Very friendly staff. Very comfortable and cozy decor. Superb location overlooking the waterways.
I wasn’t aware of the £17 surcharge for bringing a pet, until checking in. They did make a genuine effort to make the dog comfortable though - it wasn’t an extra charge just for the sake of it.

Excellent breakfast. Great location.
The room should have been bigger considering the price.

Friendly staff, family feel and wonderful room and food. We were given a free upgrade to a balcony room when we arrived which was unexpected which was lovely.
Nothing.

Great location right by Wroxham broad, with a view of the swans from the breakfast tables. Very comfy bed, room spotlessly clean and decorated to a high standard. Breakfast was buffet plus a hot meal, and the quality of the food was excellent.
Staff were all amazing, but did seem to have a high workload per head; at breakfast there were 2 people serving and they were literally rushed off their feet trying to keep up.

super location on the river, friendly staff
nothing of note

The reception area could be dark and gloomy, but with all the ambient lighting it is really cosy. All the staff are so friendly and it has beautiful views. The dinner and breakfast was amazing.

The setting is perfect, overlooking the water.
The room we booked, although lovely, was quite small, I would have classed it as a 'small double' as oppose to a double room. The price we paid didn't reflect the size and comfort of the room. Nowhere to put our overnight bags.

We had an amazing stay . Very clean room , smelling nice , clean bedsheets, staff was helpful.
very good food in restaurant, many options at the breakfast and the location is amazing.
We will come back as soon is possible.
Thank you HOtel Wroxham for a nice and chill weekend ❤️

We went to this hotel 5 years ago, and said we wouldn't go back, this was due to us witnessing some unfriendly behaviour by the hotel owner/manager. We decided to give it the benefit of the doubt and try again from the moment we went to the reception desk to the point that we left the staff were outstanding. The bonus was that we were given an upgrade which meant we looked out to the river which for my husband's 60th birthday was brilliant
The evening menu wasn't to our taste. To have a fish & chip meal that cost £18 which was really all on the menu I could see that I liked was a bit much. However, the local pub did amazing food

beautiful decor , amazing staff and a stunning location. We shall definitely be back. Wendy is delightful and made you feel very welcome at her hotel.
absolutely nothing.

lovely location
the bar was very unfriendly, a local group had pretty much barricaded the entrance with their seats so we were unable to comfortably order a drink at the end of our evening. it was quite off putting and intimidating. Service at reception and bar generally very slow, presumably due to short staffing.

Accommodation and restaurant were great. Customer service from all but one member of staff was warm and friendly. Unfortunately, the one member of the reception staff appeared surly and disinterested. There was no eye-contact, smile or greeting on arrival, even when we waited politely, smiled and said good afternoon. A young child, known to her, played football continuously in the hotel lobby both evenings we were there. This inappropriate behaviour was unprecedented in our experience of decades of staying in hotels.
The attitude of the one member of staff as above.

In a beautiful location a short walking distance to most places that you would likely visit in the town. Great to have breakfast overlooking the river with the swans gracefully gliding past. The breakfast menu had plenty of choices. Restaurant food good and well presented. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful.

Nice, clean room, good quality towels and toiletries. Very good breakfast! Tea and coffee in the room, brilliant!
Very small bathroom and specially shower. We could not sleep at all because of some noise coming from below the building, some pump, ventilation…..God know what, it was switching on and off all night!

Hot breakfast was well presented but tasted bland, continental breakfast was very good.r
Room wasn’t ready on arrival, don’t feel it was handled very professionally told to go away and come back in about 30 minutes
