Personale cordiale e disponibile. Torneremo sicuramente a passare altre notti d'incanto.

Ho molto apprezzato:
- il design e l'arredamento della struttura, frutto di una ristrutturazione davvero indovinata;
- il parcheggio gratuito;
- l'accesso diretto alla ciclopedonale dei trabocchi;
- le dimensioni e la comodità della camera e, soprattutto, del bagno;

Breakfast, beach, room
Another elevator is needed, water not refilled in the freezer, no hair conditioner nor body cream

I found paradise!!! I have travelled to Abruzzo a few times before but have never found accomodation I love. I now have a place I will return to again and again. The breakfast was impressive, I loved it, nothing would run out, they were topping it up frequently and had a great selection of Abruzzese pastries. They had staff walking around taking coffee orders and even cooked fresh eggs for my kids. The location was great and with in easy accesss to beach, bike hire and restaurants. The rooms are very minimalistic but ticked all the right boxes. The shower is the biggest I have had in Italy and had lifts through out the building which made it very accessible for my husband on crutches. We had dinner in the restaurant which was also very nice with a good selection of food both seafood and meat options. The television had English speaking programmes which was a bonus. The staff were very friendly.
The only thing I could fault would be the hotels private beach. It could do with a little bar but not a big deal as there were other options close by. Also I can remember a bit of noise in the hallways so I don’t think doors were 100% sound proof.

nothing.

Very clean and comfortable. Great breakfast!!
No facilities in the room…no water glasses, no tea/coffee making , no fridge

Location was perfect for us as we were visiting the Giro (Tour of Italy) and it went past the hotel, the staff were excellent, very friendly and very helpful.
Hotel had a function one night of our stay, it took over the hotel and we felt a bit awkward eating in the restaurant that evening.

very clean and magnificent view from the room. restaurant staff really helpful
quite expensive if you need a cot.

Spectacular and fascinating design. Cool Panorama to the see. Love the room scent
Only the washbasin was too small and weird and the too much metal furniture is noisy

Location nice .
Providing at least one free bottle of water in the bedrooom

Everything about our stay was perfect. The staff were so helpful and amazing. The hotel is in the perfect location and beautiful. The town of San Vito is amazing. Everyone at the hotel went out of their way to ensure that our stay was amazing. We will be returning.
4.2
We had a room overlooking stairs and an air conditioner
4.2
The pool
The bill was muddled and our friends were overcharged for flowers in the room

Breakfast was quiet good and bonus that it was included. The bathroom was lovely but the room itself was not well decorated - seemed like it was just random left over furniture painted white. A little disappointing considering the price and the rest of the hotel.

the property is in a great location and the sitting areas in the lobby and front areas are very pretty and comfortable. There was a pool so that was nice if you didn’t want to walk to the beach. the rooms were were clean and it was nice to have a balcony. Their breakfast was nice too.
4.2
They didn't tell me when I booked that the pool wasn't available and furthermore there was a wedding on that day so even the comunal areas were not usable. If I had known It before I would have gone in another weekend as I could enjoy almost nothing. The restaurant staff during breakfast was nice while the hotel staff was awful, they didn't make us feel comfortable at all!
4.2
The view was very nice. The staff was accommodating but it seemed they were new or not trained. Close to restaurants and services. Easy parking.
Pool was closed for a few days. The breakfast was disappointing. A tray of cheese, 2 trays of ham, 2 trays of sliced pineapple and kiwi, that was it for fruit. Lots of cakes and cookies, not too good. Some yogurt and cereals. Took quite awhile to get a cappuccino or coffee. More protein items, boiled eggs, more cheese and meat would be good. I was surprised at the poor breakfast as this property has a full sized restaurant. We had cocktails on the terrace and asked for a antipasti plate from the restaurant to accompany our drinks. Which we were happy to pay for, however, the manager told us it was impossible to have any food from the restaurant until dinner time, 8:00. Again, a full sized restaurant, but no real food service other than exact meal times. The decor was unusual.....lots of yarn hanging from the ceilings and rolled up in balls sitting around the hotel. There was beach access, however, no facilities at the beach....no drinks whatsoever, water included. Just sunbeds and umbrella's for EURO 20. It seemed like the hotel was short staffed.

Great hotel in a lovely location with a private beach. Excellent breakfast. Helpful staff.
4.2
Location, access to beach, free parking. Balcony . Clean rooms. Breakfast lots of choise.
Minimalistic design but not allways practical.
I would rather like self service at breakfast.
4.2
room with balcony and sea view was just amazing
nothing!
4.2
Outstanding restaurant. Safe beach sidewalk
Really difficult road to cross to get to the seafront. Blind bends, no foot paths and busy traffic. Steps down to beach unfinished and potentially dangerous. They need repairing.
4.2
good view of the sea and breakfast was alright- nothing special
the thin walls and the birthday party that went on till 3 am with people yelling and loud music. the shower doors don’t shut properly so lots of water on the floor. the room was really small for the price we paid. parking at the back was a problem too.
