A very charming riad in the heart of the medina. The rooms are clean and stylishly decorated. We stayed for just one night, but we highly recommend it.

Lovely and clean. daily clean.

Nada.
No recomendable bajo ningún concepto.
No puedo decir nada positivo.
Una merdé, merdé, merdé.
Hasta con arcadas salí de alli.

Nice little Riad in a corner in the old medina, close to everything, Staff is very nice and helpful, very easy and good communication with Jimenez, all good,

The rooms are pretty nice, the staff is very friendly and the Riad is very clean and always smells good! We loved everything about our stay at Dar Latigeo! 👏👏

The staff are very nice people and helpful, talkative and they also offered to keep the luggage at the reception after our check-out in case you still want to spend some time around before leaving Essaouira.
I didn't like that the bathroom/shower was shared with the other room and the hot water didn't work late at night and early in the morning.
There is no view on the beach but on other roofs, and the towels were kinda smelly :(

Staffs are helpful and friendly. The whole property is very clean! And the room was very comfortable, well lighting, spacial, and well air circulation with big window. The bed just so so comfortable.

Great location. Easy walking distance to everything you need and in a quiet location. Lovely friendly staff. Definitely stay there again.

The entire stay from start to finish, was amazing. The check-in was so easy. I was greeted by Amadou, who was extremely friendly and helpful to the process. He gave me personal attention and advice about the city. The hotel itself is a renovated building that maintains its authenticity and history. when one stays there, they have modern amenities in an old world environment. The hotel is situated in a quiet neighborhood, and a two minute walk from one of the busiest street in the Medina. There is sunlight and a lot of air in the rooms. At times I didn’t know whether I should go out and enjoy the Medina or stay in the room and enjoy the historical feel.
I was here on business. My plan after staying one night wants to try other hotels. Instead, I continue to renew my stay at this hotel for the reasons I’ve stated here in. If you are reading this review book this hotel immediately.

It was easy to find inside the medina, the location is perfect, we were close to everything literally inside the souks.
Siham was amazing, she was there for us all the time. if you compare the price with the quality of service it is very correct.
I recommend if you were on a budget like I was :) !

Location
Bathroom shower that basically could not be pointed at the toilet so everything got wet.

Lovely staff, strong WiFi, great place! Local restaurant serving Italian food on route to the air bnb is also incredible - couldn't believe we went foe Italian food in Morocco, but I am SO happy we did!!

Centrally located in the medina - in the heart of the hustle and bustle of essaouira. The Riad accomodation itself is spacious, clean and infused with moroccan influences throughout. The location of the accommodation is right next to the infamous taverna bolognese - with some of the best food we have had in morocco. Georges even offered us a ride back to the airport that we gladly accepted, in which we exchanged conversation in English and French. A stellar stay and we will be back for sure.

Nice Moroccan interior. Owners very sweet. Good location with nice restaurants nearby.
Room felt rather humid. One thing to be aware of: there is construction for preserving the Medina right next door. However they start rather late in the day, so it's OK. (January 2023)

the property is located in a quiet alley in the heart of the old town, in the middle of the action
I was in this property before, when it was well managed by a pleasant and friendly gentleman who made me feel welcome and confortable. I didn’t have the same experience, it seemed like I was in a totally different place, it lost its past warmth and pleasantness. For seven days my room was not clean, sheets and towels were not changed, only one toilet paper roll, the host never asked if we needed anything or how we were feeling. the level of humidity was very high in our rooms, which is common in Essaouira during this time of the year, making our stay even more unpleasant.

very good value for money, probably the best I had in Morocco. Very clean and spacious rooms. Latifa takes very good care of you :)
rooms are a little dark but there’s a roof terrace (however it was closed when I was there)

This was probably my favorite room that I stayed in anywhere on my trip. I know I was there in the lower season, but the value for money is perhaps the best I've ever had anywhere in the world. I'm not kidding. The internet was extremely fast, around 55 mb/s.

Mint tea upon arrival!
No balcony attached to rooms like I thought. Also long flights of stairs to get to the rooms. Otherwise, it was very traditional and the room/bathroom was cool!!
