second time we have stayed and really enjoyed it

Very pleasant but I think the price being charged, the hotel could maybe use a facelift.

The bathroom and room itself were clean and comfortable and the breakfast was sufficient. I am sure another type of egg, other than scrambled, would be catered for.

On a short visit to Leamington for a reunion, we were impressed by the helpful staff who did their best to make our stay

The welcome, helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. The parking. It is unusual today to find free parking at an hotel. The decor was more thoughtful than many hotels.

Our room was quite small. It’s an old building so the standards of noise insulation is not great.

A reluctant booking only made due to convenience

Location was perfect

The bar staff were nonchalant and didn’t have customer service in mind in any way, sat down behind the bar and watching videos on their phone

A bit rough around the edges but OK (just) for the cost and location.

Staff were friendly and it was only 15 minutes walk in to Leamington. There was plenty of free parking at the hotel.

Both nights and staying in different rooms I was woken by very noisy guests returning to their rooms around 4am who were shouting and slamming doors for a good hour.

Nice but very basic.

Very tasty but on the small side for the cooked breakfast.

Room was very compact and the mattress was very uncomfortable. Food to be available for room after 21.00.

This hotel is ok but for the cost I would have expected a more comfortable bed, better accessibility and more selection

Location, near to Victoria park

No prepared fruit for breakfast, different bread options would be good too. Mattress needed replacing in twin room Needs lifts. I had to haul my bowls up and down several flights.

Extremely happy with my stay at The Jephson - highly recommended.

Booked a single room for two nights for work - the room and bathroom were very clean and the bed comfortable. The room was functional, although it had all I needed and everything worked well. The en suite shower room was also spotless. The staff were professional and friendly. Leamington town centre is a very pleasant twenty minute's walk away

The room was quite spacious, the bed very comfortable and a reasonably good shower.

A later check-out would have been appreciated but the charge of £25 for each extra hour was just a ridiculous amount, more than 1/3 of the cost of the room for one night.

Fairly comfortable but small room with easy access to town

It’s an old building with a lot of creaks which was ok but a little noisy if someone is walking around upstairs. Our radiator valve came off and a member of staff fixed it but we couldn’t regulate the temperature in the room. We couldn’t open the window as it’s a sash window and the sash cord was broken.

No obvious lift. we are both able bodied which was good but I’d had an operation on my hand so couldn’t easily carry cases. The bar staff were poor, hardly there and kept going out for a cigarette. The other staff were excellent
