work.

Nice, comfortable place to stay that has a great location, but value is mediocre

The hotel is located right downtown. It is close to the walking/ pedestrian area. The reception was very friendly and warm. The room was quite comfortable.

The room was comfortable, but on the smaller size. The value of the room is over-rated, nice but higher in price for what you get.

Great location close to train station and old town. Staff extremely helpful

Brrakfast is very expensive but lots of ither options in town so wasnt a problem. There is no kettle or coffee facilities in room however they do say you can get hot water from reception. Woild have liked a coffee station in the room

Perfect location for walking around in Innsbruck

Location, location. Right in the middle of the city, easy to walk everywhere. Breakfast was good. Overall a good experience.

Driving there was not easy since it is in the city center! Quite sure that I drove on streets that I wasn't allowed to (like for public transport). But we found our way eventually. They demolished a house in the same block, so outside it was really dusty sometimes.

Short walk from train station - with many restaurants around. Comfortable room with a great shower and plenty of room. Great value for money.
