Perfect retreat from the Marrakech hustle and bustle

The villa was open, clean, and spacious with a good sized backyard. The kitchen was well stocked. The staff were kind, helpful, and efficient. Isham was an amazing hostess.

The pool was not heated, but we still swam :)

Amazing accommodation

Staff were so friendly and attentive. The property was cleaned everyday. Breakfast served on time and communication via what's app excellent. Fulfilled our requests. We loved it.

Location 15/20 mins from new Marrakech and the square (medina) however this was our personal choice. It may not be suitable if you are looking to move alot. We took private taxi everywhere so for us it was perfect and convenient.

Our stay was fantastic, they made it really enjoyable and helped us with any information we needed.

The owner Ghita was really helpful when my son was not feeling well. She brought medicine for us and also asked if we needed a doctor. This was really kind and showed us their amazing hospitality.

Very enjoyable holiday, thanks to the lovely host and the driver/tour guide they arranged.

The host arranged taxi for airport pick up. They welcomed us at the property. We arrived 2 hours earlier to check in time. They were very kind to accommodate us in another villa until our rooms were ready. They were very flexible with the breakfast timings as it was Ramadan. The host was always available on WhatsApp if we needed anything. The rooms were exceptional, cleaners would come everyday to clean the kitchen and rest of the rooms. The driver also was a tour guide, Hassan was exceptional, always available on WhatsApp to plan the tours, very flexible to accommodate the family’s needs. I would recommend Hassan for anyone visiting Marakkesh.

The property was slightly remotely located, no good areas nearby to walk to.

Very good

- space of the villa (both inside and outside), the pool, the furnitures and overall decoration - breakfast was amazing and served by very friendly staff - kitchen’s appliances were complete. It was useful to have a microwave, an oven and a freezer - owner’s availability and friendliness — Isham was always ready to answer our questions and guide us towards the right attractions and services

- the technical staff not able to either answer our requests or clearly communicate estimated resolution time (language might have been a barrier here) - no food/eatery option on site (need to take a taxi to go to supermarket or restaurant) - no beauty/wellness salon on site

Exquisite hosts, tranquil and peaceful location, super breakfasts and beautiful memories to cherish!

The staff at arrival was very polite and fast in getting us settled. The location is just superb. Whilst it's not central (approx. 20/30 mins from Medina depending on traffic), the villa is immersed in tranquillity and peacefulness, very silent and much needed break from the colourful yet noisy and chaotic city centre. The garden is well kept and relaxing, with semi-mature trees and plenty of green, with the pool (very clean) is sunk in the middle. Large spaces, super comfortable beds, modern and pleasant setting. The hosts are just exquisite. A special mention for Hassan, the driver - a truly nice guy, helpful and polite and always with a smile. During our holiday, Hassan drove us back and forth between Marrakech city centre and the villa and to other places too, we had a good laugh and nice chats. Very polite and honest, cars were always very clean.

We had a wonderful stay, we would recommend it without any hesitation and are already considering booking again next year. If I had however to make two suggestions, these would be to improve slightly the quality of the wifi and use more softener for the towels!

Outstanding and extremely clean and comfortable.

Everything was amazing from the service from the hosts. To the service from the workers the breakfast everything was exceptional and outstanding. Very private villa very very amazing. Will definitely be coming back again and definitely recommending to family and friends. Thank you soo much!!!

10/10 would definitely recommend this to anyone

The property was very spacious and even better than anticipated, the property has built in speakers so perfect for listening to your music while around the villa and outside. The beds were so comfortable and the property was clean throughout. staff were always friendly and helpful and the breakfast was 10/10 served in your villa at the time you request. The hosts were amazing they were so helpful with advising with what’s around the area and best restaurants and excursions. They also went out of the way to help when ordering food as our phones wouldn’t work. The WIFI was strong and you could get this throughout the villa and outside and was very fast.

I don’t have something I didn’t like, we loved it so much we are booking to go back next year.

All good and perfect until the last seconds

Location was perfect, service also, everyone was very kind, they brought breakfast to my kid even in ramadan and there was plenty of food for at least 2 people.

Subtility in checking any missing item during check out, being asked wether all towels were still there + to bring back a handwash bottle that was missing.
