It was a beautiful Riad in a great location. Samir the manager was extremely helpful from the moment we arrived with booking tour of the medina and our taxi to the train station.

POSIZIONE OTTIMA, FUORI DALLE STRETTE VIUZZE DELLA MEDINA, QUINDI RAGGIUNGIBILE IN TAXI FACILMENTE, MA A DUE MINUTI DAL CENTRO STORICO.
COLAZIONE OTTIMA, ABBONDANTE E CON DOLCE E SALATO, SE RICHIESTO, SI POTEVA RICEVERE PIU' CIBO O BEVANDE
PISCINA BELLISSIMA, NON UTILIZZATA POICHE' AUTUNNO, MA IMMAGINO SIA UTILE IN PIENA ESTATE CON CALDO TORRIDO.
AD OGNI ARRIVO IN STRUTTURA, BELLISSIMA ACCOGLIENZA CON UN BUON TE ALLA MENTA MAROCCHINO, SIMBOLO DELL'OSPITALITA' DI QUESTO MERAVIGLIOSO PAESE.
POCO SPAZIO PER CENARE O FARE COLAZIONE QUANDO E' PIU' FRESCHINO. NOI ABBIAMO RICHIESTO DI STARE DENTRO, SU DIVANI E TAVOLINO BASSO. SI POTREBBE SFRUTTARE DI PIU' LA TERRAZZA, FORSE, MA E' SOLO UN SUGGERIMENTO.

My husband and I only had one night in Fes on our honeymoon, but it was very memorable thanks to Riad Fes Baraka. The riad itself is beautiful and clean, and our room (the Berbère suite) was cozy and quiet despite being right next to the pool and courtyard.
What especially made our stay great was Samir's hospitality. He welcomed us with incredible Moroccan mint tea, organized a medina guide for us last minute, and went above and beyond when we asked him to take a few photos of us in the riad. We were sad to leave so soon, and would definitely stay here again should we make it back to Fes in the future.
The only thing we didn't like was that we didn't have more time here! Nothing negative to say.

Beautiful riad, very impressive and wonderful location. Staff is absolutely amazing, we felt very welcome as a family. The manager arranged a wonderful guide for our tour of the Medina. Thanks to him we had an amazing day with Ali, which even our 8 year old daughter enjoyed very much. We had dinner twice at the riad, which was some of the best food we had during our two week stay in Morocco. The pool is nice after a day in the Medina.
We had a room with an exterior private bathroom. No big issue, but not very convenient either. Beds could do with a new mattress.

Amazing place, beautiful courtyard and our room (the blue room) was magical. The hammam and massage experience (you pay separately for each, and I recommend getting both if you are doing the hammam) were an interesting experience. We had dinner at the riad and the food was amazing too. I’m really glad we had dinner there.
The staff and the riad recommended that we get a guide to see the city (they recommend it to everyone). It was completely unnecessary in our experience. Maybe it’s just me but the lady running the place could have been a little nicer.

I stayed at a lot of riads in Rabat, Fes & Meknes ... and this one was the best of them all :)
Things I liked:
- Cheerful oriental interior design to the riad
- Amazing large pool
- Helpful staff that offered their help and services the moment I arrived to Fes before even arriving to their Riad (They texted me on whats app and offered to pick up me from Fes station when I arrive for free )
- No need to plan for city activities if you are staying there ... the staff offered me different paid services that I chose from like different types of guided city tours either on foot or by private car

The accommodation. The staff is super helpful. The apartment it self, very cozy.
The property looks even better than booking pictures .
Super tasty breakfast, freshly squeeze 🍊 orange juice!
Nothing at all.
We came by car, and the acces route /street was closed . So, we had to walk a little, looking for the hotel.

The property is really clean, beautiful and spacious. The staff is very kind and helpful.
During night time after 11pm they lock the main door and before you go out or order some food delivery make sure you know the main door is not locked.

The location was convenient. Samuel was very helpful in assisting us with our needs.
The decor is in need of an upgrade. The stairs were irregular in height and steep without a handrail.

Very kind and helpful staff:)

It was a good price and the common areas of the riad looked interesting, also staff working at the riad were friendly
The riad is not very well kept. It's in desperate need of renovation. Our room had a bathroom that is located across the staircase. During check-in lady who worked there was showing us how to open the room and bathroom with keys. She couldn't open the bathroom because the doors are very old and it took my husband a lot of strength to get in. As this bathroom is accessible from the common area and almost impossible to open with keys, it wasn't very convenient. In fact, most of the doors in riad were hard to close because they didn't fit properly and everybody was slamming them in order to close the room. It was especially annoying late at night and early morning. It was really loud and woke up us every time. The shower has warm water for like 10 minutes and the stream is weak. The curtain on the window in the bathroom had a big stain in the middle. Breakfast is very limited and small. One egg, one pancake, jam, butter, bread, a tiny cup of orange juice, and mint tea. Every morning same. When I told the staff I'm allergic to eggs and if they can bring some cheese or anything else the lady brought one piece of melted cheese triangle. Other guests who were sitting next to us wanted one more pancake and she told them that she doesn't have more pancakes... The next morning after they already knew I can't eat eggs they brought the egg and pancake for me again!!! Last morning we were waiting 25 minutes to get breakfast as the riad was full.

