På Bamboo Suites&hotel får man den skønneste ligge oase på Rhodos.
Følelsen af at være i centrum, men på samme tid respekteret sit privatliv, det er en hårfin balance, som personalet og omgivelserne i den grad lever op til.
Den skønneste rene pool, lækker mad, søde mennesker og skønne rene værelser med smuk udsigt (vi havde lige overfor baren og poolen.

The hotel is small but very well laid out. Our room was located in the block of four furthest from the main entrance, so no problem with noise, and about 10 metres from the pool. Our room was cleaned daily and the bed was incredibly comfortable.
The hotel is a family run business and the owners and all staff are absolutely lovely. Nothing was too much trouble for them.
The pool is huge and clean, but not deep and we often had it to ourselves.
We spent a lot of time at the poolside bar which is run by Valsamos or George (twin brothers), serving premium quality spirits and beers.
Need more coat hangers!!

Everything! I cannot fault Bamboo Suites!! The location is perfect and right by the beach! The rooms were fabulous, so clean and comfortable. The staff were incredible, they were all so friendly and welcoming from the minute we arrived they made us feel so at home. We were always greeted with the nicest smiles and Eva and her brothers were fabulous!! This place is just amazing.

Highly highly recommend. Our stay at Bamboo made our trip so special. All the staff and family were so accommodating and friendly and no request was too much for them. The rooms were so spacious with an outdoor seating area and a private sun bed outside our room looking onto the pool. All the food and drinks were amazing quality and reasonably priced. The location was great only a 4/5 minute walk down a straight road to a beach with restaurants, beach clubs and sun beds etc. Really enjoyed our stay, thank you everyone at Bamboo!

Partner & I just got back from staying at Bamboo Suites and we had an absolutely fabulous time there. The accommodation itself is beautiful, we had a large en-suite apartment room with a small terrace overlooking the pool. Room came with all required facilities alongside a clean every day (inc change of beach/bath towels). The pool was a lovely size and the poolside and bar had a wonderful aesthetic to it. Sunbeds, for the guests, we're double sized with very comfortable mattresses and huge retractable parasols should you want them. We spend many hours just relaxing by the pool & reading.
Honorable mention to the staff; it's a family run business and they are all so friendly and accommodating. Always enquiring if we're ok and overall just made heaps of effort to be friendly and helpful. Everyone there, whether family, the cleaners, or bar staff were just exceptionally friendly and it made the whole experience fantastic.
If we're ever back in Rhodes, would revisit no doubt.

The family that run this property were incredibly kind and helpful and were always polite and hospitable throughout our stay. Our room had patio doors that opened onto the pool which was amazing and the view of the pool and bar for our room was great. The food we had whilst we stayed was delicious and very reasonably priced. Overall we had a lovely stay here and would definitely come back !!
I have no negatives about the property apart from the front door was a bit tricky to figure out but the staff were happy to show us what to do !

The entire experience was an absolute delight. From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, every aspect of our stay was amazing.
The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. (They even helped me organize a surprise birthday party for my partner - which he truly appreciated and I am extremely greatful for their help). Everybody was smiling at us and we feel like we made new friends. It was just a pleasure to chill with them at the pool bar at the end of the day.
Moreover, the hotel itself was a beautiful oasis, with a stunning pool and tasteful decor that created a luxurious atmosphere.
Our room was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with all the amenities we needed. Not to mention that it's location was ideal - especially since we had a car, we were able to go to the Old Town as it's a 10 min ride.
Also, feel free to ask any member of the crew for recommendations for restaurants or activities as they really have a great taste and give you amazing recommendations.
Overall, our stay was exceptional, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable getaway while also being introduced the the true Greek hospitality. We can't wait to return in the future!! <3

Exceptionally run family owned business, very attentive and friendly staff ensuring that every need was met - more like visiting friends than staying at a hotel! Welcome drinks, a goodbye shot and plenty of assistance throughout the week with renting scooters etc was provided.
Everything was very clean and kept very well throughout our stay. Facilies were all very fresh/new.
Would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in Rodos!

Conveniant location - but lack of a footpath on a slightly busy road, wasn't an issue but need to be wary whilst walking. Obviously nothing the hotel can do about this though.
Zero issue if you're driving, scootering or taxiing.

The property felt like a home away from home. It was absolutely fabulous. It is a family run hotel and they make you feel like their family too. The hotel pool is clean and big. The food is delicious. The cocktails are great. The breakfast is so filling and such good value for money, the staff are so friendly. We want to stay again 100%! The pool is outside your front of apartment so you don’t need to lock your door you can see your room from the pool. Their is air con too. They also provide you with clean pool towels every 2 days.
Everything was fabulous! Rhodes old and new town is 50 min walk or 10 min taxi. About €13.

Absolutely amazing place! The facilities and the location are really good. Best thing about the whole hotel: the staff. Welcoming, thoughtful and helpful people. They were always there to help. Whether it was ordering a taxi, questions about the city or just a nice chat, they helped. We will definitely come back

We liked the property and the location. The pool area and food was also good.
On the day of our departure we were told we could stay at the hotel property until our flight leaves since our flight was late in the evening.
On this day I was sunbathing at the pool and one of the staff members tried to help me with the parasol when another staff member shouted for the one who helped me to come back in a very disrespectful way. Im not sure if it was because we were staying at the property for a bit longer when we had checked out but we didn’t feel welcome at all.
Also a while later two other customers received help from the same staff member who shouted at the one who helped me. I don’t know if there was some kind of communication error with the staff of letting us stay at the property after checking out, but all I know is that was very unprofessional and undkind.
We decided to leave the property earlier because it was in our best interest.

