Breakfast was excellent. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very nice bar. Garage parking for the hotel guests. Spacious and clean rooms. Close to the town center.
Rooms were outdated. Very few electrical sockets in odd positions.

We were offered a duplex room with big spacious , beautiful view from window
helpful staff that provided us a very useful info to visit places nearby
Taste breakfast
when we check out at noon but need to catch evening coach , we are allowed to take a rest at their bar room
a bit far from town centre & bus station , it is painful especially when you trolling your suitcase

The hotel is close to the pedestrian walking area, it offers underground parking. Lovely breakfast, lots of healthy choices and fresh products. The room was quite big, with a fabulous garden view over the mountains, the bathroom spotless clean and offered good quality hygiene care products. I would choose this hotel again next time!
The underground parking place was a bit poorly illuminated, with no visible signs to guide you easily to the entrance of the hotel. When you are not familiar with the place and you get there tired from travelling, this could give you an uncomfortable feeling. This could be improved. But once you find the entrance door, you step into a warm atmosphere.

Great food lovely staff. easy parking and good location to walk into town and work off the massive dinners you get there. We where made to feel very welcome on my first visit to Italy despite my complete lack of being able to speak Italian with everyone apart from the Breakfast lady spoke English to some degree. The Breakfast Lady spoke no English we managed to use sign language to get everything I wanted and quite frankly she was lovely and a lot of fun. Special mention Alessio the bar man. Spoke Great English and helped us learn some Italian and was good to chat too about the area etc.
Unfortunately I learnt a lesson on booking late and not doing enough research. No rooms have baths and my Mrs loves a bath especially when you have aching legs from skiing. My fault I should have checked but never stayed in a hotel without a bath before. I also booked this Hotel as it had a spa which in my mind is essential for a ski holiday. The Spa is extra 25 Euro EACH and there is still no bath or hot-tub and and then it turned out was fully booked till 9pm when I tried to get in as they only let 1 family in at a time. One other thing was that the building is very old so sound proofing is poor and we could hear movement and TV's all the time till midnight area. That with the Bins being at the front of the building and bottles being tipped in all night and as early at 6am meant sleep was disturbed so ear plugs are recommended if your a light sleeper. These 2 things Spoilt what would have been a 5 star plus review.

The room was very big with a nice balcony. It has a small kitchen and a large dining room. If you plan to prepare your own food, this is a big plus. The spa looks nice, but the entrance requires a separate payment (40 euros for two hours). Great parking space. Varied and delicious breakfast.
A little far from the pedestrian street in the city center.

Great location - easy to walk to pedestrian area downtown. Front desk staff were very helpful.
Rooms were a bit old but priced appropriately.

Spacious room, friendly staff, delicious breakfast. Also very handy that they have a garage underneath the building, though it was quite challenging to park our stationwagon in those tiny spots.

Great location right next to bus stop and an easy stroll into the centre. Restaurants very close by. Rooms are a little dated but clean and comfortable.Staff were friendly.
No kettle in room - they did provide when asked but no tea or coffee provided! Bathrobes would be great.

Cosy hotel, very close to center! Ski bus passes right from the corner of the street! Has deposit room for ski equipment. Nice staff and breakfast! Definitely recommended!

The dining areas were very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent.
We left a large sum of money in the safe (our foolishness). The cleaning staff must have been thrilled at their find and didn't turn it over to the management; or maybe they did and the management enjoyed the cash. Either way they were uncooperative with our requests to retrieve the funds. We even had Booking.com call and they weren't cooperative with them either. These people can't be trusted. We should have called the police.
The Wifi didn't work well in our room which was at the end of a hallway.

Our stay was colored by the fact that the staff stole the money we left behind in the room safe. They lied to us several times over the phone and even refused to go check the room safe. It was a large sum of money so I’m sure the temptation was strong not to do the right thing.
We will never stay there again.

Nice big room. Great spa center.

Breakfast options were varied and excellent quality and service. Our 2nd floor suite had some 70’s ski lodge charm, but was wonderfully spacious. We spent an afternoon on the balcony enjoying a cocktail.
Decor of the hotel is dated, but is in great shape and is charming in its own way.
