Se quedó corto!!!!

Su ubicación

No funcionaba el aire acondicionado y no hay ascensor. Subir cargado con maletas las escaleras, fue terrible. El desayuno de 5 euros, café y poco más...

Bien situado, pero poco cuidado.

El personal fue muy amable y atento, además el hotel está muy bien ubicado, cerca de la zona centro y los lugares de interés. La habitación tenía buenas vistas y pudimos tener un desayuno muy agradable en nuestra terraza privada.

A pesar de ser un sitio con mucho encanto, nos dio la sensación de que estaba poco cuidado. La habitación tenía humedades en las paredes, la puerta del baño rozaba en el suelo al abrir y cerrar (no estaba en muy buen estado), el colchón y las almohadas eran incómodos y en general tenía todo aspecto a viejo y dejado (a pesar de estar limpio). No creo que valga el precio que pagamos.

Hotel con vistas ,y muy bonito

El estilo de las habitaciones su diseño es bonito ,el servicio es bueno y las vistas del hotel tienen encanto

La ubicación ,es más para un perfil mochilero de pareja ,no tiene fácil acceso de parking si vas en coche ,no tiene ascensor y nos alojamos más o menos en un ático que debía ser un 5º,agradecemos la disposición del propietario por darnos una buena estancia ! Pero no lo recomiendo para familias con carrito o personas con movilidad reducida o personas con lesiones

Conforto, Aconchego e um terraço com vista para Belas Paisagens!

Excelente localização, com estacionamento público próximo ao Hotel! Café da Manhã muito bom, servido em local agradável e bem decorado!

Hôtel avec situation géographique idéale pour visiter la région et excellent qualité/prix!

Propreté, prix très abordable pour la qualité de l’endroit et la possibilité de prendre le petit déjeuner sur place avant de partir pour la journée est très apprécié! Stationnement public gratuit assez près de l’hôtel. Notez qu’il faut monter à pied beaucoup de marches avec ses sacs et ça grimpe, mais pour nous c’était parfait!!

Personnel à l’accueil un peu froid.

Estancia con encanto en el centro de Arcos . Recomendable.

Alojamiento con encanto. Antiguo pero muy bien cuidado. Camas cómodas. Céntrico. Personal muy atento y agradable.

L’appartement loué était celui en terrasse avec belle vue et spa , mais ce n’était pas très propre et des odeurs étaient présentent .

Nice room and great view from the terrace

Room design and the terrace view. Frienly staff, they applied a 30% discount to the parking ticket. Breakfast was only 5 eur/person. We also had coffee capsules in the room.

A bad smell from the toilet in the entire room. The location is not that close to the city centre.

Da localização e do terraço que tem uma vista muito boa.

Quarto muito diferente das fotografias que estão no site. Pequeno, apertado e pouco confortável. Estacionamento longe e ninguém nos informou que havia desconto para os clientes do hotel, por isso pagámos a tarifa normal.

Beautiful and peaceful stay.

The location was beautiful.

Because there were no signs directing you to the entrance, it was a bit difficult to find. There were dogs roaming around - one even ate our breakfast when we turned our backs.

Location was perfect and it was clean.

We asked for an early check in, that was approved. Between 1pm and 2.we arrived at 1.05pm the receptionist was not happy and very unfriendly and insisted we go away and return later. That spoiled our

Although we paid this hotel we decided not to stay there because it doesn´t meet our requirements - location, quality of accomondation etc. For us it was nasty.

Great town to experience, good place to stay.

Room was very spacious with large bathroom, nice little terrace to enjoy. Great location for walking around this lovely town. Short walk from car park where hotel has an arrangement, good instructions.

The three flights of stairs a bit unexpected.

Very clean bathroom and comfortable bed. The staff was friendly but doesn't speak English and was a bit difficult to communicate, apart from this all good.

Amazing structure with a nice view!

The terrace has been amazing and we have had the possibility to have an aperitivo at sunset and the breakfast at sunrise. Gorseous!! The room was nice and clean.

A much warmer room (we visited in January). There was no shower, only a bath - not pleasant. Breakfast was not appetizing. Breakfast room was cold. Balcony room was very cold.

it s well placed. it s got a great terrasse with an amazing view.

I didn’t expect the room to be so small. the shower didn’t work so I was stuck having ti take a bath in the tiny tub!!! the shower curtains fell on me also and the bathroom wasn’t extremely clean, found a plastic wrapper on the floor. room for progress!

No hot water, faulty door handles

There's no hot water for shower and if you report it they can't do anything for you. They also argue about it saying other guests aren't complaining but sends no one to your room to test it. We asked for a discount seeing that we couldn't use the shower but also none was granted. The handles of the doors to the rooms are faulty and you have to call reception every time to come open your room door for you. Some other guests complained about the 30 plus stairs you have to take with your suitcases to get to your room. We had two rooms in the hotel with the same issues. Room 202 & Room 203

Spacious room :very well located, clean and confortable. And breakfast is available for 5 euros and it is very good, with bread, jamon, Orange Juice and coffee. Staff is also Nice and friendly
