Ideal location with great staff

Súper location right in the centre of Sineu. Great for Friday night fiesta/market night. Rooms comfortable with good air conditioning. Fridge in room for your own drinks etc. very plentiful breakfast- well worth the extra €8 per person per day. Kerry is a real asset to this boutique hotel. Great recommendations for local restaurants and also a great cook for her wonderful breakfasts. She is constantly smiling and nothing is a problem.

Eigentlich nichts

Rezeption war nicht besetzt. Wir bekamen den Tür- und Zimmercode per WhatsApp. Das Zimmer war dunkel, feucht und zur Strasse. Auch bei geschlossenem Fenster fuhren die Autos quasi durchs Zimmer. Die einzige Alternative war nicht besser und hatte 2 Einzelbetten. Wir haben den Hotelpreis abgeschrieben und sind ins „Ten Mallorca“ umgezogen. Dort stimmen Bewertung und Wirklichkeit.

Generell gut,

Der Standort war auf jeden Fall ein Pluspunkt. Auch die Chefin war sehr nett. Was man auch positiv bewerten kann, ist das Frühstück. Generell war es lecker. Ich bin ein Fan von Buffets, aber es gibt immer etwas Neues.

Generell war das Zimmer sauber, der Boden glänzte regelrecht. Allerdings war die Toilette, genauer gesagt, die Toilettenbürste, eine Katastrophe. Die Dusche leckte mit einem schlecht positionierten Wasserabfluss. Generell benötigt das Zimmer eine Renovierung. Die Tür klemmt beim Öffnen.

Guillermo is the best. He is friendly from the heart and not because he has to be. Breakfast was very good. The location is central and good if you want to see as much as possible from the island. 10 from 10, would recommend :)

Exceptional!!!!!

Our stay at Can Serrete was just great! Guliermo is such a lovely and caring host and person. Very friendly and professional. He prepared every morning the most amazing bottomless breakfast, with local products, and a very tasty home made tapa which was different every day. He checked on us on a daily basis to make sure nothing was needed and helped us planning our island exploration with the best “Majorcan” tips. He also guided us with the restaurants choice in Sineu with a very detailed list of options. Guliermo speaks multiple languages which made it easier and pleasant for myself (Italian) and my partner (English) to engage in conversation. The room provides all the comforts, daily housekeeping and a very comfortable bed. The island is beautiful and we will definitely come back. Can Serrete in Sineu is a great spot if you like a lovely calm and historical town, right in the middle of the island, only maximum an hour away by car from any destination! Our trip to Majorca has been such a beautiful experience, but Guliermo definitely contributed to make it special and unforgettable. We will surely miss his breakfasts and Can Serrete. See you soon again for sure!😃

amazing host. awesome breakfast and excellent location

what’s not to like? room was big and lovely. Guillermo was an amazing host and the breakfast was the best food we had in Spain! I highly, highly recommend that anyone new to Spain stay here especially if you have children. Plus Sineu is in the centre of Mallorca and so easy to drive in all directions from there which is what we did. we rented a car and each day with Guillermo’s expert advice, he would plot sites to visit on a map and off we went. amazing experience.

The breakfast was amazing, rooms were cleaned very well every day and all the tips we got about the island and dinner were spot on, exactly what we were looking for. Plenty of free parking spaces around the accommodation. Location of the accommodation very central with regards of Mallorca. The little town Sineu also very nice and lively, especially during the evening.

A treasure in the heart of Mallorca

Our stay at Can Serrete was amazing. Guillermo is the heart of the hotel and he really cares about his guests. He was always there for us to give travel advice or any help. The room was super clean and the breakfast provided was fantastic. We felt very welcome and will definitely come back here one day.

A true Mallorqui hospitality with a very personal touch

Our host Guillermo and his team made us feel like home throughout our stay and were always there whenever we needed an advice regarding the attractions to be visited or if we needed something else regarding our stay with Can Serrete. This hotel is a family business and the host is taking care of all the details you need (e.g. we were provided with a cooling box to store our water during our warm days which was an excellent choice since we couldn't bring ours). Guillermo or the spirit of Can Serrete, as we called him, is a very kind person and is the author of all the beautiful paintings you'll notice throughout the property. His personal touch can be noticed everywhere starting with the very good and tasty breakfast :-) which he prepared for us each morning and which we highly advice not to miss. The hotel is located in a walking distance from the old part of Sineu. Restaurants are also within a walking distance. Free public parking was available nearby, just behind the hotel. Our room (Formentera) overlooking the pool and the garden included exactly all amenities as described here on booking (1L kettle, 2 glasses & 2 cups for coffee/tea, tea, bottle of still water refilled daily, a small fridge, 32" flat tv with cable tv, wi-fi with enough speed to watch our favorite online tv series).

The owner provides exceptional service, he’s really friendly and goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. Breakfast is freshly prepared and the best we ever had in a hotel, and with a lot of food! The facilities are clean and modern. Location is really good if you want to go to multiple spots of the island since it’s in the center, and the owner can give you amazing tips of places to go for all kinds of tastes. The small city where the hotel is located also surprised us with a vibrant and amazing central area, with wonderful and accessible restaurants recommended by Guillermo. One of the best hotel stays we had ever.

Lovely small hotel with an excellent host

Rooms were very clean. All covid measures in place so it felt v. safe. Great location close to lots of restaurants and bars. Fantastic breakfast and the owner goes out of his way to help however he can. Highly recommend.

The pool area could perhaps benefit from a little TLC but this doesn’t detract from our stay

In a small and rustic town, Can Serrete mirrors Sineu. Such a lovely base from which to explore

Breakfast was an Experience! Like a sampling menu of tasty classics to homemade pastries The hotel and the rooms were perfectly sized for our needs, being out and about all the time Parking was easy to find, just on the roads outside Guillermo, our host, was exceptional and really made the trip. He has such a good attitude towards guests and his work, he is helpful beyond words and very friendly

Great stay with superb host in charming town

Everything was great, the owner is wonderful, goes to great lengths to help you with planning your day, lunch options, best roads to take, etc. He also upgraded our room for a few days, because one couple cancelled it. Breakfast is enormous, fruit, eggs, salad, vegetarian options, sweets, I couldn't eat everything that was offered. The town Sineu is great, it has it's charm and also every end of the island is 45 min away. Great if you travel with rental car and don't want to be in resort jungle. Highly recommended.

Perfect stay

Very good location, nice property, clean room and comfortable bed. Very good breakfast. Particularly was impressed by the attitude of the owner, who was very attentive to all our demands and made us feel like home and gave for places to visit every day. The owner even provided us with all the necessary beach equipment ( umbrellas, etc.). Strongly recommend this place. Thank you Guillermo for everything!
