It was fine apart from the shower !

Clean and well equipped , good breakfast and lovely evening meals . Lovely garden to relax in too

I had a real problem with the shower - the temperature was scalding hot and I screamed not being able to adjust it. Then another spray came from behind me - burning me . There should be some instructions about how to operate the shower . I was quite traumatised .

Othwise excellent. Will stay again

The breakfast was excellent. I like that there was lots off options and even better we were offered a green shot of healthy goodness.

The movement from the apartment above was very annoying when we were trying to sleep.

Le personnel au top, l’établissement est propre et les installations piscine, sauna, hammam top également Jolie chambre!

Le bruit, très mal insonorisé, nous entendions les gens du dessus pas du tout discrets, nous n’avons pas dormi de la nuit du samedi au dimanche malheureusement! C’est la seule chose à déplorer malheureusement, nous allons dans un bel établissement pour se détendre mais malheureusement ce dernier est très mal insonorisé!!!

Hotel parking was the reason we booked this hotel, was then told it was not available due to the time of year we stayed, then when we argued for this option was given a inflated price to be able to use it, due to christmas parties being held there. Instead we booked meet & greet which was cheaper & saved us a taxi return. Next time will stay at the premier inn & do meet & greet all day long

Great overnight stay

All hotel staff were extremely helpful & friendly. The club lounge was fabulous. The choice of breakfast options was great and very tasty. The room was very large & the beds were comfortable.

The swimming pool temperature was far too low.

Perfect for my requirements.

Very helpful staff, comfortable bed very clean rooms. Good facilities. Lovely market town close to hospital and Gatwick airport.

Hotel well equipped and in an ideal position for our purposes of visiting family and friends.

Service in Bar and Restaurant excellent. Food was delayed in Bar and staff apologised without prompting and gave us complementary drinks. breakfast service was very efficient with staff constantly topping up self service area and available for special requests.

Room was not serviced on our return for second night. Reception informed and Housekeeping quick to provide the items we needed. Bedroom No 138 is a long way from Hotel main facilities so quite a trek to reception etc.

The jacuzzi was really nice , lovely breakfast . The room is big and clean .

A welcome respite for a weekend in Surrey

The room was clean and spacious. WE enjoyed the modest gym and pool too. It was great to have an electric charging point just outside my window.

Telephone connection a disaster. Crackling on phone and couldn't hear. Tried many times before anyone's answers then getting cut off. Went down twice to reception to speak directly.

The staff made our stay!

We stayed hear the night before my friend's wedding. The reception staff saw our bride/bridesmaid dressing gowns on our way down to the spa and sent a bottle of prosecco to the room. We were also given a shot with our dinner. The food was lovely. The spa was really peaceful, only a couple of other visitors when we went down. We had a really lovely, relaxing stay which was exactly what we needed.

There was a bit of a slow moving queue when we arrived to check-in, but the reception staff apologised for the wait.

Lovely hotel but room not being ready on time marred our experience:-(

Great room and facilities

Room wasn’t ready at 3pm, we had to keep badgering the front desk staff as we were being collected at 3.30 for a corporate bash at Lingfield - ended up having 5 mins to get ready - not impressed. Also breakfast was tepid at best - could’ve done with being hotter.

Hotel Good, Location could be problematic

Facilities, breakfast, clean, friendly staff, free parking

The location can cause a lot of issues. Whilst I was there, some roads were blocked off, and with little directions on how to go around. But it resulted in an extra 20mins of driving around to get back to the hotel.
