Super schönes Apartement. Ruhig.

Für mich persönlich war die Lage nicht die Beste, aber ist voll ok. Auf jeden fall sehr zu empfehlen.

It was ok and convenient for my travel and the location was good

We were given a double bed apartment when we booked two singles and it took 24 hours to sort out- it was a complete nightmare to get sorted out

Ubicaciones

La habitación olía mal y en la nevera había una botella de leche. El día de la salida a las 11:15 de la mañana vino la camarera de piso y entró como Pedro por su casa sin avisar. Me preguntó si no nos íbamos a ir y le dije que sí pero a las 12. De muy malas formas y con mala cara se fue.

Schöne Anlage mit relativ großem ruhigen Apartment.

Für eine Nacht okay, aber für längere Aufenthalte viel zu wenig Geschirr. Topf ohne Deckel Defekte Steckdose an Stehlampe Kunststoffmöbel im Wohnzimmer Das dritte Bett mussten wir selbst machen sowie auch die Laken und Handtücher selbst an der Rezeption besorgen.

Great quick stay somewhere, for money value its value. But also think it’s time an upgrade, staff was polite and helpful

Location, and size was great.

Had to ask for a few things too be fixed and cleaned.

I rate the stay as only just satisfactory

Large rooms - bathroom shower good

Layout Queen bed in bathroom was great but double bed and single bed in living area meant no settee or comfortable sitting area. Need to sort cleaning schedule- we we had maid service morning after arriving at 17:00 hrs then two days before we left - meaning full 7 days with no service- first one was a waste of time and resources

Siempre repetimos !!!

Siempre veraneamos en Fuerteventura y nos hospedamos aquí !! Si vas en familia es genial, las instalaciones externas son muy chulas, y el personal muy agradable

Tendrían q revisar un poquito el apartamento ( cubiertos, platos, tazas … ) antes de entregarlo, esta vez no estaba todo, y las estanterías de la nevera rotas.. alguna otro accidente con las hormigas .. pero vamos q a la q lo Comentas enseguida hacen todo lo q pueden x solucionarlo.

Hesperia bristol playa

Location was good. Evening entertainment was very good. There was a kitchen pack of washing up liquid, tea towel etc which was great. Its a nice resort but in definite need of some tlc.

The biggest thing is the fact there was no where to sit. The lounge had a double bed in it with one pillow, a plastic table and 2 chairs and a small office type chair. Even though we were only there for 4 days, it was a pain. Plus there was no aircon and we had to pay for the safe.

Pool nice and deep . supermarket good prices and choice. bar good choice of Drinks outside area can be quite loud if room near it,and bright lights. distance to main strip not to far staff helpful. that we got room about 3pm rather than 5pm.

cracked tiles around pool need to be replaced . sunbeds need to be power washed grubey around legs rooms could be a bit cleaner .areas in room need to be repainted or touched up . maybe towels changed less than every 4 to 5 days. check in time should be earlier than 5pm , paths leading to rooms pot wholes here and their . more signage to room location . Hotel had side gates but no access to guests.

Room cleaning only once in 10 days not acceptable..Place needs to be some tlc Was scruffy

Bar staff excellent

The early grabbing of sunbeds and keeping them all day even if the guests were not at the pool all day was ridiculous and like years ago when german tourists used to be totally selfish. Not an acceptable way to organize how families should have to put up with wanting to sit by the pool.

Excellent holiday let.

Gloria and Isana on reception could not have been more lovely. So helpful and considerate.

The cacarochas by the pool but it was hot and they fly! Nothing to do with the apartment.

NOT suitable for young families

nothing! we didn’t stay here, took one look at the room and left as it wasn’t suitable for 2 young children!

it was old, dirty, dusty, and not idea to be in the second floor. We entered the apartment to find two massive cockroaches on the floor!! disgusting. there was no sofa, just two single beds in the ‘living area’ We had a quick look at the playground, it was covered in dust and dirt, so clearly not used regularly.
