Lokalita, milý personál, jedlo, wellness v hoteli.

Kúpeľňa v izbe a aj niektorý nábytok by potreboval rekonštrukciu, moc hlučná chladnička v izbe.

Отличный гостеприимный отель для курортного отдыха без излишеств.

Отель нам понравился, провели в нем три ночи, двухместный номер с полупансионом. Отель расположен в 5 минутах пешком от входа в зону озера Хевиз, в 1-2 минуты от остановки автобуса из/в Будапешт или Кестхей, добирались самостоятельно, смогли обойтись без такси, в ту же сторону 5-6 минут магазин супермаркет. Номер комфортный, с балконом, уборка каждый день, чисто, белье, полотенца, халаты для СПА-зоны. СПА зона на 0 этаже (есть лифт), бассейн с водой из озера, джакузи, сауна, шезлонги, кулер, терраса на улице в зеленой зоне. Отличное питание, прекрасный ресторан и бар, великолепные завтраки и ужины, Нам хватило питания, даже слишком, в другие заведения не заходили. Персонал доброжелательный и контактный, не смотря на сложности языкового барьера все стараются понять вопросы гостей и выполнить их просьбы. Большое спасибо всему персоналу отеля. В отеле есть комната для хранения вещей при раннем приезде или позднем отъезде, а так же, можно бесплатно взять на прокат плавательные круги для озера, за это отелю спасибо, так как на самом озере аренда кругов платная и только за наличные, это не удобно и не всегда возможно. В целом отель понравился, рекомендую его гостям, желающим получить комфорт без излишеств, но за приемлемую цену. Персоналу отеля и его владельцам желаю дальнейших успехов, отелю процветания.

Один балл снизила за два недостатка, с которыми столкнулись лично мы. Первый- халаты, предоставляемые в номере, были недостаточно большого размера, это не было для нас проблемой, и мы не стали просить о замене, думаю, что заменили бы без проблем. Второй момент, который составил небольшой дискомфорт - это огромное дерево прямо перед балконом, которое, с одной стороны, заслоняло великолепный вид с балкона, который открывается с этого фасада отеля, а с другой стороны, на нем по утрам поют птицы, которые с утра будят, хотя птицы поют везде, и на других деревьях тоже, и это прекрасно, но тут уж как-будто прямо в комнате. Эти моменты не являются недостатками отеля, а только объяснением за снятый балл. Может быть кому-то пригодятся такие детали для планирования своего отдыха, кому это важно, тогда нужно попросить номер в другой части отеля, или побольше размер халата.

Everything was wonderful. Couldn't have been happier. Great location. Nice parks, walking areas. The Heviz food was excellent and portions were more than enough.The staff were very friendly, caring and helpful. They went far beyond what was expected to help me. I will definitely tell my friends to stay there, and I will certainly return soon. Thank you again for all your assistance.

The room was good, the breakfast rich and dinner very good. Very close to the thermal lake. Nice staff.

The jacuzzi not very good functioning (only some parts). Another negative impression, the bill and final documents only in Hungarian language, when asked in English form.

Nice stay

We went to this hotel for the second time because the ratio between price and facilities suits us. The hotel has two parking lots, from the largest one you go up two flights of stairs to the reception, so be careful if you have a lot of luggage. The hotel is old and would require some repairs, but the room is clean and spacious, with lots of storage space and is equipped with a mini-fridge. The bed is wide and very comfortable. The pool is filled with thermal water, so the first impression is that it is not very clean. Bathrobes can be found in the room. The highest score is for the meals they offer. Both, in the morning and in the evening, there is plenty of food for all tastes and excellently cooked.

The fee for a 5 kg puppy is 5000 HUF per night, without any facilities for this amount, not even a bowl of water.

Hotel smells really really bad! And that was our biggest problem. Other problem was bed and pillows. For first, we got separate beds and there should be one double bed. Second, very very uncomfortable pillows. Other day our necks hurt. Food is okay,nothing special. Maybe if there was a little bigger offer would be okay. Jacuzzi don't have many bubbles and it doesn't look clean. Other was okay.

We had a great time, dinner, breakfast were nice and plenty, room cosy, wellness part as advertised

for dinner was a special St Martin's day dish, which was a nice touch. The room was a good size for 2 people, with enough storage. The staff was friendly too

The pillows were not nice at all, also a bit more option for hanging the wet clothes indoors would be nice in the wintertime.

Good stay

Hotel is very nice. Location is great with good parking spot. The city center and Heviz lake is very close. Room is clean and in good condition. Breakfast and dinner was delicious. Pool is good, sauna was better.

Not too clean, possible bed bug

The staff was nice and friendly. The breakfast and dinner was pretty decent.

The room wasn’t very clean — there was dust balls in the bed frame, some mold in the shower, etc. Also found what appeared to be a bed bug on the wall while packing to check-out. The facility is just kind of old and not particularly well-kept.

The hotel was OK but for example climbing two flights of stairs to get to the reception was a bit difficult with suitcases! The furniture and ambiance is more like it was in the sixties, seventies the building could use a facelift and modernisation. Parking is paid but it only became clear when checking out😒

Superb

We were satisfied with everything. The food was excellent, rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. Wellness area met our expectations- however, it would be crowded if hotel is on full capacity.

It's not a big thing-but staff could have been more friendly. Mosquito nets on the windows could have been useful.

Best choice for everyone.

I travelled in March for one week and because of corona i was for one week the ONLY guest in the whole Hotel, was so strange and good feeling at the same time:). As the hotel was totally empty i believe they gave me better room, better than what i booked. The Hotel is AMAZING , very clean , Comfort and the stuff were very HELPFUL and awesome too. Hope next time the city will be as it was before corona .

Great value for money!

Breakfast was great. Wellness was nice. The room was great.

Hall, reception and the main area of the hotel in not air-conditioned so it was vary steamy and hot.
