Ottimo per "prendere il volo"

Abbiamo scelto la struttura principalmente perché dovevamo imbarcarci con un volo al mattino molto presto. L'albergo è a 2 minuti a piedi dall'ingresso all'aeroporto ed è comodissimo arrivarci. Il ristorante va prenotato in anticipo, ma comunque anche il bar offre dei buoni piatti caldi senza bisogno di prenotazione. Albergo tutto sommato buono per i nostri scopi.

Niente in particolare. La pecca principale questa volta è dipesa da Booking.com. Abbiamo prenotato per 2 adulti e 2 bambini e l'unica opzione disponibile era una prenotazione non rimborsabile di 2 camere doppie. Quando siamo arrivati ci hanno assegnato 2 camere quadruple e con il fatto che siamo passati per Booking.com non è stato possibile effettuare modifiche. Alla reception non si sono spiegati il motivo per cui non è comparsa la disponibilità di una camera familiare da 4 posti letto. Avremmo potuto risparmiare qualcosa. Peccato.

Nice location across from airport

Property was nice and spacious and was in an awesome location

The Bathroom had Cleary not been cleaned properly or at all before our stay

Thank goodness it was only one night!

The location would be the only reason to stay there again. Convenient and easy to reach the airport.

The room was a disgrace. Full of dust, scruffy and in poor condition. The furniture and fittings obviously have never been changed or replaced since the hotel was established!! The bathroom wants gutting. Disgusting!! The shower was atrocious. Not worth the price they are charging! I was obviously given the worst room in the hotel!

It was just a stop over for one night to catch a 6am plane. Could not stay for more than one night. Very dated compared

Hotel and staff very good, but the room was old fashioned and the bathroom was very dated. The shower head was discoloured and so old the white plastic turned to yellow. The two packs of freebies as in shower gel and hand lotion one bottle had been used and not replaced. There was no extraction for the steam to clear after a shower but a notice was up saying keep the bathroom door closed as it will set the alarm off, so you couldn’t see in the mirror. No hand rail on the bath wall for unsteady feet. And the cheapest thinnest of toilet paper.

Does a job if staying one night for a plane but certainly wouldn't return if I can book another.

The location for the airport is spot on.

The room was very noisy all night long! Doors banging etc all night. The hotel needs a good deep clean and most certainly requires a full refurbish.

Only one set of towels when a room for 2. Spare pillows had no covers on. Soap dispenser in shower empty. Bar staff good but heart radio blasting. The reception lady was very helpful.

Easy airport access but very outdated.

The breakfast staff are extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming. My room was clean, I could open the window for fresh air. Accessible as on the ground floor. Quiet. Had a bath in the en suite and the shower, although old was powerful and warm. Across the road, and you're at the airport, so the location is brilliant, and it's easy to get to. Fairly decent prices to stay and park/ fly

The parking isn't very good. I'm disabled and there are only 4? TINY DISABLED spaces (full) and the whole car park was full. Not much room to maneuver. Lady on reception didn't offer to help me, said i can drop my bags, go find a space and then check in (travelling alone, first time away in a while and i felt really anxious and sad by this). The hotel decor is very dated. Lots of 'retro' wooden furniture in the rooms. Handles fall off. No vegan breakfast options. Bed in room very narrow and could do with some thinner pillows. Whole building could do with being updated, lick of paint, new furniture and beds.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The beds we’re comfortable. The lift was quick.

It needed refurbishing. They had no double beds. On talking with the Manager he said they had only two double beds in the hotel. No shower with easy access. They had no USB plugs in the room. Plus they charged for Wi-Fi. Plus they charged you for breakfast before you had it.

use regularly when catching early flights , so convenient

this is very much an airport hotel and it serves its purpose . great value if catching an early flight and just a short walk to the terminal . Bar in premises does meals and drinks and all reasonably priced . really good breakfast served at an extra cost but well worth it . rooms are on the small side and basic , but , as said earlier , it does the job . Friendly, helpful staff

Exceptional

The flexibility of the hotel in rearranging my booking due to the flooding in Auckland. Booking.com started to help then said I would have to pay, the hotel were kind to me and moved the booking due to the airport closure and cancelled flights. Hotel was just what I needed. Thankyou to Natalie for rearranging the booking and Leanne for the early check-in allowing me to crash after flying for 24hrs. I will definitely use this hotel again.

Terrible service and facilities

The locality to the airport

The room didn't have a plug for the bath, and when I asked for a plug, they told to go and have a bath in another room...after I had unpacked. I went and spoke to reception,who got some young snotty manager named Ross, who told me to pack my bags and leave after a heated confrontation. He was rude and abusive and completely lacking any empathy or management skills. He was a disgrace in his behaviour and I'd hate to think he was representative of the company. Completely ruined what should have been a relaxing stay.
