Everything. It was very calm and relaxing, with so many different areas to relax and eat in. The staff were excellent. They couldn’t have done enough for us.
Nothing - everything was first class.

The property was beautiful, it was quiet and had an authentic feel.
The food was delicious, so I recommend you eat dinner here at least once. They don’t sell wine per glass btw, which is understandable.
The staff were super nice and helpful.
Massage was nice!
The room description for our Junior Suite wasn’t as described. There were 3 of us staying for a couple of nights and we wanted a bit of space. It said it had its own pool, private terrace and entry as well living room and separate bedroom.
Everything was in one room, we didn’t have our own terrace, the bathroom was upstairs.
We did query this but was told it was the only room that can accommodate all of us.
The room was nice nevertheless and we worked with the lack of space but it was a little frustrating.

Everything is exceptional, it’s look walking into your own piece of paradise.

The riad is located 20' walk from the central square and market, which means is quieter and less busy/noisy. The staff are lovely and very helpful, amazing breakfast on the roof terrace. We had dinner once at the riad which was delicious, after enjoying the hammam and a great massage.
Very nice deco, confortable room looking onto the open courtyard. We will definitely recommend it.

All of the staff were very accommodating and the riad is just beautiful. Although there are 8 rooms we didn't see anyone else at all. Marrakech is frenetic, but once you step into the riad it becomes so tranquil. Would definitely recommend.
The pillows could have been a little comfier but apart from that everything was perfect.

We liked the location, the decor of the riad, the nice staff and the comfort of the room.
The massage with Souad was amazing!
The food we ordered (tajines) was also excellent.
Area of improvement:
- hammam: I was expecting a better hammam experience, she quickly put the black soap on our body and rinsed right away without leaving it with the steam. (usually you leave the soap for 15/20 min) - also no ghassoul

nice looking and clean
the breakfast was beneath quality for the price paid. Nothing highstanding : the croissants were industrial, no quality cheese nor jam or other side-dish. La vache qui rit :( , supermarket yoghurt.

I loved Riad Alma! The staff were lovely - super friendly and helpful. The common areas are beautiful and peaceful. It is about a 15 minute walk to the Medina. I would recommend it to anyone coming to Marrakesh!

Beautiful Riad with lovely art and decor. We stayed in the apartment and absolutely loved the gorgeous, sprawling terrace right outside. We got in late in the evening and had dinner outside on the upper terrace and it was a perfect setting and most delicious meal. The staff was so friendly, kind and accommodating.
We found the beds and pillows to be a little on the hard side but the staff did try to help by bringing extra pillows.

We had an amazing stay. The riad is absolutely stunning and finely decorated. It's a little peaceful paradise where you'll feel sheltered from the bustling city. The staff was friendly and ready to assist with everything we might need. The room was spacious and the bed comfy, don't skip the generous breakfast. We felt like home, we highly recommend Riad Alma.

Cute and cozy Riad. Everybody really friendly and helpful. Really quiet. From the rooftop 360° look over the city. We enjoyed our stay.
It was not really a problem but if you have trouble to find directions once you're in the street where the car can't go in there a signs on the wall showing you the way.

One of the best experiences I've had!
The riad itself it's just BEAUTIFUL!
I stayed there with my mum and aunty for 3 nights in a massive room with a double bed and a sofa bed. The bathroom was unreal made in marble. Would love that for my own house! The room has acess to a small private terrace but also to the main terrace of the riad.
Breakfast was included and it was a nice spread including yogurt, their local pancakes, pain au chocolat, fruit salad, bread, jams. I've never finshed all of it as it was a lot!
We also had dinner there every night and those were quite good too. I recommend the lamb tagine.
I also want to mention the staff who went above and beyond for us from booking us taxis and a guide to helping me buying a tea pot and glasses. Super nice people and always available and helpful! We also met the owners who were super lovely.
Honestly recommend this place!
If I have to find something it will be the location. It's very central in the Kasbah. However, it's not on the main stree so the taxi can't get there and we found it challenging to find and we made the decision to go back to the riad before the sunset every day.
The Riad it's 3mins walking from where the taxi will stop and it's a bit of a labyrinth to get there. Having said that, Ahmed came to meet and help us with the luggage when we arrived (they sent a shuttles to pick us up from the airport)and also helped us when we left.

The host (who happened to be present during our stay) and the staff were exceedingly attentive and made us feel at home. The riad is charming, clean and its clever layout enhances the sense of tranquility. We'll definitely come back.

The team was really helpful and tried their best to accommodate us, they explained about the city tours and provided us with a detailed map of the best areas and locations. Also the surrounding is fully serviced and you can walk to restaurants and historical places.
The location is at the corner of the city and the building is not reached by taxi and you will face difficulties if you are like us traveling with several bags. Try not to enter some areas of the city at night as we faced some kids/teenagers fighting and acting weird.

We had a wonderful time at the Riad. Super attentive and friendly staff. Great and super clean rooms and a wonderful roof terrace to enjoy either breakfast or a sundowner drink. Major sights are all in easy walking distance. Perfect location to stay in Marrakech.
