El lugar es impresionante. Te hace sentir que estás mirando en un auténtico palacio. La habitación también era preciosa y la ubicación inmejorable. Si volvemos a Baeza iremos de nuevo a este hotel

Very nice location with history!

Location was perfect, a few minutes walk from the main street with cafes and bars, and not too far from the main historic buildings.
The hotel itself is a beautiful building.
The rooms were well decorated, stylish even, but I don't think a bathroom painted completely black is very useful when the lighting in there is dim and I'm trying to apply some make up! Cream walls would be more appropriate.

Exceptional value for money in a beautiful, historic building.
Hotel located in midst of all historic sites.
Room was large and luxurious with roll-top bath, separate shower and bidet, hair dryer & straighteners and top-quality body products.
Staff were very friendly and informative.
Buffet breakfast was superb.

A beautiful old palace with very comfy room and bed, a very helpful staff that put together for us a great breakfast picnic bag as we had to leave early in the morning. There's a nice sitting area to have a drink (and breakfast in the morning). it's a short walk from free parking and a short walk from sights to visit.

a stay in a well decorated renaissance palace - good breakfast and service. Big comfy bed and very clean room.
Parking is a bit far away from the hotel. staff does not speak english.

A wonderful room in a gorgeous hotel - of a parador standard and style.
In an excellent location of Baeza, we'll definitely stay here again!

Beautiful place, easy check in, very nice breakfast. Price was good.
The bed was not very comfortable.

Excellent location, very central and close to restaurants. Public areas in keeping with "palace" and lots of seating areas to use. Flat walk-in shower which I requested and helpful receptionist knew about and fulfilled. Beautiful building structure with arches around the central patio. Windows that open.
Very hard beds, did not sleep well. Style aimed to be that of an old palace but didn't like the overall effect with pastel colours. Can access the roof area but it looks like a building site, mess everywhere and no seats. Shame this is not cleaned with tables and chairs to look out over the city.

The room was quiet and the central courtyard is very lovely. The location perfect, near the centre of the old town and an easy walk from the bus station.
I would enjoy the availability of a kettle to make tea but I know it is not common in Europe

I like the ancient style of the hotel.
There was no minibar and no bottle of water in my room.

Room was a bit musty.

A fantastic place to stay, like a palace.
9.0
The hotel is in a former palace and the reception has a wonderful original ceiling with painted beams and carved and painted beam ends. There is also a spectacular, three-storey, arcaded courtyard with a fountain that has been roofed over and is where the hotel serves breakfast. The bathroom had twin, shell washbasins.
There is a free public carpark a short walk away.
The location is excellent, right in the heart of the town and all sights are within easy walking distance. You can drive to the hotel and park outside while you load or unload.
It was a bit tricky to drive to the hotel as the signage to it in Baeza was slightly ambiguous and, as luck would have it, our map had one of the one-way streets with the one-way arrows pointing the wrong way! (obviously, not the hotel's fault).
When we arrived, we were told the kitchen was closed (in Spanish) so no breakfast. We assumed this meant for our whole three-night stay and were very surprised to find it being served the second morning when we came down after having already had a meagre breakfast in our room. Not enough storage space (usually a problem).
