Hotel a 3 stelle, ma con una qualità pari ad un 4 stelle italiano. Colazione a buffet inclusa. Personale cordiale e disponibile.

Albergo eccellente. 3 stelle meritate. Pulito e ben mantenuto. Cucina eccezionale cena e colazione bellissimo c’è tanta scelta Camere grandi e molto pulite. Servizio impeccabile. Grazie Oumaima e Hicham molto gentile Assolutamente consigliato. Struttura nuova e molto accogliente. . Congratulazioni

Rabat sehr zu empfehlen. Hotel auch gut

Parkplatz am Hotel war ausreichend. Wir durften die Motorräder direkt am Eingang parken. Frühstücksbüffet war ausgiebig. Hotellobby und Gebäude sehr einladend, aber das Zimmer leider nicht.

Zimmer sehr klein und die Ausstattung Ablegereif.

Séjour royal dans l'Impérial

L'Hôtel impérial Boutique est vivement conseillé pour un séjour qui apporte une satisfaction quant au rapport qualité/prix. Très bien situé, jouissant d'un calme exemplaire, un petit-déjeuner copieux et surtout d'un accueil agréable du personnel. Je le recommande vivement

De petites choses : séchoir à vérifier car il émet un bruit à l'utilisation ; un petit bonnet pour prendre sa douche, surtout pour les femmes qui n'aimeraint pas défaire leur coiffure.

Deludente

La struttura è moderna. La hall e la zona colazione sono molto belle. La receptionist è molto gentile, cordiale e pronta a consigliare i posti da visitare.

Le stanze purtroppo sono deludenti. Nel nostro bagno il soffione della doccia era rotto, niente busta nel cestino della spazzatura e nel bagno nessuna presa per il phon personale, anche se c'è quello della struttura, ma ovviamente è senza adattatore. Attenti alla stanza che prenotate! Anche se dalle foto la semplice matrimoniale può sembrare che sia grande e con un divano in stanza, non è quella che viene assegnata. Noi, anche se avevamo prenotato una matrimoniale, avevamo avvisato che avevamo un bimbo e ci hanno dato una stanza che era soffocante. Poi ci hanno spostati in un'altra un po' più grande, ma comunque non confortevole. Sul letto c'erano due piccoli cuscini quadrati e l'aria condizionata della camera era molto rumorosa. Insomma, dalle foto le aspettative erano molto alte, ma sono state deluse completamente.

Hotel bonito, bien ubicado

Tiene muy buena situación, está en una zona tranquila donde se puede aparcar fácilmente, cerca de otros hoteles. La cama es cómoda. Está muy limpio. El personal es muy atento y encantador.

La habitación era un poco pequeña. No había servicio de cafetería de noche y tuvimos que ir a buscar una botella de agua a una tienda cercana ya que no pudieron proporcionarnosla en el hotel. Eso si, el botones se ofreció a ir a por ella.

Lovely modern, clean hotel in a fabulous location near nice restaurants. Breakfast was fantastic- fresh fruits and juice, Moroccan specialities, yogurts, cheeses meats and a wonderful selection of freshly backed cakes and pastries. Staff very pleasant and helpful.

A new, beautifully furnished hotel. We booked the cheapest room and it turned out to be excellent - with a great view, a private balcony, very spacious and bright. Breakfasts are diverse, you won't stay hungry. I would like to separately note the service and staff - very polite and courteous, they helped us carry our luggage to the room.

People at service.

There is place for parking nearby but there seem to be "people" not from the hotel arranging it. As I don't know the costumes of the area it was very confusing. One feel pressed to give away some money. Breakfast varied a lot. Some days you would have orange juice but others not. I was missing to have some eggs, I guess I should have asked for them. But I did not know if I could do so.

The room was very spacious for Rabat standards and it was generally clean. The staff was friendly and trying to be helpful.

Breakfast was pretty bad without much of a choice, you could see the hotel is seriously understaffed as in the later breakfast hours there was barely any food or even clean cutlery. Generally the hotel is rather empty of any additions or furniture, looks a bit hollow. The shower hand tried to kill me. The staff hardly spoke any english. The walls are pretty thin so you can hear the guy next door snoring.