1. Breakfast - healthy breakfast choices available (different omelettes, Granola, pancakes), also they make amazing coffee, this was the best coffee we tried in the whole island
2. Staff - it is a family run business and majority of staff members are family members that are owning this place, everyone is very friendly and attentive, always ready to help if you need something.
3. The concept of the hotel - there is a big swimming pool, nice pool beds and generally great and relaxed atmosphere, You can listen to current music while relaxing by the pool, and the rooms offer a view of the pool. You can also open your windows to enjoy a private terrace with a view into the pool and watch the sunset.
4. Room - room is very spacious and the shower is also very big. The bed is comfortable and the air-conditioning is very well located and powerful. You can turn on either heating or cooling.
1. The room's soundproofing may not be optimal, which means that if there is an event happening outside, you might hear the music in your room as well.
2. While the majority of the room is clean, there were a few areas, such as the table, that could have been cleaner.
3. It's worth noting that there is no dedicated pedestrian path leading to the beach. As a result, pedestrians are required to walk along the side of the street where cars tend to drive at relatively high speeds. This is not a specific issue with the hotel, but rather a general observation about the area, as many tourists also walk along this route.

A la cart breakfast with few choices but extremely tasty, fresh and healthy. Polite staff and very helpful with everything. Beautiful environment, pool, music etc. Huge rooms and very comfortable with balcony opening up to the pool area. Would definitely recommend and visit again.

Swimming pool is nice
The room was smelling very bad from the mold from bathroom. We sleep 2 nights then we have changed the hotel. We asked to keep money for 3 nights as 3 day was almost gone. Lady manager refused as she lied saying she offer another room in fully booked hotel. We say yes, but she say now is to late at 18:30 is middle of the night...I need to check with cleening lady...we say call us when you have the room, but she never called us, just lyed to booking , in order not to refund rest of 4 nights.

P.S. - see the agresivity of manager answer , we have a saying , who is looking for excuse is accusing him/herself

A real gem in a great location between Rhodes Airport and Rhodes City. It is a rather small property and we were at the end of the high season, so we enojyed very exclusive service being one of the last guests. The waiters were always helpful with their suggestions (sightseeing spots, food, cocktails, etc.) and super friendly no matter what time. Another highlight was that they were extremely flexible: We arrived quite early on our first day and our room was made ready within a short while (we did not even finish our first drink yet). Also our departure was quite early, so they made us a lunch bag the night before because we could not join breakfast on our departure day. Everyone was so caring and welcoming to us, which made our stay very special. They really are a beautiful (work) family and I hope they will be even more successful during next year's season. Thank you so much Eva, the twin brothers, Matis, Sandy, Yana and Adonis (I apologize for probably spelling all of your names wrong) - we will come back as soon as we can!
We had a couple of very windy days which made the glass doors rattle quite loudly in our suite. However this is not a problem if you have good weather.

Small boutique hotel in a nice location away from the noisy main road. Staff lovely. Nice pool. We went in September so not too may kids in the pool and part is sectioned off for hotel guests only.
We had a room with a hot tub that was nice and hot the first night but not the second. We weren’t shown how to use it and couldn’t get it to temperature. We only stayed two nights as we were off to Rhodes Town for the rest of the holiday so I am sure it would have been resolved had we been staying longer. Door to the outside garden was a little dodgy and I locked myself out the first time I used it so after that we had to wedge it open if we were going outside.

The property is family run, everybody here is warm and friendly, the atmosphere is relaxed and easy going. The lady who cleans is jolly and kind. The entire crew is thoughtful and welcoming. The location is also good, many other restaurants, super markets close by. You can also get to the city center easily and fast with a taxi or by bus.
The rooms facing the pool are quite nice, the more expensive junior suites are very plain and not so nicely designed. The bathroom (with toilet) of our junior suite had no window and no ventilation. Our room was facing the backyard which is just a terrace with stones without any plants, or green, just a very dull view on a stone wall. This is not shown on the pictures on booking, they just show the nice junior suite facing the garden. Every day from 11am there are external day guests at the property, thus the swimming pool is full of children during the day. The breakfast is ok, but took quite a while to prepare (30-40 minutes) although we were mostly alone at breakfast (10am). The reception was always empty (we stayed for 6 days), so you will need to talk to the waiters in case you need anything.

The welcome from the start was first class.
The room was perfect with pool view & cleaned daily.
Bed was super king size & bliss.
Had your own space with the patio, sun loungers & a table with 4 chairs with an umbrella.
The pool was was just gorgeous.
Food was delicious. We had bed & breakfast but chose to eat lunch there every day & 4 nights in the restaurant in our week there.
Nearest shop is a 2 minute walk & the beach is 5 minutes along the same road.
Family run & the whole team have got this spot on. Service is second to none.
We felt like we we were at home here & we will definitely return.
