Nous étions en groupe pour un séminaire d'entreprise... L'hôtel nous a facturé une chambre en plus alors que je l'avais annulée, la wifi ne fonctionnait pas et maintenant que le sejour est passé il refuse de me faire une facture pour la comptabilité...

Magique

Le personnel incroyablement gentil, le décor magnifique qui vous offre un dépaysement total et il n’y a pas beaucoup de monde, il y règne un calme qui vous offre une détente incroyable. Le service restauration est également génial, tout était très bon et à prix raisonnable.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt vor der Heimreise.

Sehr schönes Zimmer mit Balkon und großzügigem Badezimmer. Sehr schöne Außenanlage. Zum Flughafen waren es nur ca. 10 km.

Dem Speisesaal fehlte leider jegliche Atmosphärische, jedoch das Essen war gut und reichhaltig. Preisleistung war angemessen.

Lovely and great first impression of the hotel. Beautiful surrounding atmosphere, the gardens and the pool very nice. Great staff and helpful receptionist, he was very kind and helpful we were upgraded to better room with it own garden. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, and roomy with excellent service. we had breakfast, the food was good, freshly prepared, and tasty. The room itself was large and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Nothing really. Except two receptionist specially one who checked us out he was amazingly helpful. I think his name was hamid

Dark room. Location which has nothing surrounding. If you would like to order food or water you will have to go down to reception or god knows where because no clarification was given. No intercom in our room. No food menu also you will have to pay for water. As soon as we checked in we went back downstairs for lunch it was 2:30pm, this one waiter came at around 2:50pm and asked us for order, no hello no smile nothing told us to hurry up and order as only 7mins to restaraunt closing. In the evening went for dinner and it was very apparent he did not like us was very chatty and pleasant to other foreigners maybe he did not like the colour of our skin. We loved everything about this beautiful lush oasis...15 minutes from the hustle and bustle from Marrakesh Center. The rooms are large and....the beds comfy. The only sounds are birds and fountains. Heaven.

nice stay.

the property is really beautiful and a good size . staff very helpful and friendly. lunch and dinner very nice and good options. pool is a great size and enough space around to relax.

we were asked to change rooms on our stay. firstly being told we had an upgrade (bit cheeky as it was clearly not as upgrade) and on our last night we were asked to move again but we explained we had already been moved once so we didn’t thankfully. breakfast could be better.

Beautiful, comfortable Riad, nice grounds, however I found food & drinks rather expensive especially with no option

Riad + grounds was nice and comfortable.

Staff not always attentive and thorough. I couldn’t believe I reserved massage 3 weeks in advance for 03 May and each time Reception got it wrong and confirmed for 2nd May. I had to correct more than three times. On day of arrival, 2 May, I decided to check with wellness centre & was informed I was booked for 02 May. What a disaster! Extremely highly priced food and drinks. Dinner menu very limited. Breakfast was not according to the standard I expected of such a Riad, very disappointing! Grounds for relaxation can do with umbrellas / parasols , and more benches to sit and enjoy the surroundings. For such big rooms, why not locate sink in the shower area rather than outside?

Comfortable, quiet hotel a short drive to Marrakech square

I've stayed here before and I like that it's outside of Marrakech and the grounds of the hotel are quite large. It's nice to be able to lay out by the pool if time permits.

Verg good stay but far from city

it’s outside the city so it’s an advantage and disadvantage at the same time. advantage because at the end of the day you return to a very peaceful and beautiful resort with a pool, small bar and restaurant. The staff is also very friendly and understanding. The breakfast was good. The dinner and lunch were also very decent but pit pricey for Marrakesh. Its well equipped with basic amenities (pool, Hammam Spa, small restaurant, laundry service, very quick hotel taxi service).

The distance from the city, it’s far from my point of view. But lot of good resorts such as this one are outside the city so it’s one’s choice. But at times it gets bit tiring to take a taxi everyday to go to city, if you want to do something or go visit attractions. Secondly, if you decide to spend you’re day in the resort or hotel (however you call it), the options for lunch and dinner is just the restaurant inside the place, we hardly found anything close by. We stayed a week and we wanted something different to try but we’re lazy to go all the way to city center and we ventured to find something but we weren’t so successful. We found a really good snack bar, which was nice. Apart from it taxi service from the place to city centers takes around 12€ on an average for two people (to go and to return) and this service is usually offered by hotel and it’s good because it’s cheaper than what you get outside and you don’t have to negotiate. Don’t get me wrong taxi drivers of the hotel were really good.

Ok hotel but not a great location and bed really uncomfy

Overall it was fine, the room was quite nice

It was in a middle of a run-down area which made us a bit uneasy so no chance going for a walk in the evening. The food was a bit bland, the bed was VERY uncomfortable and sagged in the middle, my back was really hurting after just one night's sleep. Luckily we only stayed one night. Overall it was more like a resort-type of place rather than an authentic hotel - but I guess it depends on what you like. Apart from the bed and the area it was ok but quite expensive for what you get for your money.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was varied and ample of choice. We particularly liked the location as it was not in the centre of Marrakech but easy still easy to get to the centre.

4 days in December.

The design of the complex is absolutely stunning. It feels very safe to walk around. I went with two kids and they loved walking in the hotel grounds. The cleaning staff and workers were very helpfull and they responded to all of my queries and needs. The hotel is a bit far out from the centre however the hotel service provides a great drop off taxi service.

-I went in december and the swimming pool was too cold to swim inside even though it was 19 degrees during the day. Pool heating would definately be needed. -adding kettles in the rooms with tea cups would add a nice touch.

Excellent stay!

The room we booked was absolutely huge. Far bigger than we expected for a standard double, which was a great surprise. Good water pressure in the shower and clean bathroom every day. The pool is close to the rooms and quiet. Lunch menu was good.

Nespresso machine at breakfast was terrible - also incredibly wasteful as each cup requires its own plastic pod. The coffee was very bad from the machine too. I think there would be much more success with filter coffee - less pollution and waste too!

Nice staff. beautiful place.

Shower was not working properly. Even after complaining two times it was not fixed. prices in the restaurant for food and beverages are not Marrocan like. (times 4 to 6).
