some staffs are good. but overall the staffs should be trained more to be more hospitable

1. room service missed my house keeping for 2 days during my 7 days stay 2. the air conditioner is not functioning properly. it keeps pumping no mater what degree you set 3. PLEASE REMIND CUSTOMER TO CHECK CURRENCY RATE IF YOU LET CUSTOMER CHOOSE DIFFERENT CURRENCY FROM ORIGINAL CURRENCY. WHY WOULD I PAY 3% ADDITIONAL FOR PAYING WITH MY HOME CURRENCY? 4. the refund is crazily slow.

Comfortable stay

Central location, very accomodating staff

Pool was closed during our stay and they have very short timeframe for pool access. We had to request for extra amenities even though the room was booked for 3 people.

The hotel was nice and room was spacious.

Long wait time for check in. Took nearly 1 hour for them to check me in. We saw a tiny cockroach.

The warmness and superb service of all the staffs. They are so generous in giving help. We can 100% recommend the place. Everything you need in one roof , the shoppings mall with many restaurant, banks, business things are there in one roof. No need to go out of the hotel.

The common toilet in the breakfast room and to the mall. They are always stock and less pressure in the toilet tank.

Very nice hotel. Good location connected to Robinson mall very convenient to get groceries and places to eat. Cross the bridge and you can get to MRT to go places faster than taxi or grab. A lot of good choices for breakfast and staff are amazing, courteous and respectful. Respond right away when you call for something.

checking in and out were fast, breakfast is good with a wide variety of dishes to choose from.

its undergoing renovation so you can smell paint at the corridors.

Good food, courteous and friendly staff!

Front desk staff were courteous and friendly! They were also accommodating! I also want to thank the restaurant staff, they catered to our every needs! THANK YOU TO THE STAFF AT FAB RESTAURANT! We will definitely come back!

Location wise it is very good. The hotel is near different establishments such as malls, offices, and transportations. The hotel staff are very accommodating and even provided us an upgrade about our room. I also liked the toiletries provided.

The room is so cold even if we have turned off the aircon which makes a bit uncomfortable.

Staff was very helpful and friendly.

TV was not working. TV channels were snowy and blurred. According to reviews, this was already a problem 2 months ago and they did not fix it.

Always enjoy the breakfast and am really happy dealing with the staff. They are all helpful and courteous.

It’s easy to work with staff. The location is convenient and easy access to Robinson’s Galleria Mall.

The bed was a tad hard for me. But I managed to sleep nonetheless.

Old hotel with poor facilities

Check in was easy

The TV in my room did not work at all, and staff could not fix. The building and rooms are old and grubby. There was a bug in my room. There were not enough towels. Gym was dirty. The pipes smelt bad.

Stayed for 5 days and 4 nights.

Breakfast was Ok. Many varieties of food choices. It is connected to Robinson Galleria, you can shop instantly. Gym is quite big.

Room is kinda bit old. We saw small cockroach on the wall. Next room of us partying at the middle of the night. I called the reception and said that they will send security but the noise didnt stopped.

Room Very comfortable Breakfast GREAT !!! Location Awesome; everything is within your reach.

The smell of the Room Air which seems to be a scent of a Pest Control Chemical. My husband can tolerate it; I was a bit annoyed during sleep because I am really very sensitive to “abnoxious” smell; including from cleaning chemicals which trigger my natural defense mechanism characterized by abnormal (sticky) salivation, slight cough, and/or unpleasant breathing experience.

The location - it was near where we needed to be.

Our stay in Holiday Inn was the WORST among all of our bookings. The rooms smelled like damps and the carpet is still wet. Not enough bathroom amenities and the tub was yellowish already. The bed, oh my gosh, it eas very uncomfortable to lie on and the pillows are useless. They have a QR code where you can request stuff and other things but IT DOESN'T WORK. I booked for a massage and had to call the spa TWICE just to let us know that they did not receive our booking. The in-room dining food was blah, the ice smelled like molds and had to call three times each time we need to bus out. They were nice though to lend us utensils.
