le passage du personnel de ménage tous les 3jours en plus toujours avec insistance de notre part.
Il est indiqué vue mer sur le site alors que c’est des vue sur des vulgaires bâtiments. (Booking et l’établissement se sont rejetés la faute)
Le non remboursement suite à leurs erreurs.
Que vous programmiez 17degres ou 26degres vous avez toujours une chambre congelé et jamais réparer pendant la semaine de séjour.

The staff were very welcoming especially at check in and in the restaurant during lunch. Room was spacious with a pleasant view of the sea to your left and the city to your right. (Room 481). The breakfast was pleasant and location is ideal if you wish to be close to the airport.
I feel that given some of the facilities in the bedroom were a little outdated, the door handle was very loose when closing, the shower head was in need of descaling from limescale, (but eventually replaced), I think value for money was the only downside as most prime touring spots were a 20-30min taxi ride away.

Rooms are really spacious and the hotel staff were always very helpful. Location is also very central and easy to walk to beach or gothic quarter.

The property was nice and our room was clean.
We arrived at the hotel very early as we had just gotten off a cruise ship. Upon arrival the gentleman at the front desk advised that he would get us into a room early which was fine. We went out, had breakfast and returned to the hotel. There were tons of people in the lobby at that time so we went to the first floor and had some drinks. We returned to the front desk at 1215 and inquired about our room. The young lady stated it would be another 30 min as they needed to clean the balcony. We thanked her and went back to the first floor where we met up with family and had something to eat. We returned to the front desk at about 2:15 where we spoke to the “Manager” I believe his name was Jose. We inquired about our room again and he told us it’s not ready. I advised him what I was told at 12:15 when we came down and he stated “I don’t know what you were told but the room isn’t ready. Rewind to when we first came down at 2:15 there were about 3 couples in front of us checking in that were immediately provided their room keys. I was upset because as stated previously we arrived at the hotel at 8:30 in the morning and to be treated that way was jarring. After some discussion while standing at the front desk, I asked okay so how much longer for the room he states right now and produces the keys. Honestly, that made me even more upset because you just told us the room wasn’t ready but now you’re providing the keys. The following day after returning from touring, I walked up to the front desk where there was a young lady standing. She did not look up to acknowledge me once. There was no, give me a moment. Nothing! She literally acted like I did not exist in front of her for about 10 min. She eventually lifted her head and said hello, I was only there to get additional keys to my room but definitely feel that was poor customer service. I spoke with Marcelo and he was wonderful! He tried to make up for the experience we had up to that point.

Un hotel de las estrellas de Eurostar tiene inconvenientes muy faciles de solucionar. La recepcionista que nos atendio era el primer dia que trabajaba, pero podria haber estado preparada de cosas basicas de como explicar el funcionamiento del ascensor, lo mal que andaba wi . fi . No culpo a la empleada sino a la organizacion del Hotel. Un compañero deberia acompañarla hasta que se prepare. Muy buena ubicacion igualmente es muy alto el precio.

Außergewöhnlich nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal, das keine offen lässt. Jederzeit hilfsbereit.
Eine Außergewöhnliche Küche rundet das Hotel ab......Note 1+

إطلالة غرفتي كانت على البحر ، والمكان جميل وهاديء وقريب جداً من شارع الرامبلا المشهور وقريب من محطة التلفريك وقريب من شاطئهم المشهور ( كلها مشي على الأقدام ) وأنصح به ، وفرش الفندق نظيف جداً والتعامل راقي ، لو رجعت لبرشلونة لسكنت بهذا الفندق الجميل ، الإفطار جداً جميل ومتنوّع والعاملون بالمطعم مميزون ومتعاونون ، ويوجد بجانب الفندق معروضات للأسر المنتجة بالويكند جداً ممتع ، محطة التلفريك تنتهي بغابة جميلة جداً وتستحق الزيارة بس لازم تنتظر بالطابور 1 ساعة علشان تركب أو تقص التذكرة من الموقع وتدخل مباشرة بدون إنتظار.
لا يوجد سوبرماركت قريب ! تحتاج مشي 500 - 600م وهي ببداية شارع الرامبلا ، أسعار الغرف مرتفعة نوعاً ما !

Die Lage im Hafen ist gut. Es lag daran, dass wir zuerst ein Zimmer zur Hofseite erhalten haben. Da wird gebaut. Der Baulärm (Metallsägegeräusche) war sehr störend.

I appreciate the staff, the hotel's cuisine, and the central location. However, management needs to address the issues to truly unlock the hotel's potential and deliver the 5-star experience it promises. For now, it feels like a diamond in the rough - sparkling yet, not polished.
Service is a critical aspect where the hotel faltered. It seems to be a manifestation of poor management rather than the fault of the diligent staff. The employees were genuinely helpful and interested in assisting the guests, yet they seemed stretched too thin. A couple of instances that stood out included the delayed delivery of luggage to our room, which arrived only after repeated calls and a thirty-minute wait. Dining at 'The Corner' restaurant was another experience that could have been improved, as the lone waiter struggled to cater to all the customers. Waiting for the menu, and then the meal, tested our patience. Similar scenes repeated at breakfast, with the rush leading to inevitable queues.

I really liked the hotel much but maybe the price of the breakfast should be around 20 euros instead of 28 euros that will be fair enough other than that hotel was perfect

If you just stay for 1 night that is perfect for you, because a lot of people stay for one night because they need to jump into the cruise.
Room size was better than a lot of others hotels in Barcelona
Unsafe, everyone can go up to the room without the room key. And we feel very unsafe as we got robbed at the la ramble at day 2.
Everyday we found out more broken glasses in our room
breakfast was the same food every morning during 365 days
room service was poor quality, we have room service around the world, this hotel has the worst quality that we never had. We ordered grilled salmon with rice, it cost €36++ and grilled chicken with rice cost €34++, food was delivered without any preparation, taste like sand paper of those dishes.

Cleaning staff stole 110 euro from our room and went through our things. The hotel also doesn’t provide all amenities expected from a five star hotel, eg cotton pads for makeup removal and water daily.
Very poor soundproofing, we could hear everything in the room next to ours.
The room had issues with power, a broken toilet and fridge that needed to be replaced. These were resolved quickly by maintenance but too many issues and time had to be wasted on these instead of enjoying the stay.
