the breakfast was really good and the location was alright. there was just a mix up on the bills
cant say because most of the time was spent at the conference

Staff was really kind and aware of guests requests. Breakfast was lovely.
My room was next to elevators and I could hear everybody going in and out from 6 AM, and the elevator itself was to noisy. Kindly the reception staff change my room to the end of corridor and I slept so well the following 3 nights. But to avoid this to other guests, the room should have a better sound proof at the door, or adding a second door to not hear the people passing by outside the corridor or doors slapping from automatic door brackets.

Staff, breakfast
No coffee or tea facilities in room, one small water..nous my idea of the hotel brand standard

Clean, friendly staff and helpful,
Perfect cleaning, and the breakfast was very nice.
There was no coffee facilities in the room, which I was not impressed with.
Also, only one small bottle of water,
I think there should be at least more water and the ability to make a hot drink in your room.

The best place I've ever stopped; I couldn't have felt more welcomed. A very beautiful building and lovely food.
I would highly recommend stopping here, if you want to experience true Moroccan culture.

The location near tram station walking distance. Closer to Rabat ville station. Able to walk to the mausoleum. Also closer to the super market.
The light did not work in one room, the maintenance staff took care of it. The breakfast was very poor. The quality of food was very average.

Everything was as one could expect. Good location, helpful staff, a comfortable room, a breakfast with traditional Moroccan specialities and fast wi-fi.

Location, cleanliness, staff
Silly shower Doors, which meant water all over the floor. Only non-Arab TV-Channel was CNN. Restaurant food was acceptable, but far from fantastic.
