Very poor

Disappointing, poor. The worst thing is that there was not enough bread?! for breakfast or water. Stayed hungry.

the lady on reception was exceptional in helping me when I was having an issue with my travels (nothing to do with hotel) thank you so much. the other hotel staff were lovely also, very welcoming

For Ibeza a fairly good value for the money. Close to the beach

Close to the beach, breakfast was good but a bit limited, staff were always helpful. Smaller pool was checked and cleaned daily. Overall a pleasant stay with the hotel just one block from the beach.

Slow draining sink that was reported to staff.

Nice and friendly staff. The beds was really comfortable 🥰 Breakfast was also good. Nice location, 2 min to beach, 20 min to old town and 30 min to the main clubs if you decide to walk.

basic but perfect if you don't plan to spend much time in the hotel. The pool isn't really a pool, more of a jacuzzi but not really the reason we stayed. Good location to Playa D'n Bossa and the sea just 2 blocks away!

Pool was tiny. Breakfast did the job but was basic. Can be loud at nightime.

location was good. we really enjoyed breakfast and kitchen staff

members of the reception were not prepared and skilled at all. every time we made a request we feel uncomfortable. we had an issue with the payment and we argued with one of the girl at the reception because she did not provide us any kind of support. most of them were not able to speak in English, that I think it is not acceptable for an European touristic structure. only one girl (with color hair) was very kind and competent.

the hot breakfast is NOT GOOD! plain white bread and plain scrambled eggs with no flavour or butter or anything. for the cost of stay it was very disappointing. also, no hair dryer in the room

Im not getting the Vibra vibe yet

close to the Figuertes beach and restaurants and ib walking distance of Ibiza old town and a short taxi hop to lively playa d’en bossa.

Vibra hotels has swallowed up a large number of properties in Ibiza over the last year, but the concept still feels somewhat eerie. The welcome fragance at the reception of Lei Ibiza is almost nauseating and some of the staff is bearly capable of performing essential tasks. Either because not qualified enough (eg not capable to converge in english at the reception or booking a club ticket) or overwhelmed by the workload (eg breakfast service by 1 person only). The hotelroom doors could be use a technical upgrade, irregardless of good intents they slam very loudly. We rented 1 of the 2 suites, the room and terrace were very nice but I would not recommend it since one of the suits (ours) is located right next to the elevator which is an outdated model and noisy like a tank and like you know in Ibiza everything runs day & night.

Great location, average quality hotel

I liked the location and proximity to the beach. It was right in the neighborhood so it was easy to get to everything. There is an elevator that can take you to all the floors and the hotel is pretty clean.

I think for the quality of the hotel, they charge far too much. I would not recommend people stay here if they are trying to find a good hotel for a good price. The walls are incredibly thin, and I would be woken up every morning by things going on in the lobby (which I could hear from my room) or the maintenance staff in the hallways.
