The facilities are good and a good choice of food.
The times of the food is based on Spanish needs. This made things hard for us with a 1year old as dinner was not avilable until 8pm but this is our daughters bedtime.
The noise at the hotel is unbearable. We struggled to sleep every night so much so, we left the hotel for two nights.
The hotel is aimed at Spanish families so all entertainment is in Spanish and no further languages.

It was a few mins walk from the beach and the pools and slides were excellent for the children.
It needs some TLC in areas. Rust on radiators, peeling paint on ceilings in bathroom, broken decking by the pools, broken clothes airer on terrace, parking isn’t sufficient so had to park on the street and the Balinese Cabanas by the pool were often empty the whole day until the afternoon, but all sold out and so nobody else could use them. There should be a half day period payment system. The hotel is missing out too financially!

very clean and tidy the housekeeping team very friendly and the staff Gemma that checked us in was so lovely and welcoming. restaurant staff worked very hard and was very friendly. there was one guy that stood out to us but unfortunately we didn’t get his name.
not to much entertainment for adults, the food was very good but it seems to have always been the same stuff.. poor dessert menu. ice cream could be better.

The room was very clean, comfortable and big.
The food was average and repetitive.
Kids club was a joke, especially for the kids who are not speaking Spanish. There was no proper engagement and everytime I stepped in there was nothing to do, only colouring and no group activities. Also the kids club is running very late from 10pm to 11.30pm.

beds very confortável
food needs improvement plus some leisure area need also some improvements
4.5
Cosy, clean, silent enough and comfortable room.
The kids club was open, so many activities for the little one during the day.
Good food with reasonable selection variety.
Restaurant could improved. First of all adding more staff, as there were some issues with getting restaurant cleaned and tables ready for new coming people. We found some difficulties to communicate with restaurant staff as only few of them were able to speak English.
Freshly made omelets or scrambled eggs and butter for the breakfast would be highly appreciated.

We arrived late at night after a long trip and just needed somewhere quiet to relax. Outside the reception there were lots of families and kids, considering it was gone 11pm and still young kids were still up and screaming. To boot there was a Mexican party night which was supposed to finish at 12 but carried on far past with boom boom boom through to early hours causing us a horrid sleepless night as our room was right above it. After breakfast which was the same loud hecticness we made our thoughts known to reception. To be fair they did move us to another room. We could not find anywhere peaceful to just sit talk and relax in the hotel and found wr had to leave it to relax. Wr dreaded going back so we made a decision to cut our losses and book another hotel which we were so pleased with.
Everything it was noisy clostrophobic with the amount of people and stressfull..We recommend if you dont have kids and want some peace and relwx time avoid this place.

very clean / Nice staff but. heck I’m was very long-winded !
we probably should not have booked it- Totally adapted for children / no outdoor restaurant and it looked like a massive characterless canteen. loud kareoke at night that was Audiblefrom our room on the 6th floor. awful pool with tacky seating areas !

The room size was excellent and the beach bar was great - large sunbeds also great!
I would have liked more variety in the restaurant as well as food labels in english

Great place..will come back
Everything is awsome
2.0
The cleaniness and the location to the beach. The magic beach bar was very good.
The food. It was all cold. No matter what time of the day. It was the worse buffet I have ever had. Even the burger hut at side of the pool was cold burger and chips. Very disappointing.
4.0
The bar staff were exceptional! Great service and friendly atmosphere considering the new normal with Covid protocols
I know they were testing how to serve everyone during meals, but everything was preprepared and the temperature of the food needed more monitoring.
