Breakfast was very good, very nice selection of cake and pastries.
Staff were very helpful and friendly.
The single beds were uncomfortable and our son slept on the sofa, there was no room servicing or fresh towels during our stay.
There was no tea, coffee or water in our rooms and this would have been so nice after a very long and hot drive to the property.
The hotel was difficult to find as the gps took us on a long and unmade road up a hill. A local person helped us find the hotel.
My son used the gym but the equipment was dusty and appeared as though it hadn’t been used for some time.
The pool was lovely though and the garden beautiful.
Servicing of the rooms
There were no Refreshments in the room eg bottle of water, tea/coffee.

We loved the Borgo itself, the beautiful surroundings, the food prepared with love, the attentive staff, comfortable room with amazing view of Cortona on the hiltop
The water was not included, refilled every day and there was no possibility to refill free of charge

The property is beautiful, clean and quiet. Alessandro was the best. He always made sure we had everything we needed. He was always smiling and helpful. The breakfasts were delicious with lots of variety.
There was nothing I didn’t like about the property

Very friendly and helpful staff throughout stay. Paul was exceptionally relaxing, very large and great for families. The setting was great, around a 10 minute drive to Cortana. The apartment we stayed in was very clean and overall comfortable.
The apartment we stayed in, could do with some more utensils, such as a decent, cutting knife and a lot of chopping board. But these are minor quibbles. Nothing to do with the accommodation, but we were unfortunate to encounter a very rude Polish woman, who asked my daughter of six years old to keep the noise down so she can relax! Fortunately, the woman left after a few more days

A huge shout out to Francesca and Alessandro! They were the superstars of our stay here at the beautiful Borgo San pietro! They were so helpful, courteous and always there when we needed anything! They made the stay such an easy and relaxing time for us with all of their time and help! The property was beautiful and the perfect relaxing getaway. Thank you staff for making this a memorable stay! We look forward to staying here again!

The villa is situated in the most picturesque location I've ever come across. While it may be tricky to get there by car, it is certainly worthwhile. Just a few minutes from Cortona, yet far removed enough to enjoy the countryside, you couldn't ask for anything better. The staff were absolutely amazing with high energy, great and personalised recommendations and always avaliable. If you are considering booking this location don't hesitate to do so, you won't be disappointed!
There aren't really any downsides or big areas of improvements, everything was great! The only thing coming to mind was the breakfast buffet. While the selection of foods was okay, sometimes the breads could be a bit stale and the warm food (such as the bacon or scrambled eggs) weren't always entirely warm. However, the taste of the breakfast was great and the home-baked cookies were certainly appreciated!

Staff were extremely friendly, nothing was too much trouble.
Difficult to get a taxi from the hotel to Cortona as limited taxis in Cortona so a shuttle mini van would be ideal.

A fantastic stay. The villa is lovely, surrounded by olive trees and a pretty garden. The room was a good size, the bed firm as I like it and the bathroom was perfect. The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. Lovely breakfast.
If you are travelling without your own car, the location be a little difficult.

No dinner at the hotel. 40€ To and return with taxi to get dinner in town.

Great location in the middle of the Tuscany. Staying at the almost magical Villa made us feel awesome, for just some hours we could imagine how great it is to live in Tuscany.
The huge room and its views to olive trees and rosemary plants was just amazing and unfogettable!!!
The breakfast. This has not to do with the location but with a woman, who only wanted to get back home that day and did not want to serve breakfast to guests, even though we arrived perfectly on time. After giving feedback of this particular situationn, we received their apologies. I recommend Villa Borgo San Pietro for sure!!!

The location was wonderful. A short car ride outside of town gives you a wonderful quiet and peaceful experience. Breakfast was very nice. Cortona offers so many good things and, for us, the Villa was certainly a big part of a wonderful time!

We went to Cortona for the first time with friends from Canada and the Villa was the perfect choice. Such a nice property and very authentic. The staff was exceptional and the location was perfect.

Staff was amazing and went beyond our expectation. Also the estate was amazing, pool was superb and everything was clean.
The room was a bit small, but all in all I can’t complain.

Very good breakfast, served by very friendly and smiling staff.
The living room is a bit too dark, but no a real issue as we stayed outside all day.
