I just want to say WOW first, a thank you to Narjis she was very welcoming, helpful, professional and accommodating, she presented herself well and was approachable. The guys by the door are ever so helpful and attentive. The breakfast team from the chefs to the waiters and hosts were very accommodating, polite and pleasant the breakfast selection was endless, great variety of proteins, carbs and fresh veggies and fruit options. The entertainment that was provided in the morning as well was a lovely touch. The rooftop pool was a vibe an ideal way to get a bit of everything all at once great view, nice poolside food, excellent service from the guys by the pool. The extra touches such as the two room cleans a day, the guest relations check in calls every evening, the little turndown goodies went a long way and really made it that much special, and for the guest invite from Nobu for their anniversary was cherry on the top. Lastly the check in and check out was seamless.
Only suggestion would be the gym needs AC as it was rather difficult to train because it gets far too stuffy and hot.

Lovely hotel, great location, good facilities
Staff weren’t particularly friendly or welcoming. Felt more of an annoyance than a guest. Loud music blasting until the early hours.

Everything was perfect!

Nice feel to the property. The outside entrance was presented well and there were smiling staff.
Inconsistent. We had evening treats at turn down for the first two nights and then the final two nights nothing. The room had very little view for the time we chose to stay (4 nights). Thought we would have a better view for longer stay.
The bathroom appeared older and water pressure from the showerhead, you don’t need to hold was very poor, the temperature of the water fluctuated.
They came and change the tap that had no heat control, but the same issue was present in the main shower head.
Most staff were friendly, senior staff members kept greeting us as if we were new guests every time when we had been there for four days, making the experience at the hotel a little less personable.
The wait for coffee and condiments at breakfast was slow.
Food was good largely but expected more from a Nobu.
The gym facilities were okay, but a little dated.
The entrance water feature was empty when we arrived.
Don’t come to this hotel if you want to avoid being photographed. There were people walking around with blogging, cameras and having a photo shoot on the roof top. Quite distracting and frustrating.

Stepping through the lobby, i was immediately struck by the beautiful and friendly reception area light, airy and very spacious...very welcoming atmosphere. The staff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. They always greeting and smiling to us. The breakfasts were amazing. The location of the hotel is great. The room was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to the tourists.
We are very disturbed by the outside noise in our room. Please make the room quiet.
I have a problem with them regarding payments. Additional payments have been deducted and I have contacted them more than once and so far I have not received a response regarding this matter, which is really very annoying.

location, decor, and food were great. very friendly staff.
Being pressured by spa staff to leave a tip. Then being told it wasn’t enough and most guest leave 200 dirham - which equated to almost 40%! Music on the rooftop was also way to loud. luckily we were upgraded so couldn’t hear the music in our room.

We stayed at Nobu Marrakech on our final day and it was worth it! We used the spa facilities and enjoyed the indoor pool and sauna. The buffet breakfast was also nice. The location is situated with neighbouring resorts and 5* hotels so the shops / supermarket are a bit of a walk away and a drive away to the jemaa el-fna square. But other than that, it was a great stay, we wish we stayed longer to try out the gym and the roof top. The dinner at Nobu restaurant was really good, I definitely recommend staying here the night before a flight so you can finish off your trip to relax and pamper yourself.
The length of our stay. We wish we stayed an extra night!

great rooftop pool area. the room was well designed and very spacious. the nobu restaurant was excellent.
the gym was well appointed with equipment.
the concierge staff were very helpful and made extra efforts to make us feel safe, they even walked us to a local restaurant.
the rooms could have USB ports to help with charging devices.
the gym could use some air conditioning as it was extremely hot.

Beautiful room, super comfortable bed, great facilities, friendly and helpful staff.
Service very slow at the rooftop restaurant. Plenty of friendly waiters and waitresses so we think the problem came from the bar/kitchen service. Limited wine list, two wines we selected off the menu were both unavailable.

Breakfast was good and a great choice of things to eat.
The hotel wasn't very clean, it didn't seem like a 5 star hotel. The roof top pool was a lovely space but it lacked the basic things a 5 start hotel would offer. The cocktails were not great, so we decided it wasn't worth drinking there and the music was terrible. We stayed there for 4 nights and they played the same play list every day, It's definitely was not acceptable. I did ask them to change the play list and to turn the volume down a bit as it was very loud, blasting out house music at 11am. They said that they would see to it but it was ignored.
We were on a short holiday and didn't want to keep asking or seem that we were complaining, even though we over heard other people asking to turn the music down you thought that they may even listen and do something about it.
Most of the staff were great but a few were very rude, which was very surprising.
The spa was an amazing space, with amazing massages, again I would say it wasn't a 5 start treatment tho.
