Comfortable room, great location and an excellent breakfast.

Clean room, comfortable bed and great location close to the train station and a short walk to the sights of Rimini. The breakfast was excellent with a lot of interesting, vegetarian options.

Excelente a simpatia do Staff. Viajámos de comboio, pelo que a localização do hotel é excelente. Relativamente ao centro da cidade, são 5m a pé. Para quem quer ir até San Marino, é excelente a localização... a compra dos bilhetes e os autocarros são muito perto.

Una piacevole sorprese

Abbiamo prenotato in questo albergo all'ultimo momento dopo che la struttura che avevamo scelto e che conoscevo aveva deciso di cancellare la prenotazione, senza offrirci una riprotezione o un aiuto nella ricerca di una soluzione alternativa. Per motivi logistici avevamo bisogno di un albergo vicino alla stazione e abbiamo prenotato al volo. Questo hotel è stato quindi una sorpresa rivelatasi piacevolissima e al di sopra delle aspettative. La posizione è ideale, a metà strada tra il centro storico e la stazione, perfetta per noi che avevamo intenzione di visitare il centro di Rimini ed effettuare escursioni nelle vicinanze, utilizzando treno ed autobus, ma non eravamo interessati alla spiaggia. La camera era molto spaziosa, silenziosa e dotata di tutti i confort. Colazione molto abbondante, in grado di accontentare sia gli amanti del dolce che quelli del salato. Personale cortese e disponibile. Per il nostro prossimo soggiorno a Rimini, quasi certamente saranno la prima struttura che prenderò in considerazione.

Anche a voler essere pignoli, non ci riesce di trovare qualcosa nel nostro soggiorno in questa struttura del quale poterci lamentare, tutto ha funzionato alla perfezione.

Bella struttura a metà strada tra centro e mare, vicino alla stazione. Camera spaziosa, bagno finestrato, colazione abbondante e buona.

Se devo trovare una pecca, segnalerei il gran caldo in stanza, non regolabile in quanto in effetti il riscaldamento risultava spento.. abbiamo dovuto aprire le finestre per portare la temperatura ad un livello normale

Decent hotel for an okay price close to the station

- conveient location - a short walk from the train station - the room was small but overall quite nice interior - comfy beds and they even let you pick a pillow! - clean room and bathroom

- when we came in the room smelled very strongly of some sort of a cleaning product (bleach?) - it was extremely unpleasant and even after opening the windows we couldn't ventilate it out, this was a major minus - the room was quite small and very basic - but doable if you're here for a shorter overnight stay, wouldn't recommend for a longer stay or holidays where you plan to be a lot in the room

Very nice and cosy hotel. Clean and comfortable room. Good choice to stay for a night or two. The breakfast was good enough. The staff idid absolutely amazing, speaking few languages, tried their best to help us as far as our flight was cancelled and I was slightly Insane trying to find any options for accommodation.. I would recommend this hotel.

I would recommend to keep some bottled water in the room free of mini bar charges. It is usual practice for hotels. I was surprised when I found out that bottled water in our room was priced as a mini bar rates.

Location is the best, clean room, comfortable bed, very nice personal, bike renting and cheap, private beach is nice

Supper recomend hotel in Rimini

They have a bus station nearby the hotel, and it is located in 5min by feet! Super comfortable and great condition. Also we extended check-out time, but it is 20€ to extend until 2pm! Grazia♥️

Nice find in Rimini

Everything was okay, compared to the other hotels in Rimini it has also a good value for the money. All was as advertised, the staff was very kind.

The lights were constantly blinking in the bathroom. Also it is close to the station which is not the friendliest part of the city, and it takes a bit of a walk to get to the seaside.

A smart hotel with friendly and helpful staff.

A very smart and clean hotel with good facilities and most importantly, a comfortable bed. The location is close to the station. The lady at reception was very helpful and knowledgeable about restaurants and sights in the area which helped us make the most of our stay. If returning to Rimini I will stay here again.

Good price, nice staff, Clean and good interior.

Not flexible in cancellation or shifting the stay. I asked for cancellation or for shifting from July 2023 to April 2024 by accepting the July price (I gave 2 Options in April, both had around half the July-Price), but I got a rejection. Parking: Hotel has not an own parking place. One hast to Park the car somewhere at the street on public parking spaces (it ist hard to find a free one). There isn't even place for quick unloading the car.

Conveniently Located Hotel in Rimini's Historic Heart Near Stazione

The hotel's location, just a 5-minute walk from the train station, is a definite plus for travelers relying on trains for their journey. Situated right at the heart of Rimini's historic part, it provides easy access to the city's attractions and cultural gems. Upon entering the room, I found it to be decent and suitable for a comfortable stay. However, there was one particular downside that affected my experience—the placement of the air conditioning unit. Unfortunately, it was positioned directly over the bed, and during the night, it continuously blew cold air, which ended up hitting my head. As a result, I woke up with a headache. I couldn't help but wish that the AC vent was located on the other side of the room to avoid this discomfort. Despite this one setback, the overall stay was manageable, thanks to the hotel's favorable location and the generally decent room. If you can overlook the AC placement or perhaps request a room with a better ventilation arrangement, it might prove to be a suitable choice for your stay in Rimini.

Great hotel for a great price!

Wonderful hotel, very close to the train station if you are traveling by train. Very close to the old town as well. The room was spacious, the bed was extra big and comfortable! The bathroom was spacious as well. Loved my stay here!

Awful customer service

They charged me as no show when the city was flooded, the Civil Defense authorities had declared an emergency. All trains were not permitted to enter. I couldn’t get there - they charged me anyway.

Very good

Good location close to the station. Room compact as expected but had everything we needed. Breakfast good choice and plentiful. Staff we encountered were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and housekeeping service was good. 4 mins walk to the station, 10 mins to one of the main squares and shops and 15 mins slow stroll to the beaches, Rimini eye and Marina. The shuttle for San Marino is 4 mins walk. Rimini is a lovely city, we spent a great Bank Holiday weekend there and enjoyed a trip into San Marino for a few hours ( it's only 30 mins away by bus)

Although there were controls in the room the air conditioning didn't work which made the nights quite uncomfortable. The hotel is on a well used road and while the double glazing is fantastic sound proofing having the window closed and no air con means the room is very hot and stuffy but if you open the window the road noise could keep you awake. The water pressure in the shower was poor and a real effort was needed to wash long hair. The bed was a little hard but of course that's personal preference

The property was extremely close to the station, which was perfect as I arrived late. Staff were also very friendly when I arrived and spoke good English.

Would have been great to have had a kettle or possibility to make a drink in the room (however I didn't enquire if these facilities were available elsewhere).
