If I go to Rhodes again, this is the place to stay

Siisti hotelli rannalla hyvien kulkuyhteyksien päässä.

Huone oli sopivan kokoinen, hiljainen ja siisti. Parvekeelta oli näköala merelle. Kiva allasalue ja kuntosali. Keskustaan pääsi helposti bussilla.

Huoneeseen kantautui jostain päivittäin tupakan haju, joka haisi myös käytävällä.

חדר אוכל מצוין, שירות מצוין של צוות המלון (מלבד הקבלה)

צוות הקבלה איטי מאוד ועמדתי מעל חצי שעה כדי לבצע צ׳ק אאוט, חדרי הבונגולו מזעזעים ולא משקפים גם מלון 2 כוכבים.

Lovely hotel

There were lots of good facilities - gym, lots of pools, easy access to the beach, a sauna, and an outside waterfall area. Our favourite pool was the rooftop pool because it was the quietest and was very relaxing. The rooms were clean and a good size. The balcony was roomy. The bathroom had a nice rain full shower with a mirror that didn’t fog in the middle after having a shower. The breakfast buffet food was very varied and delicious. They also served freddo cappuccinos when we requested them during breakfast. The staff can easily book you a taxi when requested, and it comes within a few minutes. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating and they made the stay lovely.

The restaurant in the hotel near the pool was slightly overpriced and the food wasn’t very nice. Other restaurants were advertised that were meant to be in the restaurant but they hadn’t opened yet. It could have just been the time of the year. If eating, we found nice restaurants in walking distance that would be more worth the money.

Mereäärne nauditav hotell

3 basseini mitmel tasandil ja meri 100m kaugusel hotellist. Väga häid söögikohti hotelli vahetus lähedudes.

Hommikusöögiks ei pakutud kordagi kala, mida väga oleksin soovinud. Pääsukesed üritasid pesa teha hotelli rõdudele iga päev ca 10h päevast ja kisendasid mitte just meeldivalt.

Idéale pour se relaxer au bord de la piscine et a quelques minutes de la ville !

Très grand hôtel, bien entretenu, propre, personnel agréable et à l'écoute, situé un peu en dehors de Rhodes (10 minutes en voiture / bus). Les piscines sont très bien. Le petit déjeuner est très bien, surtout en terrasse avec vu sur la mer au 9eme étage ! Parking gratuit !

Malheureusement, certains touristes ne pensent qu'a eux en éparpillant quelques affaires sur les transats de la piscine dès 8h le matin, mais ne viennent s'en servir que dans l'après-midi. Le personnel de l'hôtel pourrait être plus "stricte" sur les réservations sauvages de transats ...

Amazing stay- thoroughly enjoyed it but maybe not an exclusive 5* hotel.

The forest suit was perfect size and felt very private with a large balcony that was perfect to sit out on. The staff were amazing- especially those on the rooftop/ pool!! They really made our trip extra special and nothing was too much. The food was exceptional especially the meals at the other restaurants located at the hotel- would highly recommend booking. The all inclusive was very much worth the money- if you are unsure definitely go for it!!

We found getting a sunbed very difficult on the majority of the days and this was because people were reserving sunbeds early and even though it says towels will be removed they never were. It was also the case that people would put towels down and then not come back until 5pm so no one else can use them all day- it was unclear who was in charge of this but for a 5* hotel we did not expect this. Although the adult pool was lovely on two occasions families with a children came and used it and again were not told they couldn't. It was clear there were just not enough sunbeds and not properly monitored. This put a damper every day as we would have to get up earlier to go and find a bed and then stay there as we did not feel it was fair to then leave- unlike other guests who were very happy to for hours on end! The aircon also did not seem to be working as effectively throughout the hotel.

Everything about this hotel is fantastic. It is our fifth visit and wont be the last as the staff are fantastic.

Reception staff very helpful and competent. Breakfast well organized with good & varied selection; Staff very friendly. Free secure parking.

Shower taps need a technical manual ;) No (greek) olives when ordering pricey (Greek) red wine. Evening buffet a little bland; little Greek food

Amazing hotel, highly recommend!

My sister and I were so impressed with this hotel. We stayed in one of the bungalows on the 11th floor which had amazing views of the bay. The breakfast buffet was great and had lots of options. The staff at all of the bars and restaurants we ate at were so friendly and were always in a good mood. There was a bus stop right outside and a taxi rank not too far away so getting transport to the airport and Rhodes Town was very easy (€9 for a taxi to Rhodes Town or €2.50 for the bus). We got a great deal for the end of April/start of May and our stay was great value for money.

Everything was perfect but if I was to be really picky the robes in the room were a bit hard/scratchy.

A nice overnight stay prior to travel home

Loved the bungalow room. Very nice, spacious and quiet. Good variety of relaxation areas. Main pools quite busy and noisy. Food at pool side very average but Italian restaurant very nice

Room was comfortable with a very good veiw of the beach. Beach was very good but unfortunately it was windy during our staty. Breakfast was very rich and good.

Room service wasn't very good. Toilet papers, shampoos and hand soaps were not replaced everyday. We had to contact the reception several times for this. In our surprise the hotel did not provide any printed material for information. We were informed that all the information could be read on the TV. This was a bit frustrating. Hotel did not provide expected help on finyding tours etc. Especially one of the female staff at the reception was quite rude to us when I asked for help to call the taxi companies, because I lost my phone in one of the taxis. She said this was not part of their service. For a 5 Star hotel, we found this unacceptable. We paid 1,617 Euro for 5 nights, in our opinion does not worth the money.
