The hotel staff were v helpful with where to park car for FREE & @ night from 8pm to 9 am. Provided good info abt where & how to go, etc.
1) The flight of steps to hotel entrance.
2) No lift access to room. Have to climb stairs with luggages to room.

Incredibly close to the downtown walking area.
Pretty dated hotel. They could really use an upgrade of their facilities.

Booked many, many months ago and then my flights were changed. They refused to reimburse me or change the booking to my new date. Not happy.

Nice breakfast with wide assortment of delicious local food and drinks. Sign up for seatings in 30-min blocks made it convenient, knowing we'd have room at a table.
Rooms appeared to be recently renovated, with surprisingly good storage in closet and window overlooking the square.
Location was fantastic, easy walking to all restaurants and shopping, with nearby parking.

The staff was very accommodating to our specific needs while visiting the Dolomites. Everyone was very friendly and more than willing to help out

Located in town center
Old building .Stairs to hotel lobby is hard to carry heavy luggage.

First of all, I have to thanks the lady in the reception helping me to carry the luggage up and down the stairs . It was impossible to carry on my own.
The toilet was dirty and without cover .l told to the lady she cleaned the toilet with the brush. Afterwards, I found the battery socket, full of dust ,was totally detached from the wall lying on the ground .I told to the lady again, she put the socket on the wall and said it was ok I asked for changing the room.l said to her that I checked already that there were rooms available. She replied that she could arrange to change the in the following day.
I couldn't understand this self claimed 3 star hotel could offer the bad conditioned room to guest .I reluctantly stayed in the room with low mood.On the other day I was allowed to change to another room.

The location is great, few steps from the walking street and it is in the city center. Easy to reach from the bus station. The room is comfy, has enough space.
There was no air conditioning or heating opportunity what would be very useful in rainy weather. The toilet was very close to the wall/corner, I personally had to sit in oblique position (and do not consider myself oversized).

The hotel has seen better days. In fact Cortina as a destination is expensive and over rated..
I only stayed so I could see the Giro pass through otherwise I would give Cortina a miss. So many better places to stay in the Dolomites.
The hotel staff were helpful but the hotel itself for what they charge is not good value.. But neither is Cortina good value.
The bathroom leaked. The tile grout looked as though it needed replacing.

Location and the room looks new
Checkin process could have been a little quicker. But staff were nice. I think the reception area can do a little refurb to match the room

Great staff! Super friendly. Ok bed and size for the double room. Nice balcony. Good location.
The cleaning could have been better. The hotel is old and not quite worth the money compared to what you're getting. But all in all a decent stay.

What a great stay! We were greeted by two lovely reception men who were great to deal with. Our room was exceptionally clean and spacious with very comfortable beds. This was a gem of a place and comes highly recommended from seasoned travellers!! Well back and this is where we will be booking. Thanks for being polite and a pleasure to deal with.
