Номер отличный, расположение хоть и больше указанного, но для нас не принципиально. Почти центр

Возникли проблемы с заездом. Т.к. это здание находится в 300 м от основного, не могли сразу понять где взять ключи. Спустя час от постояльцев отеля узнали, что нужно идти в главное здание, которое находится на центральной пешеходной улице. На рецепшене быстро мужчина рассказал заселение / выселение и выдал карту ключ. На вопрос паркинг, дал бумажку со стрелочками как проехать. Почему не дать адрес? У мужчины не было никакой заинтересованности нам помочь, т.к. языка мы не знаем, а на переговорный переводчик в телефоне смотрел так, как вроде первый раз его видит. Проехав по стрелочкам три раза по кругу, паркинг так и не нашли. Поискав информацию в интернете, поняли, что с 18 и до 8 утра паркинг бесплатный. Стояла машина прямо перед отелем. Днем ставили на бесплатную стоянку возле футбольного поля, а вечером перегоняли к отелю. Подошли на рецепшен второй раз узнать, почему нам не сказали про указанное СПА при бронирование. Ответ - тут СПА не очень, идите туда.... и показал в сторону купален. За завтрак тоже никто не сказал ничего. Питались сами по ресторанам. Один раз попали в ресторан от отеля. Там вкусно и доброжелательно. Вывод - персонал отеля не заинтересован в приеме гостей. При бронировании было указано что купальни находятся 350 м от отеля. Это от главного корпуса, от корпуса бокового 700 м и по ступеням вверх. Сам номер отличный. Чистота. Уборка каждый день.

На заезд потратили около двух часов. Потом еще час на паркинг. Не сказали про питание в ресторане. Можно сказать не пустили в СПА

Super, definitely will return

Room: spacious, very clean despite being a bit old, has a kitchen with complete appliances Staffs: 24hr reception, very helpful, we arrived at almost midnight & easily checked in, technician (when needed) arrived within 10mins Location: amazing cafe & restaurant in close proximity, 15 mins walk to the thermal lake & 10 mins walk to a free parking

Not a big deal, but we stayed at the Kalma Villa, which was another building 1 block away from the hotel. Check-in & check-out happen at the hotel reception

Good location, nice view (our room overlooked the pedestrian street), lots of restaurants and bars around.

We arrived late (around midnight), and the night guard was giving us some problems, but we sorted it out. (others were very kind though) Parking fee a bit high

We had 4 rooms They spread us all over the place One room was in another street!!! The building was empty and we got a third floor room without an elevator. Dirty shower, dusty beds and sofa, empty kitchen. Go there if you must and have no other options.

We stopped at double room to villa. The room is clean and good location but….

The phone number is not correct and if you have questions, you will not get through. The rooms cards did not work, and had run to the reception to the hotel which find in 10 min at the evening and re-magnetize.The breakfast is modest.

It was clean but basic, but positively not value for money.

They have an extremely rude staff, who don't care about guests. The hotel has only one concentration, that is how to extract extra money from guests by providing misinformation. At the drop of a hat they are ready to fight with guests. In fact they feel they are doing the guest a favour by allowing them to stay.

good location. Very good preassure of water in the shower! There was a lot of critisim in some reviews about breakfast, but for us it was fine. The range of food was standard and the quality was okay. However we spent just 2 nights in this hotel, so we could not appreciate if they change the assortment of food or if it is the same every day.

the carpet on the floor looked dirty. Perhaps it was cleaned, but there were so many stains that it looked really dirty - the color reminded of mix of sand and dirt. It is just very old, used carpet, and it does not look attractive. The parking costs 8 euros per night.
