Space at toilette and in shower too small.

1. One of the cleanest hotels I've ever been to.
2. The food was tasty and fresh, although the same menu each day gets boring quickly
1. The rooms aren't soundproof, that listing is completely false. You can hear every sound from the street and hallways at night. We could hear other guests talking in their rooms.
2. The WiFi is horrible. It's slow and crashes every 5 minutes. If I had to work while using it, it would have been impossible.
3. The gentleman with really short hair and glasses at the reception implied that we were lying when saying our balcony doors were locked and the AC still didn't work (turns out it's their sensors, we weren't the only ones complaining)
4. The pool is beyond tiny. People and their children kept jumping in the pool splashing water everywhere, the staff did nothing.
5. The beach doesn't have showers or running water to wash your feet of sand (other hotels provide this at their beaches).

It was comfortable and near beach! good location
Very poor breakfast for a 4star! Not so many choice for an English breakfast and cannot order omelets etc..Didn’t have enough amenities for bathroom! in the room for a 4 star there is no kettle and coffee machine and tea! When you speak to the receptionist they are sometimes rude and cut the phone like they are speaking to their family members.

An excellent hotel with a private allocated beach. Great location! Stuff are very nice. Cleaning was done everyday!
A bit more varieties on breakfast, although it is good

the location. the breakfast. the pool & the rooms
The front desk staff is not friendly at all, kind of on the rude side, definitely not customer service oriented. for people in the hospitality industry they lacked the hospitality. however the night staff were much kinder as well as the restaurant staff. they we’re helpful and Amazing!

Spacious and attractive rooms with sea view. Friendly and helpful staff. Wide selection at breakfast (though no outdoor eating options, which would be nice in COVID times). Loaner bikes available and on-site parking (for 20 euro a day).
Wifi did not extend into the bedroom, and in any case required a popup login every time you connect.
The biggest problem was the neighbors - la Salsicciona on the north side blasts mediocre dance music at hearing-damage levels that penetrate the walls until 12:30 or 1 in the morning. As a result, it may not be a great choice for families or business travelers who are not in Rimini to party until the wee hours.

Professional staff, excellent housekeepers, kudos to Antonio at the reception.
They initially put us in a room next to a super loud club. I went to the reception the next morning and requested a change. It's kinda of bad when you consider I have had this booking since January, making it obvious there is a baby with us.

convenient close to beach
curtain didn’t close properly and woke up with daylight early. Savoury buffet poor for pescatarians or vegetarians. First room was very small but with a balcony. moved to a bigger room without balcony.

Great location. Veru clean. Great breakfast.

The room and seaview were lovely. Travelling with our adult son, the bedroom-style room with a door offered us all more privacy and separation between our room as his sleeping area on the pull-out sofa. The bathroom had excellent amenities and a wonderful shower. The entire room was modern and tastefully decorated. The bar area inside and out was a lovely space to read or visit with family. The staff were unfailingly kind, professional, polite, and helpful.
The breakfast included was not exactly "as advertised" and the coffee machine for lattes and espressos was malfunctioning. The location of the pool at the front of the hotel dissuaded us from using it as it felt too conspicuous since there were several conference attendees milling about during smoke breaks. Smokers really take over that front outdoor space at all times. I had expected a rooftop lounge/hot tub area with views of the entire seafront (which would've been great), but we couldn't locate it. That would be a great outdoor option for non-smokers.

Abundant breakfast, very clean and nicely decorated rooms, decent price, bikes for free. (Nice city bikes, but not suitable for longer rides outside city).
Repair/constructions works on promenade just outside the hotel disturbing silent morning hours. It looks like works will be finished during next few weeks.
