Receptionist was nice, room was spacious. We asked for a room on the entry floor due to a lot of luggage we had and they provided that.
Right near the interesting monuments and a promenade with beautiful views.
There is a set limit to how hot the hot water is which is just slightly warmer than lukewarm. The showerhead holder in our room was broken and so we had to hold it while showering (we mentioned this issue to the staff and it was clear they were aware of the problem but still didn't provide a solution).

I stayed for a few nights for work. The location is good - a few minutes walk to the centre. The room was clean and had everything I needed. The receptionist was very friendly. She didn't speak English (as you can see from the reviews the majority of the clientele are Spanish) but she had an impressive way of getting all the information across in sign language.
Nothing, though if you need somewhere with English speaking staff you might want to look elsewhere.

Very quiet street and comfortable beds.
Friendly staff in reception and always available.
Nothing, we liked all.
Minor: TV did not work

Baeza is a hidden jewel, and so is Hotel Baeza Monumental. I needed peace and quiet for a restful night and I got it. In a quiet side street right by the casco antiguo, it is also but a few steps away to a great morning and evening walk on the “murallas “. Lovely staff.
I shall return.

Helpful staff, nice room
It was a bit expensive considering there was no breakfast included
