I paid extra for a balcony room but this wasn't a wow factor (I know your cant stop the rain) so didn't get out onto the balcony at all. The fan in the bathroom was the sound of a SDS hammer drill The evening meal was spoilt with some loud drinking male's who seem to know how to use foul language and want to throw there weight around while we were eating

Third time stayed here, never disappointed, room with a balcony and riverside view excellent The bar and restaurant nicely furnished on river bank, the food is fabulous both dinner and breakfast- we will return. Free parking

The woman at reception was very rude and could not take a joke. She was pressuring me to eat in the restaurant and when I told her I didn’t want a tour of the room she was very angry. Would not recommend

We were upgraded to a balcony room which was magnificent We have a small dog and a bed for her was also provided Very comfortable hotel which catered for all our needs Staff excellent Breakfast especially good Nothing negative about the hotel at all Will definitely revisit Thank you Staff

Beautiful hotel with lovely views. Room was lovely clean and comfortable Breakfast was delicious with everything fresh and all staff we encountered were polite and nothing was too much trouble. Couldn’t have wished for a better few days. Well worth a visit we would definitely recommend it

The hotel and its staff were excellent. The only issue we had was the shower was too small. Approx 2ft square. Apparently it’s only the river view rooms which have a larg er shower. My advice is book these rooms only.

Well appointed, cosy hotel with a nice ambience. Rooms well thought out. Comfortable beds with good quality linen and pillows. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Public areas weee stylish and comfortable. Restaurant food overall exquisite with plenty of choice and gluten free options. The only minor negative - there was no USB point in the room

The room was very basic, meaning no air conditioning, no telephone, no room service, not even a wardrobe, just a hanging rail. The bathroom was so small, however it did have a big shower cubicle too the detriment of the rest of the room, and it certainly would have helped if the fan had worked. Breakfast buffet quite good, however the cooked was less desirable.

We've just had a fabulous 6-night stay at Hotel Wroxham. The staff, food, decor and position overlooking the river, are second to none and we enjoyed just sitting on our balcony watching the boats coming and going. From the outside the hotel looks quite ordinary but as soon as you step into the reception area you are greeted by friendly staff, in a calm and stylish ambience. The balcony rooms are certainly worth the extra money and the view over the river is fabulous. We stayed during a particularly hot spell and although the fan provided was appreciated, I think that maybe an air conditioning unit would have been more beneficial as these room do get very hot. However, this wouldn't stop us visiting again and were already thinking about next year!

Amazing service, hotel was fantastic from the inside but tired on the outside. Couldn’t find any fault with the room or staff. Thoroughly looked after us. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. Best one yet.

Check in was smooth, room was comfortable, well lite, very clean, plenty of towels and toiletries. Kettle with plenty of drink options. Bar well stocked, the meal we had was great and a fantastic variety for breakfast too. Definitely will be back.

We had a lovely stay here, room and Hotel were very clean. All staff were very helpful and friendly. Outside seating area beautiful and relaxing by river.Food was a little expensive but very nice so didn't mind paying a bit extra. Good buffet breakfast. Only a few little negatives. Room got very hot but a fan was provided. Bathroom was small. Carpark and Hotel Reception could do with clearer signage. We would definitely return.

We was in room 5, the bed was so squeaky, you move 1 little bit & it was like. You was doing lots of naughty things, but wasn’t! Need to improve there curtains as we woke up at 4am threw the light & couldn’t get back to sleep. Room Defo needs a bit more upgrade

The hotel was immaculate and had a very high level of interior design throughout. Rooms were very modern/ stylish. Bathrooms extremely clean. Hotel food was exceptional. Staff were very friendly. Right on the riverside with extensive outside seating areas. We stayed three nights. Excellent.

The staff on reception generally acted as if they were doing you a favour. There were no safes in the room. Our order for starters took 45 minutes to arrive. Staff around the hotel were generally good. If you want a view of the water from your room you need to book a named not a numbered room

Superb clean accommodation with high quality extras on offer. Bedroom comfortable and dinner and breakfast facilities were outstanding. The only small fault is that there is no clear signage to tell you that you have indeed arrived at the hotel and where exactly the front entrance is - other than that a great place to stay
