Staff molto disponibile e professionale. Upgrade in junior suite molto bella appena ristrutturata

Ottima posizione, junior suite molto bella al 6 piano appena ristrutturata, spaziosa e con cabina armadio. Staff molto attento e disponibile ci han omaggiato upgrade della camera e fornito indicazioni preziose sulla zona. Ho soggiornato diverse volte per lavoro e mi sono trovata sempre bene.

La pandemia mi ha tenuto lontano da Catania, sono tornato ed ho trovato l'htl più funzionale di prima, colazione sempre al top, personale di livello, bagno buono, certo la vasca da bagno è superata sarebbe più idonea una doccia.

A cercare il pelo nell'uovo? meglio la doccia in bagno che la vasca.

Excellent Staff!

Reception staff are really exceptional. Efficient, friendly and engaging. We stayed for two nights, 4 days apart. Two different reception teams, both with the same approach. If only the other hotels on this trip had had the same standards. Rooms are comfortable and spotless. We got two excellent nights' sleep. Excellent wifi. Hotel is in a great location, on Piazza Trento. The airport bus stop is almost at the hotel door, just mention to the driver where you want to get off. The bus runs on a loop, back to the airport, so same stop for the return. Bus to station too from the piazza. A short walk to Via Etnea. We had a delicious meal at Il Pozzo, close by. Bar Trento diagonally across the piazza is very good for pastries and coffee. We will definitely be back and have no hesitation recommending NH.

Great value luxury hotel we’d use again

Just a few minutes walk away from everything. Great bed, bath and shower, and

I can’t think of anything to complain about. Everything felt right and the price was amazingly good.

Very friendly and close to town centre

Easy walk to the main city square. Didn’t feel unsafe. It rained the last night in Catania and the reception had umbrellas.

Great staff and a great central location for exploring

The staff were very helpful. Great location for the centre. On site parking was expensive but needed for that added security in a buy city centre.

Parking outside of the hotel was not an option due to space . The location is right in the centre and at busy times driving is a little nervy.

quiet room. hotel NH standard. good and helpful staff. parking available at 20 euros per night. only 6 places.

we have a problem with the shower drain but maintenance guy as sent right away

I liked the bed and the breakfast. The checkin went well. There were enough wastepaper baskets and towels.

The shower was unpleasant and one bedlamp was missing.

Good choice for a stay in Catania.

Staff were fabulous. We had an issue with the air conditioning in our room (it wasn’t functioning). And they moved us to another, bigger room immediately. Everyone is incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast also great—tons of choices and regularly refreshed. Two coffee machines! Centrally located.

Fitness center is very small-in a converted room. Just a bike, treadmill, and weights. You must book a time slot in advance to use. Also, parking spaces only for 7 cars which you can’t reserve. There is a private garage two streets over (very friendly staff on site) but 18 euros a day and closed on Sundays between 12:30 and 18:00 so you can’t put your car in or take it out then. Street parking at your own risk……and it’s a risk!

Stay was good, disappointed with the room facilities.

Room was a good size,good location and breakfast was good.

Breakfast wasn't included and was extra, no milk in the room for the tea and coffee provided, had to ask reception 3 x for milk and then had to collect ourselves from the bar, also the shower head was not able to hold in place as broken ,mentioned to reception 3 x nothing was repaired during our stay making showering difficult.No mirror in the bedroom.

very unpleasant bed - lovely staff

located in the city center and easy to go around. However the bed was the worst possible. We couldn’t really sleep. hotel should buy new beds!! staff were nice, though couldn’t help with the bed.

Car parking situation is challenging. Only 7 spaces at the hotel, and the local parking garages are difficult to navigate with a medium to large car.

Good location, very poor product

Good location but that is about it

really outdated property, the air con was on full blast to cover the bad smell in the room, stale smell; bathroom really outdated and smells bad; we did not even feel comfortable to have a shower is no point to clean as the rooms need to be stripped down and refurbished
