Perfect location at the edge of the old town. Spotless. Tasteful, elegant decor, comfortable, high ceilinged air-conditioned room. Gorgeous coffee and pleasant buffet breakfast. Excellent value. We loved it. And Arcos is so beautiful.

what a wonderful hotel!
Everything was perfect - The room was spacious and comfortable, the court yard is super charming, every spot of the hotel was clean, breakfast was really great, and every staff member we interacted with was so nice and welcoming.
The location of the hotel is also great - A couple of minutes walk from restaurants, bars and a breathtaking vista point.
Highly recommended!

The patio in the common area - it’s just amazing. Staff was friendly, everything was nice.
Maybe rooms a bit small but that’s not really an issue for me.
5.0
Position to the historical Centre. onsite parking was paramount, due to proximity of the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Nothing.

Quaint, clean, and very good location with parking. Did not have to drive through the very narrow streets in town to find hotel. Very helpful and attentive staff. Good breakfast in lovely courtyard.
4.5
It was a rare find! Beautiful inner courtyard for breakfast and rooftop views. It felt like being in an authentic Spanish hotel. The room was modest but comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. The owners were lovely. Great spot to spend for a night and explore the lovely Arcos de la Frontera.

The manager was so kind to me and switched my room so that I had a cooler room on the interior courtyard. I really appreciated that. there was no AC in the winter but the air was cool with an open window. I had a small single room but it was very comfortable and had everything I needed. the breakfast was very nice. I parked easily in their lot next door and the manager even drew me a map to show me the best way to get out of town so I wouldn’t get in the small narrow streets.
Nothing, it was a wonderful stay and I highly recommend the hotel.

3.5
Great location, simple room but clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was lovely and the private parking was really convenient.
The air con was old so it was very loud and stopped working on our second night. The WiFi was also quite weak in our room.

Good friendly reception on arrival (in English), clean double room with comfy bed and mine had an excellent balcony with good views (I believe not all are like that). Plenty of hot water, adequate self-serve buffet breakfast and pleasant lounge areas. Very central for restaurants and sites.
Paying 10 euros extra per night for car park. Slightly noisy street outside in the evening.

price was good for the value
Breakfast was very good
There was no unused power outlet

The front door to the hotel is always locked and I felt awkward always having to ring for staff to come and let me in. I’ve never experienced this before.

Excellent location. Lovely internal courtyard.
Parking can be a bit challenging. Worth paying for the use of the hotel car park. Very handy
3.5
The location was good with just a short walk to bars and restaurants. We were able to park directly outside the front of the accommodation. Very nice breakfast included in the price.

Nice hotel, well situated, with a parking. Room was basic but I didn’t need more, and it had a nice little terrasse, with a lovely view. Good breakfast in a lovely patio. Very friendly staff. Good wifi.

4.0
the hotel having a parking was great, breakfast was excellent and served in a nice patio area , very kind staff , good room and bathroom.
4.0
Very nice hotel, well located, next to restaurants and "monuments way". Very friendly and in the same time discrete staff.
The breakfast was the same every day, with few choices: 3-4 types of salami/prosciuto/ham, one type of cheese, butter and jam, boiled egg, croissants, some fruits, no vegetables. At a stay o 5 nights, it became difficult to choose something for the breakfast.
