Le cadre est fabuleux, le point de vue à couper le souffle !Les chambres simples mais très propres… en laissant la fenêtre entrouverte, on peut entendre et selon les chambres voir la mer ! Une belle expérience à vivre si on aime le calme et la Nature…

The location is superb
The reception or actual complete lack of reception was appalling. When we arrived in the afternoon the doors were locked so we called the information number and were given instructions to enter the building however once inside there was no room information or keys. When we called the number again they told us to go to the kiosk in the parking lot. We went to the parking area and walked around the building twice and found no kiosk. On a third call to the number we were told they would send the person from the 'kiosk' to reception. In all we waited in the reception area for over an hour to be checked in. A person finally arrived and although we speak Spanish, he pretended not to understand and gruffly indicated for us to follow him. It was almost comic. The 'kiosk in the parking area' was not in an area where cars are permitted to park. It was an unmarked closed door at the ground level of the main building which actually looked like a maintenance door. We entered and indeed found a sort of 'kiosk' as there were tourist items for sale and a reception woman who took our passports and eventually gave us keys, however these employees did not want to be bothered by tourists and seemed completely put out that we were even there. They were certainly not planning on selling anything in their windowless grotto with the door closed and it seemed they were actually in hiding. I wish it could have ended there but when we tried to purchase two breakfasts instead of three the woman became frenetic and told us it was impossible as we had already purchased one breakfast for the single room and we could not purchase a single breakfast for the double room. If only one of the people in the double wanted breakfast then they would need to pay for two breakfasts. Well, there was no deterring the determination of this woman to be as disagreeable as she could possibly be so of course we let it go.

stunning location and views over port Pollença and excellent restaurants nearby. bed really comfy, bathroom/shower a tad small but perfectly functional. breakfast delicious and good value, but being a Hostel’ that’s it in the building but cafe/bar outside open from about 10 and restaurant also on the doorstep. will definitely book again.
shower room tiny, but functional

the receptionist was unfriendly and unhelpful; low quality breakfast

We were looking for a simple, budget hotel for a couple of days. It was clean, comfortable and the setting was stunning. We were mainly out and about and just needed a base to sleep. It was perfect for what we were looking for.

Location, clean and neat, historic character. Breakfast on site.
Not really accessible. Fan squeaks. Not much info about nearby amenities and activities. Staff not on site in PM.

- The location of the hotel is great for (early-morning) hikes in the hills and strolls along the seaside.
- The receptionist was very friendly during the check-out and showed flexibility.
- The location is in a calm area.
- The room got very hot at night (we stayed there in December) so we had to open the window for good sleep.
- The room was tiny for the price we paid and there wasn't much furniture around to store our belongings.

beautiful property, staff was wonderful and helpful, location was gorgeous and perfect for relaxing.
we had a blip one night with the key lock on the front door, i guess it was a battery issue. we don’t know if that could have been avoided though, so it wouldn’t prevent us staying again.

a unique location surrounded by nature, bays and
amazing views ! it was so calm and lean back vibe up there. U reach a nice bay within 800meters to enjoy without any tourists for diving. Or u can reach up hill to enjoy amazing hikes and incredible views. If u are looking for something special to calm down and relax or being active in nature - this is the place to go !
the room we stayed in was very small and hot, there is a fan , but we didn’t trust it , cause it’s spinning above the bed and looks not kinda scary. The room felt a bis humid and it was hard to dry any clothes

The location is great!
The lady was actually rude to us. It was not a nice stay for us due to her behavior towards us. The room we had for 2 people was incredibly small. Also the bathroom was very small. It was very very cold in the room and the heater barely worked.

Beautiful place, charming historical building, beautiful views. The bed and bedding were comfortable, the shower was fast and hot. The heating worked well.
The staff were unhelpful and covertly (but clearly) rude. The check in time, so limited, was very inconvenient. You can't realistically use the kitchen to cook (a bit of a camping-like setup), and it's not allowed in the morning, only moment in which it could be useful to make coffee or sandwiches. Big surprise, the room was... Tiny, with no storage, and the bathroom, as tiny and uncomfortable as in a train. It's not worth more than 30 euros a night... There were all sorts of complicated and absurd rules (i.e."breakfast only possible, at 10e per person, if everyone staying together has breakfast", etc, etc). A paper disappeared from our room while we were out in the evening, to be found right outside our door, on the floor, the next morning. Very early in the morning, someone tried to open our door (and couldn't). The walls are paper-thin so you hear absolutely everything; pray no one is even whispering in the next room, if you are planning to get some sleep. Finally, it's a 15 minute drive to Alcudia (it's a dead-end), it's not really suitable if you are planning to drive to see other parts of the island, as it adds half an hour to the daily "commute".

Room was small and the shower floods the bathroom as there is inadequate space. It's appreciated that the location is rustic but it's hard to take a shower and the comfort level is very low for the price. Th double rooms are better.
Room was small and the shower floods the bathroom as there is inadequate space. It's appreciated that the location is rustic but it's hard to take a shower and the comfort level is very low for the price. The double rooms are better in this respect. Shelf was coming away from the wall and there was not enough air from the window. The loo did not work in the end as the button was broken. We told the manager by message but there was no interest.

The building is fantastic and surrounded with hiking trails with beautiful views. Covid rules were respected. Very good coffe (from espresso to café con leche). Parking is available nearby.
Room and bathroom were small, breakfast basic.

Location is amazing. Building old and rustic. Out of the way which is exactly what I was looking for…especially as I had the car. Accommodations in towns were harder to find guaranteed parking.
And despite what I’m going to write in the ‘negatives’ section I will definitely come back to this hotel. It is the most beautiful setting.
The shower was an ordeal. Great water pressure (positive!) but the shower head fitting didn’t attach properly, and that coupled with the flimsy shower curtain meant I had a lake that reached my bed by the time I was done. Also, I hit off the water control (you know the ones!) slightly with my back and then scalded myself by mistake. It would have made for entertaining viewing in some kind of prank tv show I imagine.
Also, I’m sure I was supposed to know this somehow but breakfast is to be ordered the night before. The lady wouldn’t feed me this morning even though I could see she was hiding yogurts behind her in the kitchen

Lovely place in magic surroundings. Don’t forget to bring food and drinks, long distance to restaurant and supermarket😊.

Amazing location! Beautiful restored building set in nature. Great value for money.
Limited facilities due to Covid restrictions but this is understandable and the staff were helpful with suggesting what was allowed etc.

Great place to stay if you're looking for a quiet and secluded stay. Great for couples. Amazing breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Shower with hot water and good pressure. Fun hiking trails start right at the hotel. Rooms with the best view over the bay and sunsets are 'Alzina' and 'Murta'.
Walls between rooms are thin and bathrooms and showers quite small.
