Overall great value for money. Would make it my regular for a short stay in Zurich.

Convenient location - Zurich central station as well as main city sights and shopping district all within walking distance. Friendly reception. Decent Wi-Fi connection in the room. Slightly further away from the central station, but was better than the other place I stayed last time with the same price range.

Air conditioning was installed in the room but the wall controller had been modified so that it could not be operated. Had to open the window to maintain comfortable room temperature but then had to tolerate the constant street noise.

Lovely hotel

Perfect location in walking distance of the city center. The cleaning service is extraordinary and they clean the room twice a day. The reception staff is also friendly and providing great support.

The hotel is old but everything else is so good especially the cleaning service. nothing bothered me honestly. Everything was as expected.

I don’t think I have ever had such a small shower in a room anywhere (room 402); staying there a week, this became tiring and annoying.

Excellent location to explore Zurich, I just wish it could be a little bit more affordable

The location is great, very close to the main train station. The staff is helpful and the rooms are nice.

I feel the prices are a little bit too high for a 3star hotel. I understand the location is great, but the prices increased a lot compared to some years ago, when I first stayed at this hotel.

Small bathroom. The room had a rattling pipe or motor/pump that would rattle every 5-10 minutes 24/7, extremely annoying and should be fixed.

Excellent location short walking distance to train, Old Zürich and many restaurants

Excellent location just a few blocks from the central train station. Close to many restaurants and Old Zürich .

Really small and slow elevator as expected for Europe. They had wide carpeted stairs as well so we used those mist if the time. Not much water pressure in the shower and a bit complicated to operate( too many nozzles)

Location of the property is brilliant. There are lot of eating options on the same block. easy access to public transport like tram and main station is also at walking distance. Every floor had a lounge which could be used to relax. only drawback is the breakfast. Better to head across the road to Migros for coffee and breakfast.

The breakfast service was not that great. Advisable to go out for breakfast .The breads, croissants etc were not very fresh.

The location was great. Just a few minutes walk from the train station with great selection of food places nearby. There is also a Migros right across the street which was really convenient.

Loved every moment in the room!

The location was so good, about 5-10 min walk from the station, which had escalators for big luggages. Staff was super friendly. Room had a vintage feel but it was modern and new. And it was big enough for 2 big opened luggages. Loved the stay! The TV can connect to Netflix!

Great stay in a very central location

Very central location, walking distance from the central station, main shopping area, old town and all the commodities. Comfy room (we had a “business” room). Very friendly and helpful staff

The road in front can be a little bit noisy during weekend nights (people going out late, not traffic), but this has to be expected in a city centre

Very good

Loves the deco, hygiene, bed and pillows were comfortable. Staff were friendly and nice and very responsive.

Breakfast spread quite limited but sufficient. TV had issues connecting to Netflix, staff did try to fix it but didn't work. Apart from that everything was excellent!
