Vacaciones culturales

Hotel típico inglés Habitación nueva y amplia para 3 , con un baño nuevo y muy limpio. Colchones cómodos y dos almohadas en cama muy cómodas. Limpieza diaria , tiene moqueta en habitación. Dábamos a un patio que tienen muy bonito donde se puede desayunar . El desayuno buffet, con el típico inglés y después tostadas, bollería, yogures, fruta, zumo... Tiene una excelente ubicación para moverte, con bus en puerta y estación de tren con conexiones, y llegada al centro 20 minutos , a 5 minutos desde el hotel . Totalmente recomendable.

Igual cambiaría el sistema se llaves de puerta por tarjeta ,más cómodo, pero tampoco es una pega sino una recomendación . Y un enchufe dentro del baño.

Perfetto.

Sono stato decine di volte a Londra, in vari tipi di sistemazione ma il Clarendon mi ha davvero soddisfatto. Rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente. Colazione ottima. Pulizia. Bagno nuovissimo. Inoltre l'atmosfera di autentico luogo inglese fa la differenza. 20 minuti e sei a London bridge o qualche minuto in più Charing cross.

Tutto positivo, forse l'unica osservazione è che in bagno ci vorrebbe qualche appendino.

Quaint part of London with a lovely park outside. It’s an excellent location near to the O2 Arena. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful and very tasty.

The Bar staff was not as friendly as during the day, it was all to much trouble, a shame as the rest of the staff were friendly, helpful and very accommodating

Waar voor je geld

Het personeel is erg aardig en behulpzaam, ook tijdens grote drukte (ontbijt en diner). Het ontbijtbuffet is erg uitgebreid en smakelijk; een goed begin van de dag! Het was erg prettig om drie losse bedden op de kamer te hebben (groep van drie personen), in plaats van een slaapbank en dubbel bed. Daarbij was er dagelijks in onze kamer schoongemaakt. Erg rustige locatie!

Het hotel is op een aantal punten wat ouder en heeft wat liefde nodig. De verwarming maakte 's nachts veel geluid en de deur van onze badkamer kon niet dicht (bleef op een kier staan en kon niet op slot). De WiFi was niet goed, maar in de bar wel beter. Iets meer opbergruimte was handig geweest, vooral omdat we 5 dagen verbleven.

A lovely place to stay!

Beautiful historic property in an excellent location, overlooking the Heath. It was wonderfully decorated for Christmas too.

Gutes Mittelklasse Hotel in Greenwich Nähe

Das Einzelzimmer war klein, aber in Ordnung.

Die Lage war zwar schön am Heath, in der Nähe von Greenwich, aber für das London Zentrum doch etwas weit. Beim Frühstück war Englisch Breakfast sehr gut, aber sonst wenig Auswahl

The location & breakfast is superb. The hotel has potential to be incredible with it’s location!

Great location. The building style and the great breakfast! The value of the room.

Rooms and bathrooms probably due a bit of a spruce up and modernizing including the TVs to Smart TV. But everything was clean and acceptable. Our TV wasn’t tuned but the staff were helpful and friendly and fixed it.

Stay cut short due to gas leak. Needs modernisation, but would be open to staying again some time.

- Excellent location - wish we could have spent more time in/around Blackheath. - Only a few minutes from the train station which then takes 15 mins to get to central London. - Lots of nice local cafes, bars, restaurants. - Some excellent staff (shout-out Alberto). - Room was quirky and quite nice.

- We had to evacuate on our first morning due to a gas leak so never got to try breakfast, dinner etc. - Fire alarm was not audible from the bathroom. - The hotel is a bit like a maze and there are generally stairs involved even after getting the lift up numerous floors. - No water pressure from the one shower we managed to have on the day of arrival. Same for the toilet - was a struggle to get it to flush properly. - Upon arrival we went to get a drink and were asked multiple times by the same person if 'everything was alright' and were we ok, as if we shouldn't actually be in the area in which we were enjoying a drink. Made us feel a bit awkward and unwelcome. - A few communication issues once evacuated and moved to another hotel, but staff generally did their best. - Hotel and room itself could do with a bit of a makeover and modernisation as it seems quite tired and dated.

Great location at a great price if you’re not fussed about modern aesthetics.

The location and price was were excellent, as were the staff who were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also very nice.

The room was a little basic and the shower was a little hard to use but overall the stay was positive.

it was ok. Not happy about room was on the left side of hotel. Even though I stated I had a bad knee

Good stay, but needs some adjustments for taller people

The room stayed a good temperature throughout our stay. The bed was comfortable.. Room was cleaned every day. Included breakfast was of a good quality.

The shower/bath was not comfortable for someone tall. The shower head was placed very close to the wall and undetachable. Due to the shape of the bathtub I had to lean back against the wall to use the shower. The chairs were similarly uncomfortable for a tall/wider person. Breakfast had some vegan/vegetarian options, but you quickly ate the same every day since the choices were limited.

Would stay again!

Great location! Easy walk to Blackheath shops and restaurants. Free parking was great, though there are limited spots and it’s on a first come first served basis. Fenced in garden area was great for my dog. The breakfast was great!

Comfortable and convenient for a short getaway.

The location was excellent. Check in was a breeze. The staff was so nice. The breakfast room was lovely. The bed was comfortable.

The shower didn't drain well and the bathroom was tiny. The internet was not strong.

Excellent hotel

The hotel was so clean,from reception to bedroom,the all decor looked fresh and welcoming. All the hotel staff where friendly and well presented. Bedroom was outstanding. Breakfast was good with plentiful.