The staff was super kind and helpful! We were met at a central location where our desert tour dropped us off and guided to the Riad. They were able to help connect us with a tour guide and arrange taxi services for us (to the airport). They also offered to organize other tours and day trips but Fez was our last stop and we were too tired to do anything but enjoy the medina.
Our room was really beautiful. The pictures did not do it justice. We hope to come back to Morocco and would love to stay here again.

Excellent location, very clean, super fast Wi-Fi, great hamam and massage. Sameer is the whole and soul of this Riad and he did everything he could to make it a comfortable stay.

Very beautiful Riad with character in a very convenient central location. The traditional hamam experience was unique and would definitely recommend. Reception and hospitality was also great, plus I got a free room upgrade upon arrival. Relaxing by the pool at the end of the day was added value.

Good breakfast in very nice loggia. Tasty meal, great tea, view on swiming pool and sky above the Riad - but still silent, creating safe asylum in the city center :)
Squeaky doors to the room and to the bathroom - we probably woke everybody during night toilet visits ;D
Also the bathroom lamp was hanging low - one bulb did not survive contact with my head :/ But those are very minor things, it's a great stay!

Wonderful place to stay in Fez. Ali and Samir were great hosts and made the stay exceptional!

Such a gorgeous riad, fabulous location, amazing staff and very comfy beds! The staff couldn’t do enough to make sure we were happy and well cared for.
I struggled with our bathroom being across the stairwell from us - the steps were difficult to navigate and the doors were incredibly creaky so woke everyone up even if you were trying to be quiet.
4.7
Absolutely everything went perfect. Samir and the staff were helpful and lovely, helping us with transportation, a tour in the city and recommendations. Our breakfast was yummy and our room (the Arabesque suite) was so comfortable and beautiful.
The hamam was also a great and unique experience.
Nothing!

We had also the hamman+massage...amazing experience!!!!
Thank you for everything, I really hope to come back soon

Lovely staff especially Samir. Relaxing terrace and pool area.
Room slightly dark

The position of the riad, the breakfast and the structure.
We paid 40 Dirham to a parking guy (that was indicated by the host of the riad) for the "surveillance" of the car.
The car was parked on the street. When we came back the next day, we found some guys sitting on the hood of our car and we also found a scratch on the car.

The staff are really nice and welcoming. The location is great and is really a good value for money.

This is a beautiful Riad, well placed in a quiet part of the Medina and easy to navigate from. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. We stayed in the Serail suite on the 1st floor which is very spacious, with its own enclosed balcony overlooking the pool. It felt very grand indeed with lovely high ceilings. They have a different choice of dinner daily, we ate once and it was delicious, cooked by the lovely Samira who is also the female hammam - which cannot be recommended highly enough! Would recommend this Riad to anyone going to Fes which is a beautiful city, much quieter than Marrakech.
Minor improvements only suggested here. The single bed has a memory foam topper but it kept slipping off very easily, not sure why. The dressing area was very dark and cupboards full of blankets so space for clothes was limited. The breakfast could include a little fruit, especially as we were vegan. Better still, a traditional Moroccan breakfast would have been great in the setting!

This is a really great place located just inside the walls of the medinia. It is a lovely old but very comfortable and well kept building with a pretty pool in the centre which is large enougt for swimming and also shared from the heat which makes it great for lounging around after a hot day of sightseeing.
You can eat dinner at the riad each evening and the cooking is super - some of the best I had during my visit to Morocco.
The staff are just lovely, particularly the manager Samir. When I arrived I was suffering from heat exhaustion and he was so kind during my hour of need. I am very grateful for his help and kindness.
Nothing at all.

location was perfect being close to one of the Medina gates. We parked the car right outside and walked very little to get to the Riad. The mosaic is amazing, gives the Morocco feel we were looking for. the pool is a plus to be used during the hot days when walking around Medina is too much. Internet was very very good. I was able to do some remote office work as well without any issues. the last thing that we like is that the provide a set menu for each day of the week. so if you want to hangout the entire day in the riad, or just that evening, food will be available to you.
